Terrible experience. Misdiagnosed my child. Wasted our time and one year later they keep on sending bills and more bills about that only visit. Then we did a follow up on zoom that I thought it was courtesy because we were out of state and they were not allowed supposably, and I kept it really short without knowing they will be heavily bill me again. I have insurance but they didn't claim it well or on time and I have to be responsible for all the bill. So frustrating.

I am grateful for Olga, music therapist, for her professionalism, talent and skills. Music therapy has made a positive difference in our son.

Always a pleasure to work with Cortica. We're always greeted with a smile and patience, even when we've forgotten an appointment or are late for some reason. They are quite thorough and explain everything in a way that helps me and my son understand.

I love everything about this center, but first and foremost the team. This is a wonderful group of therapists and front desk staff, who care deeply for me and the other children they serve. The close collaboration between behavior therapy, medical, speech and music means that all the therapists really understand each other's goals - and makes our lives much easier. The team here deserves to know how much benefit they are bringing to families like mine.

Cortica is a top notch company. As an RN case manager I know quality disciplines and I have been really satisfied with their whole intake process beginning with their neurological evaluation and extending to their occupational, speech, and music therapist. All highly qualified and compassionate healthcare providers.

Followed our therapist there and we loved cortica. We ended up with a crazy ABA therapist that was new to the company and she lied about me personally that Cortica ended our patient relationship that had been on going and amazing for years prior. I was able to find out more about the individual that they allowed into my home by running my own background and come to find out she had a record. So unprofessional and I’m not impressed with the way they handled and ended things. I’d never recommend this place.

Dr.Thompson and Dr.Amin were very patient and kind and listened to all my concerns. They also evaluated my son very thoroughly. And they were very meticulous on following up on the treatments. Front office staff were very welcoming.I feel my son is in good hands. I would definitely recommend cortica to anyone!

I had a good experience with Dr. Amin in the beginning until I came to the point where I need to schedule an appointment for my daughter to start a family therapy, she told me that they will call me to schedule the appointment and no one showed up for almost 2 weeks. I called them several times to reach out to them, vm them and sent email until finally the branch manager helped me to schedule the appointment when I made my last call complaining about their bad service. After my daughter's first appointment with the therapist who showed up late on her appointment with us and the session took about 40 minutes not an hour as scheduled I tried again calling them many times and even leaving a voice message or sending email to reschedule with no response as expected. Funny how they called me at the time of the old appointment to reschedule and telling me that the therapist is available at the time I wish to have. Of course I ask them to cancel everything. Worst service ever.

We've been going to Cortica now for about 8 months. We came to Cortica looking for a new ABA provider, and we were so blown away by the Doctor, staff on site, and their wonderful ABA team, that we switched over for their OT, Musical Therapy, and feeding therapy. We are so very happy by the true care the entire staff has for my sons progress. They really care, and they really listen to all our concerns.

We Iove Dr. Thompson, she is very nice, great with kids and really takes her time with you. She answered all my questions and took her time explaining all her answers. I don't feel like she wants to quickly rush you out like most doctors. Thank you for your great care of my son!

Good therapy instructional help for him.

My daughter has been going there for almost a year now. She was diagnosed there and we continued with OT and feeding therapy. We love it! And she is so happy when she has her therapies. We work with Elizabeth for OT and Rebecca for feeding therapy. Both of them are very professional and knowledgeable. She has improved so much!

Speech pathologist Justin in Laguna Niguel provided me with insight to help my son become more verbal. Justin’s ability to engage my son in therapy was just AMAZING. Overall, the therapists he has been seeing at Cortica have met my son right where he’s at and have shown the knowledge required to help him achieve more.

Our son had a speech therapist evaluation with Kristin. Kristin was friendly, professional, and worked great with our son. Kristin listened to our concerns, our goals and was very clear and thorough about everything. We are incredibly pleased with her and are excited to have her help our son with his speech.

I got my kids tested here for autism. I tried to go through ABA therapy here too but they kept giving me the run around. Finally got them evaluated and almost ready for services. I was then told there would be no in-home services due to being out of area. When I was told I was in area. So I cancel that and went with another company. I came back to see if I can get him started up again. I was now told eventhough they start up and get approval last time, I have to get a physiological evaluation done on a 5 year old to start aba therapy. They say it's a insurance requirement. Eventhough it's not. How do I know? Because my last aba company did not need that and when they started him up last time they did not need that. They were great to get him tested for autism but beware of them for anything else. They don't seem to know what they are doing.

We absolutely LOVE Cortica! We started 6 months ago and had an amazing progress in just 3 months! All doctors and therapists are knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and so kind! My child absolutely loves going there!
