I would like to thank you for accommodating me and my family on our stay at your hotel. I understand some of these reviews are months if not years old and I made my own judgement on the services your hotel provided. All I can say is the staff was very accommodating, all the small requests we made were fulfilled, the breakfast buffet was excellent, you provided us transport from your hotel to the domestic airport and the location of your hotel provided easy access to nearby restaurants and venues. The only small gripe I have and it is something that can be fixed are the bathrooms. We checked in multiple times within a course of the month. Each bathroom in the different rooms we were staying in had a small issue like the sinks being stagnant, the shower doors not fully closing allowing water to drip on to the floor, and there are only a handful of towels available. This wasn’t much of a problem to us, but for future reference it’s something that could be improved. Plus, I think the hot water should be tad bit hotter. In the near future, I will say that this is one hotel that I will come back to stay in. Please don’t be one of those hotels that is there one year and gone the next. Loved the experience.

Overrated 4-star hotel, not PWD-friendly. They charge expensively for simple requests that other hotels would readily accommodate without fees (my PWD husband and I frequently travel so we know what we're saying). The staff and management don't have clear lines of communication which result to requests being requested over and over again. Bathrooms don't have exhausts (just a small vent), doors don't have doorstops (you have to anchor your foot in front of the door while you talk to staff outside your room), housekeeping staff don't clean as well as they should, still leaving a few strands of hair in the bathroom drain. They also do not have the usual retractable clothesline for wet swimwear. Lastly, laundry service charges you for per piece of clothing. Three-star hotels do a lot better than this one. Go to Seda instead.

This place is superb. -clean -spacious -elegant -good security Gym is always open and clean. The room is big enough. (High ceiling which makes it spacious) Bathroom/Comfort room is spacious also. Has a good design also. Restaurant is a bit pricey but it is really good. Internet is reliable. Price per room is just right.

Your typical boujee hotel. Swimming pool is quite small, but the view beside it is quite nice :D

I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

I recently stayed at the Richmond Hotel Iloilo, and I must say that it was a great experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lobby and dining area are a bit small, but that didn't detract from the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Iloilo.

For one reason or another my first post was abruptly stopped. The roaches started crawling to hide once I started moving the coffee maker. We can't do anything but to wait till breakfast time and report the roaches incident. We requested the front desk person to do something about the roaches. We requested for an immediate cleaning, sanitation and fumigation of our Room 1102. So we spent several ours outside our room to give the Housekeeping ample time to clean and sanitize our Room1102. When we came back, the room looks clean but when night comes, the roaches are back. i hope the Hotel will do do a more thorough sanitation and fumigation of that Room 1102. I also hope that it is the only room infested by roaches. With that, Im giving the Hotel 1 1/2 Stars. Please do something about those ROACHES. They will multiply and invade other rooms.

Dinner by the pool at the small bar was really nice. Service was good, staff very friendly and helpful. Food - we had the burger and a cheese platter between 4 of us and it was delicious!!!

This place is excellent! the room, gym, pool and food are the best! me and my family really enjoyed our 3 days stay here last week. Ty so much for the warm welcome from all the crew in the hotel. thumbs up!

What a nice place to hold a seminar with a beautiful cityscape. Love the food, the services and the wifi. I cannot comment on the room yet coz we did not stay there during the seminar. But hopefully I can stay even for 1 night next time so that I can fully experience this cozy place.

The receptionist who assisted me and my workmates during check-in was exceptional. Although I forgot to get her name, she was very accommodating and professional. From the entrance to the reception lobby and up to the floor lobby, their personnel were welcoming and warm.

