At first one of the other staff got my order wrong and it was also double-charged. But shoutout to Shelbi, who corrected everything, she was so friendly and nice! Thank you. 🫶

This Starbucks Location was not all that good. The vibe was very stuck up. The prices for everything was super high. This location did not have plug outlets for people ( like myself) who are in the I.T. industry. I am not going to spend at least 7 bucks for a drink. ( Minimum.) I can't even charge my computer my Tablet etc and do work . I would tell anyone who likes Starbucks ( Like myself.) Go to another location. Or to The Coffee &Bean location.

Can you believe that they still have plexiglass partitions up? Guys. Those things are nothing more than virtue signaling. They do NOTHING to protect your health and never have. If you can smell smoke with them in place, then viruses can get around and over them. Stop trying to be so WOKE. Your customers hate it.

They make a mistake on my drink every time, which is usually not giving me the extra shots of espresso I ordered. The baristas need to slow down. We know you’re understaffed, just focus on accuracy and quality please

Understaffed and disorganized. Took 20 minutes for hot food. Drink was wrong, and they didn't seem to care at all. Avoid if you're stopping on the way to work. I won't be back.

My wife and I got coffee late in the morning and as busy as they were, all partners were welcoming and showed great customer service!

Frank the manager has done a great job hiring the right talent to run this store. This is the best run Starbucks within several miles, and in my humble opinion probably the best in OC.

The staff was friendly, and payed close attention to my order. They are very busy being so close to a few schools but my order was made timely and delicious

Came in here for mobile pick up . Wasn’t greeted for 5 minutes as they continued to make drinks. Definitely need to work on costumer service. Don’t recommend this location . Will be going elsewhere

Got to have my mocha frappe! No one makes it better. Drive thru gets busy but they are on it.

Me and my little daughter go here almost every morning on her way to school. Like any other Starbucks, they have good coffee and great fast service... Now with online ordering we save so much time because they are always jam packed in the mornings due to their proximity to the high school and university

I ordered a oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso from this location after school as a treat. Yet after getting my drink and walking to the gym while sipping on it, I noticed it had regular milk. I cannot have milk. My stomach started churning and I vomited. This was definitely a let down.

Helpful employees, several people were here meeting up with friends. As always the coffee is wonderful
