    The Strength Code is a very clean low key gym. Not overcrowded and great machines! The trainers are all super friendly and are in strong physical shape themselves! If you are looking for incredible one on one "strength" instruction this is the place for you! They will help you meet and exceed your performance level goals! I am a believer- I have been going to this gym for 15 months now! Love the latest improvements too!

    I wanted to work out and get in shape but was struggling achieving that goal by myself. I found the Strength Code in my neighborhood, and I couldn’t be happier. I love Wendy, my trainer! She understands my goals and customizes my workouts, gives me meal advice, and is a great conversationalist. The workouts are only 30min which allows me to fit them in my busy schedule! I love it!

    We love our trainer, Joe. We like the calm, cool quiet of the gym. We like the other people who are there -- trainers and clients. We love the workouts -- and the results we see and feel in our bodies. We like everything about Inform Fitness. We've been going every week for over two years, and I can't imagine not doing this.

    Inform Fitness and the Power of 10 workout has challenged and changed the way I workout forever! I have been working out at the Toluca Lake studio for almost two years now and have seen my body transform into a stronger, more toned version of my former self! And I love it! With help from ALL of their wonderful, experienced trainers I have learned what it means to safely build muscle and get a full body workout in about 20 minutes. There is no better workout for my busy schedule and the staff is so warm and amazing that I always feel like I am going home! I recommend Inform Fitness to everyone and especially those who are interested in a method that really works and can be tailored specifically to your needs and lifestyle. Inform Toluca Lake Rocks!!!

    I was a bit skeptical at first when my wife told me she had found a new 'gym' she wanted us to try. When I think 'gym' I think of a crowded smelly place where people go to pick up on each other. InForm Fitness was definitely not that! It's clean, quiet, and very welcoming. I have a weekly 1 on 1 session with my trainer Joe who is very friendly and knowledgeable. In fact the entire staff are very nice people with a passion for fitness. I've been going for almost a year now and have noticed I'm much stronger, have more endurance/stamina and feel much more fit overall. I would definitely recommend InForm Fitness Toluca Lake to those who want a great personalized fitness routine without the typical 'gym' atmosphere.

    In the last year and a half of training here I have gained confidence, muscle tone and a whole new lease on my midlife body-mind! I LOVE this place. The trainers are great. The ambiance is chill and positive. The results are AMAZING. Highly recommend! I had never weight trained before and this has been an incredible experience. I really never imagined I'd be lifting weights and enjoying it.

    FINALLY I have a place to tone up and lose fat that doesn't take up all of my time or make me exhausted. I am not a "go to the gym" kind of person but the intimacy of the one-on-one trainer experience at the Strength Code is awesome. I feel 100% supported by my amazing trainer, Wendy, who understands my body and has actually helped reduce my back pain since working out with her. I've also worked with Sheila who is awesome. My husband works out with Ann. The entire team of trainers are the most professional, attentive and supportive group of people. AND it's only once a week (or twice if you're super motivated). If you hate working out but want to tone up and slim down this is your place.

    I had my first session this week with Jon. The body analysis was very interesting and informative. The work out was amazing and I felt amazing when I left our session. I felt like I had been stretched and loosened up like I just received a massage and a good soak in a hot tub. I’ve been under a good amount of stress and it was all left on the workout room floor. I definitely felt a body and mind shift as I drove home. I bought my membership! . . . . 🎤 mic-drop!

    Ann has been my trainer for almost 9 years here. I can’t say enough about her commitment and passion for her clients. She is just awesome. I’ve seen amazing results in my body, mind and overall health since I started my workouts. Do yourself a big favor and book an appointment with Ann.

    I had come here with a few friends to change the pace of our usual spot. My friend has reserved a court so we just had to tell them the name it was reserved under and they told us the court we would be on. My friend reserved a court online, which he found very nice since he didn't have to talk to people. The entrance fee was $12.

    Last week I completed my first organized bike ride, 50 miles with just over 3200 ft. of climbing. I want to thank my trainer Haley Kahn at The Strength Code for helping me get fit and ready for it. It paid off on the climbs. When it got tough I could hear her voice, "ooh, ok one more", then the countdown from 10 holding my position while my muscles burned. This helped me dig a little deeper to get to the top of the climbs. Plus, all of your input on training rides and nutrition helped as well. If anyone is looking for a new workout with awesome trainers like Haley, I can't recommend The Strength Code enough!

    TSC-TL is my "happy workout place!" Whether I go in with low, medium, or high energy, I'm always satisfied with the instruction and guidance I receive from Joe. He's attentive, dedicated to the mission, and he makes it all fun! All the trainers at TSC are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Great energy. The 30-minute strengthening workout is amazing...as is CAROL!

    The workout is challenging, but quick. I've gotten a lot stronger in a short amount of time. I felt safe even as I was moving through some knee and ankle issues. Jon keeps the conversations lively and fun. Definitely recommend.

    This place is wonderful! I love it here. Ann has been a godsend. I came in super worried about being weak and Ann has been so gentle and supportive and now I’m seeing so much progress. I love the fact that it’s quiet and and small so I can focus.

    I started working with Ann about a year and a half ago. When I started I was very intimidated, forty one years old with an extremely limited history of working out, and about fifteen pounds overweight. I wasn't willing at that point to do supplemental exercise or change my diet at all, so I really didn't expect much to happen with just a half hour a week of weights. To my surprise, so much happened! About three months in, I noticed that I was standing up straighter without any effort. I felt more energized. We did my numbers- things were better! I lost a FULL INCH off my waist with no diet changes! My confidence was up and I was more determined. I added a few diet changes and a little more exercise. About a year later, I had lost 12 pounds and noticeably changed my body composition. Ann is some kind of fitness wizard. She knew how scared I was and took me seemingly slow but got me there so fast. She is so kind and fun and easy to work with and taught me so much. I couldn't have done it without her. My body looks much better and I feel great.
