    1hr to a 2hr wait with an appointment in the afternoon on a Wednesday!! I’ve been here about 3 times and it’s the same thing every time. Go somewhere else. Staff is not friendly either… You can tell they don't care about their clients. No sense of urgency. Medical staff looks like they hate their jobs and let it out on their clients. I saw a staff talking back to a Hispanic women and giving her attitude and the Hispanic woman clearly just wanted answers. This is so disappointing because they’re located in a Hispanic neighborhood and every person I saw that was walking out of there looked helpless. They don’t make going to the clinic easy for this neighborhood and it’s so sad that they don’t want to help and welcome minorities with open arms. Very disappointing at the end of the day. It’s been like this for years and years and the doctor SHIRLEY is incredibly rude and can’t be trusted. She doesn’t send labs in on time and doesn’t take her clients health seriously. I really don’t know how this place has 3.9 stars. I’m guessing they’re fake because this place has been messed up for years and I know because this is my neighborhood and everyone has had a bad experience here!!! I warned you…

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was attended to by a Shirley Romero. Mrs. Romeros bedside manner is unprofessional & rude. At the beginning of our consult she was being verbally aggressive with her staff about the lack of information retrieved for a patients chart. She did not take my personal concerns about my medical issue into consideration when creating my care plan. Mrs. Romero was very upset, after I refused testing until speaking to a specialist. She stated "you dont believe me so go online & look up these tests." Never did I doubt her medical knowledge. She has a very aggressive & rude demeanor. I dont believe she's in this practice for the right reasons or maybe she's burnt out. However, she needs to develop

    wish i could leave 0 our “office is open monday through saturday” i called on saturday and said our office is closed also not to mention the other review about shirley romero is 100% true by far the worst nurse practitioner ever! she doesn’t care about her patients also is impatient and never actually listens to your concern

    They almost rush you out, Rene or Gregorio (unsure if that's his name) was very rude and unprofessional, asked me a question and i was thinking to answer accurately and he rolled his eyes an said "come back next week" and walked out. If you don't like to help people then choose a different career. The front office receptionist apologized and said that's how he is unfortunately. Ive been coming here for 13 years (have been seen by doctor Marino, Ana Crandell they were great and another doctor who made prenatal care so pleasant) and never had this happen until just recently that everyone is in a rush. I loved this clinic but this was a real bad experience.

    Ladies in the front office are always in a bad mood. Their customer service skills are awful. I don’t know if they are short staff or overwhelmed with work but their service is horrible. Doctors and nurses are wonderful.

    My mom was given a really hard time after being accused of not bringing the correct documents. Lucy said she would show me the documents she had been provided via email but then immediately said I couldn’t because my mom did not grant me permission — without knowing I was the only person my mom had signed to grant permission to obtain her forms. It almost seemed like a degrading suggestion. It further turns out that my mom had brought the right documents but they had returned them back to her before she left in a huge pack. All in all, it was a very unprofessional experience and I hope they choose to speak to their patients that seek HEALTH care with a little more humanity and not impose unnecessary maltreatment on them. A change in tone of voice would do wonders.

    I went to the clinic today, & all I have to say is that I found the front office to be very rude and unorganized. They had me and my mom going back and forth with paperwork because they kept giving us the incorrect instructions. We filled out some forms as we were instructed and they kept getting frustrated with us because it was completed improperly, even though we did it exactly how they told us. To make things worse the receptionist supervisor got annoyed with us even though it was her mistake. She got annoyed over their mistake and told me and my mom, “Doesn’t she speak English?”. That comment was uncalled for and was honestly just so rude. As a leader it’s important to be professional and not say rude comments to people who come to the clinic. My mom and I were just trying to do things right, it’s not fair to get your frustration taken out on us.

    I read all the comments prior coming here. 1st off i understand what most of the negative reviews were focused on and its valid to an extent. 2nd the nurses n NP are really nice. I know some are stressed but for the most part their friendly. 3rd Just try n make them laugh n help them feel appreciated. Its not easy being in medical field. Their easy to talk to just be patient. I know with mask on cant smile but u can greet them nicely n cheerfully. I think at many times they get a big rush of ppl all at once n staff gets overwhelmed so some staff feel really stressed. It was my first visit so i'll keep updating with every visit. I'll probably drop off donuts n or buy lunch one day for them. I wud give all of them hugs if i could but donuts or sugar free candy might put a positive vibe for a day or two Fyi the location is inside the park

    I really love this place my family and I we been going here for almost 24 years. they have the best doctor and very good customer service. Very Professionals and quickly respond. Keep up the GOOD WORK AND TEAM WORK.

    dont go to this clinic your gonna get charge even if you apply for the financial assitance program if you dont mind paying 600 or 300 for simple tests then go head , be aware nothing is free

    I LOVE THIS CLINIC AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO CHANGE LIVES ONE HUMAN AT A TIME! This clinic and the services I have received here on a weekly basis have "SAVED MY LIFE" and have "GIVEN ME A NEW LIFE." If you are struggling physically, mentally or dentally (not a word, but you know what I am saying) then this is an awesome place to get help. I have done the traditional ER and urgent cares and those places are definately needed; but this place is also needed and I hope that more hospitals open these type of neighborhood clinics within the areas they reach. I am also excited to see that St Jude is putting more resources into this location as the building is GROWING before our eyes. It is truly a harmonious relationship with the community and healthcare professionals who want to be more accessible to the public, especially those with financial aid needs or other socio-economic barriers to healthcare. I walk to the clinic each week for my appointment and I love seeing my neighbors at the park, families, church groups and the homeless who need to be acknowledged, helped (it does not have to be $) and shown kindness. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ST JUDE!!!!

    I called to schedule an appointment over the phone 📱, they confirmed I was in their system by taking my personal info: first/last name, DoB, sss#, medical info.Then, when u show up they act like you have no appointment and proceeded to gather more information and payment after your medical insurance has already covered the charges. It has been like this for the past 15 years. This has got to stop ✋️ [you want to make 🇺🇸 great again Joe Biden?] Start by tearing this building to the ground and building a new hospital like Kaiser Permanente. This is the biggest fraud hospital 🏥 in the 🌎 at the momment.

    Manager addy very unprofessional. Instead of being condescending why not answer like the title you’re given . Asked for policy and her exact words where “ NO YOU CAN AND GET THEM’ if you don’t like your JOB GET A NEW ONE HONEY . Will definitely be contacting above her and her office . HIPAA police per her is yearly this is news to me . And if you’re so sure of your policy you could have read it to me .

    The WORST CLINIC EVER! Don't even try to schedule an appointment or get checked here. They ALWAYS mess it up. The worst communication with their patients. The ladies at the front desk are HORRIBLE!!!! NOBODY at this facility knows anything about customer service or patient care.

    Extremely helpful I suffer from epilepsy grand maul seizures and cannabis has been the only thing that has kept me in my normal life i am able to live again and longer that customer service was amazing very humble and the doctors as well overall great envoirment and great staff highly recommend.

    I've call three different times over the course of 2 years. Every time you have to schedule an appointment 2-3 months in advance. Good thing I'm not dying. You're better off going to urgent care.
