The resto's backribs is always a must when dining in. A lot of varities on the menu though might be a bit pricey but pays off on getting a view especially during sunset time of the day. Staffs are accomodating and friendly as well.

Alot of the items weren't available. Understandable because it was after the holidays so they were just getting back. Order the strong cocktails if you want a taste of alcohol. The light ones taste like juice alone.

Slow service, lazy staff. Won't serve you if they close in an hour because they know it'll take them that long to get a simple meal out to you. The ribs also have a weird fishy aftertaste to them.

I wanna go back heeeere 🥹🫶🫶 everything is perfect, from the view of Case de Emperador to the yummy food and drinks, all made perfect by their awesome service. Literally you don’t have to ask for anything, they think ahead before you do. They give order suggestions, offered to face the air conditioner (I was by the window, it didn’t feel that hot but they still did it), and when I was enjoying myself taking photos the server suggested a better angle 😂😂 they were interactive and super accommodating it didn’t feel like I was eating by myself. I had a good time alone and can’t wait to bring friends here when I’m back in Iloilo. Thank you Bourbon Street! 🥰🥰🫶🫶

If you're looking for a great place to eat, look no further. They serve great foods that are delicious and satisfying, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. The atmosphere is classy and cozy, and they also have a variety of alcohol to suit your mood. The crew is friendly and attentive, and they make you feel welcome. The Bourbon Street Bar and Grill is a perfect spot for a date night, a family dinner, or a casual hangout with friends. Don't miss it!

The place was packed because it was a weekend. We had a reservation for a big group and ordered a couple of dishes. Their service was fast. Food was served with ten minutes after taking our order. I loved their smoked ribs, bourben chicken wing -garlic mayo and minute steak. Also, their nachos were awesome. Overall, great food and ambience definitely a great place to eat with family.

Nice place. Great food. Spectacular view. With cold beer and conversation it's worthwhile spending time here.

I had eaten at Bourbon street before in America and was thrilled to see it at Megaworld Iloilo. Our family arrived about 6pm on a Monday evening and were able to sit outside overlooking the Beautiful Festival Walk Plaza. Great experience, but that greatness ended there. We pretty much sat ourselves and we're given menu's but that's where the customer service ended. We stared at the menus for about 12 minutes, looking for our server, flagging down anyone that would help. In that time no one came to our table to give us place settings, water, take our drink or appetizer orders. It was when I saw an employee off work enjoying her food flag down our server that I realized they just weren't paying attention to anything. There were 7 servers and 3 customer tables. We were finally able to give our order and ask some questions but not without challenges. I kept having to repeat myself and my orders for our family. I told the server that she was going to have to give us much better service and attention and asked her if she was up to the task. After ordering I went to find a manager and share my experience. The manager did apologize and sort of took over being our server. I told him since a 10% service charge was automatically added to the bill they would need to do better or remove the service charge. We ordered the Philly cheese steak, Parmesan Crusted Salmon and fried chicken. We were told that the fried chicken was 6 to 8 pieces and enough for 2 so I cancelled my son's order so they could share the fried chicken. The food was served with my Philly first, and then about 5 minutes later the salmon, and another 8 to 10 minutes later the fried chicken. I waited till my kids food arrived to eat and gave them my fries as they were starving. Unfortunately my food was cold by the time my kids food arrived. They should have figured out a way to serve all our food, hot and at the same time. I had asked multiple times for ICE Water and kept getting room temp water. I finally told our server, the manager, to get me water with ice in it. He brought me a bucket of ice and tongs but no water. The chicken pieces were so small 4 of them were like nuggets. The 6 pieces didn't fill up both my children. The gravy served with the chicken was cold, not even warm. When I asked about the pieces the manager told me it was about the grams not the pieces. We finished eating and again couldn't get anyone's attention for the bill. Our empty plates sat in front of us attracting bugs for all that time. When I finally got the managers attention to bring the bill and he brought it to me, I informed him that in most nice restaurants that the servers would take away the dirty dishes...I was hinting for him to do the same but he purposely ignored my hint almost like clearing dirty dishes was beneath him. When he returned with my bill and card I looked at him and said "where am I supposed to sign this?" As I put the bill holder in my dirty plate to sign. The manager had the nerve to move my wallet and my son's plate beside me to clear a place for me to sign. At that point I scolded him to take my darn plate which he did and placed it on the table next to me. He did remove the service charge which would have been P200 on a P2000 bill but I was still furious. The food wasn't really that great and for the price and brand should have been much better. However the customer service nightmare ruined our dinner. On the way out none of the employees said thank you to us or if they did I didn't hear them. The manager simply glared at us as we left. I looked at him and said "YOUR WELCOME". To the owners of Bourbon Stree, you have an incredible brand. This management and it's minion staff are a blight to that brand. The attitude of the manager, manifests to it's employees has no business in ANY Hospitality establishment, especially the "Bourbon Street" brand. Please reconsider your management decisions at this location. We will not return and would not recommend a foreigner return until the management and staff are properly trained without attitu

The food is good, but unfortunately the manager is bad. Unapproachable, we ask him to wrap our ribs to be taken home, and he rolled he’s eyes to us, not even smiling. The worse food service and manager I encountered.

Our to go place when we crave for chicken fingers, we always went to Smallvile branch but this place is good too. Almost every dish is deliciously good. Servings maybe good for 3-4 people, price ranges from 200-400 but reasonable. We always walk out the door full and satisfied. They also have outdoor dining which will be more magnificent at night, youll see the busy traffic and colorful building of Megaworld. Staffs are nice.

The area is spacious and has a nice vibe specially the balcony area which is perfect to dine at night. Plus they offer a variety of menus from salads, to pizzas, to steak and alcoholic beverages. It's our 2nd time dining here and we're always satisfied. Staffs are friendly too.

Came with three other people. The fish and chips were tasty and filling, and the spaghetti bolognese was probably the best spaghetti I’ve ever had. The pizza had thin crust and was nothing too remarkable. The drinks are recommended and do look fancy. Prices are festive walk-level, it’s better to come in a group.

Food's ok. Ordered a porterhouse steak medium rare but it came out rare and cold.

Expensive, but worth your money! The food was so good. Ideal for sharing with your friends or family. The ambiance of the place was good, too. Their BBQ ribs are a must-try!

Premium prices average food. Ordered salmon and it's was really bad. Tasted like dry fish, not worth the money. Tenderloin was okay but not more than that. The salad was surprisingly good. Service was good too.

It was an awesome food experience. The last I was in Bourbon Smallville, I only had a taste of their ribs. This time, we had penne, ribs, pizza and fries. The place is also cozy and more peaceful. It is located above Marketplace at Festive Walk Annex. It has a very good terrace setup where you can see the overlooking view of Festive Walk Parade.

I love everything we order, although their tenderloin steak can still improve. But, I'm satisfied with my first dining experience here.
