Absolutely disgusting 🤢. Locker rooms are filthy , showers are shared with the local homeless. I lost my sneakers to a homeless guy who was just wondering the locker rooms . Staff letting people in who aren’t members and treating the place like they’re good . Staff are on their phones and not giving a rats A$$ about what’s going on . This is a picture of the homeless guy wearing my sneakers . I deleted the pic because he’s someone’s son but still . I didn’t want it back even though he offered to give it back , I’m all for helping the homeless but this is not right . What if he goes into the woman locker room and hurt a woman or worse . If the staff aren’t immediately changed and taking serious actions this place will be shutting down soon .

Went to the gym and came back out to my car being robbed; a lot of homeless people and the gym itself is pretty ghetto. I worked out at 9 pm so maybe I should work out during the day but still.

My credit and debit card was stolen from my wallet which was inside a locker. I didn’t notice until later that day when my bank reported fraudulent use on my cards. Will not be going to this gym anymore under the suspicion that someone is going around stealing from the lockers and locking it again as if no one has ever been inside.

The staff only care about standing in the front looking cute with a smirk in their faces pathetic.they dont care about keeping the gym clean in the back pooling area especially the sauna its windows been dirty for a year maybe and under the seats who knows..worse gym, staff just wana look cute in the front. Back pool are is a hot mess....worse management..

Edit 7/22: they still haven’t reloaded their paper towel dispenser There's a lot of older machines here but they all still work. I visited early after noon today (July 4th) and it was packed. All the paper towel dispensers upstairs were empty which meant lack of sanitation of equipment. Women's bathrooms were in desperate need of service (crumbled tissue paper in the stalls, and poop marks in two of the bowls lol). Upstairs area seems to get crowded easily, and of course people can't read numbers and will put their weights in the wrong spot.

Signed up no problem . Super helpful but I guess I have to look a certain way to be treated like a customer . Maybe blonde hair , blue eyes? Or maybe just a different shirt but having to be embarrassed by an employee because he doesn’t believe me that I could actually go to such a high end establishment. I still thanked him for the help signing up but just could not get over being racially profiled . Maybe not even racially but classist for sure . Don’t come here if you look poor or a little dark . I’ll be sure to wear my best clothes next time .

If I could give no star I would, I’m a member since 2016 and recently i froze my account because I train at home. I came in and no one was at the front desk so I walked over to the sales Desk and there was KENDALL sitting eating chips and I asked if I can use the restroom really quick, he told me to check in and I said well my account is frozen, I entered my number in and he said sorry your membership isn’t active so I can’t let you in to use the restroom and then says people like you that come in and use the restroom might brake into lockers and steal, I have it all on recording, I will be filing a complaint against 24hr fitness and pursue legal action. It was unnecessary for those comments for someone just wanting to use the restroom. I hope Kendall gets proper training on how to handle front desk matters, 24hr fitness Anaheim off of Lemon is horrible service, oh and I went to the restroom anyway.

Out standing morning ladies and gentlemen, let’s start off by saying Let’s go 24 hour fitness members 👊. I am super excited to see everybody potential reaching there goals. I get a rush of energy seeing everybody work. Big thumbs up 👍 to Keith he works overnight sales and service. Keith is very Meticulous in keeping everything organized, I see him throwing out the trash like if his mother told him to throw out the trash NO HESITATION . 24 hours if you reading this he deserves 2 thumbs up a Pat on the back a dinner plate of steak and Asparagus and a promotion 💪🏽.

More than half the pins are missing on the machines. That's ridiculous. Not sure if that's so much the establishment as it is the people that enter this building. Might be time to start putting little airtags in the pins and then cancelling the memberships of the lowlifes that are stealing the pins

The day I was there I wanted to use the steam room. My daughter and I went out of the sauna because the amount of people, and we decided to hit the steam room. We walked in and it dirty. Cups on the floor, paper towels balled up, and dirt from shoes all over the floor. Noone was in there so I am assuming it was in the process of being cleaned or Noone was using it because it wasn't clean. All in all the rest of the gym was good.

