Navigated here with Maps and had no problem finding the customer service center. The parking lot had adequate space for my 35 foot motorhome to turn and park, although it might not accommodate a trailer. I picked up a package I had had shipped to the center. Service was fast and efficient.

I don't have reliable transportation and hardly leave me house, so I do a LOT of online shopping. On a monthly basis, sometimes a couple times in a month. Between here at UPS, as well as the local FedEx and USPS, I've had more problems than I'm able to deal with. From missing/lost packages, to damaged packages/items, not updating the system with the shipping location, packages literally just being thrown wherever, example; in a bush, behind the fence in a random spot at the beginning of the property, in the dirt, in the driveway, literally on furniture in the yard, hanging off the fence. You name it. I always request for mail that doesn't fit in the mail box to be placed by my sliding glass door, but that almost never where it is put. I've had so many things come late, not come at all, or even very early with absolutely no update on it's early arrival, which brings me to where I am right now. I recently received a $300 Galaxy Note phone. It wasn't expected for 3 more days. The last place it was marked being from tracking, was some other city in California. My package was hung package in a very see through bag on my fence, over 200 feet from my house in 113 degree weather. My drive in gate is always open. Day and night. There is no reason for people to not put my packages where they belong. I didn't notice the package till the sun started going down. I was angry because it could have been stolen. Luckily it wasn't, instead it was defective from being exposed to direct heat for however long it was. When I went to Amazon to message customer care, the item still showed that it was not yet delivered. I let them know that is was and what happened. They granted me a return label and I went to turn it in. I went into the UPS Customer center to make that return for the damaged phone on Tuesday, September 1st (well over a week ago). The return has STILL never been verified through Amazon so I still can't get my refund. It usually gets notified to Amazon, the moment that it is scanned. It is now the 10th. I've tried calling the office countless times and either they just let it ring and ring and ring or they literally just keep the phone off the hook, because it constantly gives the busy tone. I've actually called so many times just yesterday and today alone from early morning to closing time, that I have lost count. They have no answering machine which doesn't help matters whatsoever, and they obviously don't want to answer the phone/help customers. I have no transportation which basically leaves me screwed. Soon my return request through Amazon is gonna expire and I'm gonna be stuck with the $300 phone that was damaged in the first place because of carelessness of delivery.

The store still hasn't updated their hours, even though they say they care about customers experience and are trying to fix the issues. Obviously not.

Update your hours or keep your doors open as stated online through website 10am-5pm Monday -Friday Looks like this location does what they please. Store was closed at 4pm. Very frustrating knowing this is the only location around in the area! Next closest ups store would be Victorville nearly 100miles away

Location hours on website and Google read 10:00am -5:00pm Monday-Friday Pulled into driveway at 4:15pm only to be told that the location closed early because it’s Friday and employees want to go to the fair in town. A Hand written sign was posted on fence with gate locked while UPS drivers were still pulling into the facility to offload. UPS corporate make some adjustments to this location and your employees this is unacceptable.

Normally, super quick in and out. Ships stuff, easy enough. Today, sign said new hours and was only open 10AM-4PM. But, I was there at 2PM today and it was already closesd.

The lady who processes shipping boxes is very efficient, in and out quick and she is always happy to help. The delivery drivers are good too :)

I had some issues with my shipping address and UPS and they helped me get my packages , they were kind and did a great job 👏

Pretty good UPS store with exceptionally helpful staff. It hurts my heart to give high praise to New York Yankees, but these folks are really great; and if you've ever encountered a confusing process, a New Yorker is just what the doctor ordered.

Quick courteous, but cramped. A bigger trailer for customer service would be most appreciated by customers and maybe employees too.

I arrived late in the afternoon. Gentleman so so polite and took my orders. First time there and was out of town working by myself. REALLY meant a lot to me ! Thank you !!!

Service was quick, but I found the entrance a little difficult to find. Also, the drop box outside on the sidewalk was over stuffed, so I couldn't just "drop off" and that pick-up was an hour late already by the time I got to it!!

Quick and ez to work with very understanding ppl they deal with a thousand ppl aday and still treat you with respect

All they do is ship your already packaged items and they make it very clear they are not a ups store and offer no help to customers beside basic shipping needs and picking up packages you missed delivery of.
