Absolutely wonderful place! My mom spent a month at Murrieta Health. There just aren't words to say how great the staff treated my mom. The admission girls are great. Even was able to visit after hours, I was allowed to go to her room. I was so impressed at how clean everything was. When I got to my moms room, she was already settled in bed with a food tray!! She was given a lot of attention from doing therapy, monitoring her vitals, assisting in showers and helping her in the bathroom. She was never alone for too long. They were constantly checking on her to see how she was, if she needed something or just stopping in to say hi! They are so professional and caring. Each and every employee was super friendly and always smiling. Another Unique concept is the 2 outdoor patios for family visitation. Or a patient can just go out and enjoy fresh air. If you need to be in a rehab yourself or a loved one, you won't find a better facility. Also, the food is great!

Horrible place to go to get better after any type of surgery they have no water and the ice machine is broken they really need to update there facility and bring in the right things to help each patient get better not end up back in the ER 3 days after being there with a infection. The mattresses are made out of cement. Just not a place to go post opt or just to visit someone if you ask me and the food is horrible

My grandmother had Parkinson's and had so much trouble walking the rehab team was great David worked with her and helped her with her balance after therapy there she was walking more then she had in years. Highly recommend great place.

Wonderful building!!! Of all the SNF's in the area I will always choose Murrieta Health and Rehab! From the Nurses to Administration to Housekeeping to Dietary, all are top notch! Therapy at this building is the very best I have given. They got me up and back on my feet feeling strong and confident! Don't go anywhere else! Thank you to the staff- you are all awesome!!

So pleasant to sit outside in Murrieta's bird sanctuary. Just a beautifil and tranqil setting. Just love it. The activities for all the residents is over the top.

Hi, my name is Rochelle Miller and I am a patient at Murrieta health and rehab and I cannot complement enough to the staff the food they cut the room and the care that I have been getting I have been unable to help myself and when ever I need something I just push the button and they’re always there. They’ve actually invented things for me to make my life so much easier now that I’ve felt so much better. I’ve been able to participate in the activities here and have had such a good time Elizabeth and Amy have been so helpful and enjoying I have enjoyed working with them. They’ve taught me some fun new game so I would recommend Murietta care to anyone who needs is to get some rehab. They will be very glad that they’ve made the choice to come to Murrieta and anyone who are who is working really hard and who will help themselves after Physical Therapy will also notice that they will be getting better so much faster so if you do need to come to Riviera to remove room to Murrieta to get rehab please and make sure that you tell your doctor. Hi my name is Laverne Bonds and I like to say I am here for rehab again and I love it here. If I was to need rehab again, I will come here again. The activities director here at Murrieta health and rehab are the best people. We have so much fun in the activities department I can't believe it you go on to say and everybody else they're really nice people. I love pizza and if I want pizza I get it. I love our community together. I eat special food and it tastes good. My drinks are thickened and they take care of me, they love me. I play diamond art and I love it. I stay very active. I get nice clothes and shampoo for bingo. So nice at Murrieta health and care. I love all of my nurses they take care of me. My family is happy that I am here, they are not worried about me.

My mother fell and broke her shoulder. She had a great experience at Murrieta Health and Rehab. It was very clean, the staff was attentive. I am in the health care field myself, and would absolutely recommend this rehab center. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed

Came in to tour the facility and was impressed with the friendly staff. Admissions department answered all my questions with no hesitation. The building was very clean, noticed their activities room was full with residents. I've been touring other facilities in the area, and it didn't compare to Murrieta health and Rehab. My father had a recent hip surgery and was very interested in a good rehab facility.

Had my Dad at this facility for over 3 weeks. Very impressed with how the care was provided. Don't believe all the negative reviews, as I almost did. If there were issues in the past it seems new management has resolved them. Thank you Murrieta Health for taking care of my Dad.

My grandmother went there for rehab after she fell and broke her hip. It took about a month before she was discharged eventually and i can say the staff there are excellent. Everytime i called my grandmother she has nothing bad to say. Food is great and they offer alternatives when she does not like the food being offered. The facility is very clean, no odor and nice. The nurses are great as well and very attentive. I love how the team over there made a conference call with me to keep me updated with the progress of my grandmother. And the rehab are the best! Better than the hospital and homehealth rehab. She was able to walk to her previous level and not to mention they were managing her pain level due to the surgery. I dont know about all those negative reviews but for my experience it was excellent all around.

I am so grateful for the care I have and continue to receive here at facility the nursing staff is very caring and supportive.the front office team is great they allow me to come up to their office and just hang out and talk with them especially the administration and marketing team, they are the best. I would recommend this facility to everyone Murrieta health and rehabilitation center is the place to be

Daszai has to be the sweetest LVN at Murrieta health & rehab center! She is very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She really treats the residents and their families with care & kindness.

This place makes me very mad. My mother is currently a patient here, since November 11, 2023. She's unable to get up to use the bathroom herself. She's in an immobilizer brace due to a fractured femur, so she's gotta have a diaper. Twice now, she's been left sitting in her own poop. If the CNAs can't be bothered to change seniors, get out of this profession! You can't be lazy in a job like this! Everybody's gotta pull their weight, even if that means changing poopy diapers! The administrators seriously need to review every single employee here, and weed out the lazy ones.

Mi abuela was at this facility. It was beautiful. The best part of her stay was the staff. Cesar was her nurse and he was amazing. So kind and attentive. Mi abuela also said he smells nice

This facility does not even deserve a star period. Mother is there with broken hip takes hours to get her medications, makes her own bed. Has been there a week no shower our bed change. When you call no answer from anyone. Not one person in the facility answers the phone. We asked to be discharged we where told can't reach a doctor unbelievable. Asked for social service, nursing director anyone and not 1 person was there to talk to. Had to give 1 star they don't deserve it.

I had a severe case of the COVID-19 virus . I was sent to Murrieta Rehab to get my strength back . I found trash on my dinner plate and I found a chip of black plastic in my breakfast cream of wheat . 99 percent of the staff were wonderful.

Glad I took my doctor's advice and came to Murrieta Health. They took excellent care of me during my two week stay. If I need rehabilitation services again I will come back here.

My grandmother stayed at mirrieta health rehab unit three tomes she hadn't walked for six years when she left she was walking g about 200 feet amazing rehab team they gave her quality of life back the nurses were so good with her we received excellent care there.

Leslie S. Is a hard worker very loving to the residents. She enjoys her job. She has compassion for the elderly and loves to make them feel safe and loved. Great facility very clean and welcoming! 🙂

My experience with this facility was top notch. Caring staff….no place is perfect….but they worked to resolve the minor issues that came up. Highly recommend.