This is a decent 24. It lacks the bells and whistles of the better ones and no towel service, but it gets the job done for a workout. I was here mid morning so it wasn’t super crowded. The check in staff is friendly and the cardio equipment was all working, a rarity for these heavily used gyms. They offer a filtered water machine to fill up your bottles. The paper towel dispensers are plentiful and all the ones I saw were stocked. My one gripe is the cross fit program has people pushing large objects down the rows between cardio machines. It was weird and blocked aisles. They want the program but don’t have the space so they have cross fitters just fitting wherever they can.

I'm new to this gym and location. Showers don't have hot water. Restrooms aren't kept up. Lockers are nice. Good amount of machines. Nice staff. Jacuzzi jets are weak.

Has to be the WORST 24 hr fitness I’ve been to. Machines are always broken, missing weight stack pins everywhere. AC is never on so the weight room upstairs is extremely hot. Always dirty. Staff is super nice but this place needs to be remodeled

This is one of the most disgusting gyms I’ve ever been to. I’d much rather go to the Orangewood or Brea location but this is closer to my job & the only 24 hour location. Every time I come without fail the bathroom is beyond disgusting. Tonight there was no soap in the mens restroom. I’ve come when there was brown human waste on the floor, the showers smelled so badly of mildew I couldn’t finish my shower & so much worse. Cleanliness is clearly not their priority. Please make the Brea location open 24 hours their bathrooms are always spotless.

best maintenance team in gym business. I left a message Tuesday for men shower room problem-- 3 shower head broke of 5 shower room . 2nd day fixed. great team great service, I gave 11 star rating !!!! thumb up !!!!

Everything is okay and parking is not a problem. However, the restroom (Men's) smells unbearable ang may need some extra maintenance. The workout area is placed perfectly and they have a punching bag which other branches may not have. I recommend this place

The people who play basketball are nice. They’re willing to hook you up if you join with friends.

The place in simple words just HOME but late at night specially on the weekend where everyone is busy parting. You can come and chill here for 24/7 Massive gym with the latest equipment and machines

Go to Chuze fitness across the street. Save money, cleaner facility, newer equipment, Chuze actually cleans their restrooms. This 24 is unusually filthy. The restroom reals of urine and you can see the layers of filth on the toilets. I only have a pass because I bought the whole year up front. The Brea on is better

This has to be the dirtiest and most messy 24 hour fitness in OC. The weights are scattered all over the place. The machines are all really busted and old. Also no one there puts back the attachments for the cable machines so you're just walking around looking for it. Some of the machines have rust on them. Many of the machines upstairs don't even have a little rod to insert into the weight. The floor upstairs has trash on the floor like water bottles and paper. The mens restroom look like a gas station restroom. The restroom floor is wet theres toilet paper on the floor and smells horrible. There's trash on the floor the toilets are dirty and the sinks have hair all over it. The urinals don't work and are dirty all the time. It seems like no one cleans it regularly. No other 24 hour fitness is this grimey it's disgusting here.

Lots of cardio machines, upstairs smells and is humid, pins missing still even after complaints about missing pins, outdated equipment. Fullerton 24 is a lot better

I went there for swimming. There was a guy peeping into swimming pool from parking lot. He saw I saw him and still followed me to the other end of the pool. It was so creepy. I won’t go again. It’s the most horrible 24 location I have ever been to.

So dirty, steam room is not available already two weeks, showers are not working properly and the floors are really dirty.

I love that when I go in the morning it is not too busy, but the men's bathroom is disgusting and smells like horrible. It needs to be cleaned.

Was going to do the 3 day trial pass but was unaware when I signed up on the website that I was 'scheduling' a specific time I had needed to come, which was apparently 8pm last night though I had never agreed to that and had work until 9:30pm. Tried messaging them since their text message said to reply if you have any questions yet heard nothing.

This is by far the WORST 24 hour fitness I have even been to. From the disgusting bathrooms, to half the machines being broken, this gym is more like a prision gym than anything you would actually want to pay for. I asked for the GM. There is no GM. I think they should just close this entire location and start from scratch. I've been to many many 24 hour fitness gyms, but this has to be the worst. Corporate should really go in and get this sorted

I’m a member at any 24 hrs fitness I was told not to come bck to this one from a white female do to my race she was talking to me crazy n lucky I handle it professionally by letting everything she say to me slide she was unprofessional n need better management skills n general sum of the staff there rude n don’t do they job n this the worse n dirtiest gym I ever been to anyways
