I have to say that Lucy took good care of me. A friend told me about his experience and how well they took care of him. The best thing about it is that they're open on Sunday. Actually every day of the week. No other pawn shops are open every day of the week that I know of. They gave me more than what I was expecting for the loan. It was just an overall great experience. We also had a couple laughs. Which is always a plus. Highly recommend.

Hello I was short on cash and I went back to Gems and Loans in Temecula California for the second time! First Time was last July and I had some gold and silver jewelry and they were the best offer I found from four different pawn shops. They had the most reasonable loans and the best deals . Their shop is very well kept up and all the employees are very nice and understanding and very knowledgeable. And they have very nice selection of items for sale also!! The employees are by far the biggest example of great customer service. I recently moved to Temecula and have had to get several loans and this place was perfect. The pawn loans are fair and the interest is not robbery like other businesses alike. These guys are great. Visit for jewelry electronics loans and more.

I am pleased with their services. Bought a diamond ring and one diamond fell off after 4 months I bought from them and they repair it without hesitation. The manager was so kind and Angel offered to buff my gold ring and bangle for free. All the crews are amazing and friendly. I will recommend the shop and will have more transactions in the future.

Felishia (the Lady)was very patient with me. Her helpful and no judgment Character really lowered my stress level..