Greetings! First of all, I’m usually not the type to write reviews. However, I could not contain myself from acknowledging the services of this hotel, as well as my dining experience. So let’s dive right in! The lobby had a very aesthetic and gentle design. It’s not too different from the other hotels I stayed in and there was nothing too eye catching about it. But that’s not really where the hotel gripped me, because while it appears sophisticated, the services made me feel right at home. The receptionist was very accommodating and had the initiative to ask further questions about our inquiry. She was also very fluent and consistent with the theme of the hotel, but she wasn’t as monotone like the other receptionists I’ve met. She was very welcoming and it felt like we were welcomed as friends rather than just being guests. The concierge was also very professional. Him and my dad were sort of chatty and I just admire that touch of humanity he had when helping us with our baggage. Me and my parents were staying in a two bedroom unit. From the looks of the lobby, I actually expected the room to be not that spacious and more cramped. I was pleasantly surprised that the room itself was more than enough to accompany our needs. The food was also very precious. The ones responsible in serving the food were also as accommodating and provided value to what suited us best. I like how she didn’t even encourage us to get the most expensive dish. Instead, she helped us acknowledge the portions and made us choose the best ones to share as a family. I had my doubts seeing the food in the menu since I wasn’t really into the dishes offered, but I was definitely humbled by the dishes my parents chose for themselves. I personally only wanted to eat at 7/11 since I found the food pricey and the drinks were not as cost-efficient. Also, if you want a hotel with a great location surrounded by mall strips and convenience, this hotel has that too. My verdict for the food was superb. The presentation was spot on, and while the photos in the menu were not really existent for the dishes we ordered, it was beautifully constructed. The food was also very consistent with the taste. The textures looked elegant and the flavors were complex The only food that I didn’t really like for its price was the Binagoong Pork, which sort of felt like a simple lechon kawali with a fancy twist that wasn’t all that fancy. Besides that, everything else just worked. Breakfast was good. Not the best breakfast I’ve had, but it definitely levels with one of the great ones. My personal favorite were the pancakes and bacon, as they are my personal comfort food. The gym is also open for 24 hours, which at the time of writing this review, is a good addition. I’m someone who likes to work out with very little people in the gym, so this was beneficial for an introvert like me that such an option was open. With that said, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. The stay was wholesome and personally, I would say it was worth it for its price.

I was really blown away by my stay here. Rooms were quite roomy and very clean. Bathrooms as well were very spacious. My only gripe here would be that I could sometimes hear my neighbor through the bathroom if they were being noisy. Service is excellent and I would give them 6 stars if I could. The staff is overall just very helpful. From their front desk staff who are very accommodating, to our early check-in request; to their wait staff in the breakfast buffet, who are always a step ahead and quick to assist with any request the guest may have. Just top notch service all around. Location is also great. You're walking distance to a number of restaurants. There's a mall next door, and a 7-11 across the street. Very nice, clean area. Bonus: they have a small spa on the 7th floor which is a guest room that they've converted to a spa. Despite the small venue, the staff are quite capable and my wife and I enjoyed our treatments very much.

Location/Accessibility: Within the business/commercial district with lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Festive Walk mall. Accessible also to jeeps and there is a bus terminal located within a few meters across the hotel. Room: Spacious with large toilet and shower. Only feedback is their sink tap water is weak and the cable tv doesn't load properly upon channel selection (audio only). We had a nice pool view but we appreciate the quietness of our room. Staff: Friendly, attentive and helpful! They accommodated our early check in (plus our other room requests) and late check out request. Also helped with our queries on direction. A definite plus! Buffet breakfast: Not that much but selection is good, changes daily as well. Hope they were able to fix the leaking aircon for hygiene and cleanliness. If possible also to eliminate the flies since the food is exposed.

This hotel offers a very clean rooms. my family stayed here for a night and got the service we deseved. The gym is accessible and the food is not delay. So you can eat right on time.

Tremendously modern hotel with well appointed and designed rooms, and service that aligns with a higher end hotel. Internet worked immediately and well, and beds very comfortable. Only concern that kept from 5 star was some small insects in the room, not odd for the region, however slightly off-putting for a foreign visitor experience.

Very nice hotel and great staff. The water never got hot in the shower. I might have a silver chain in the room, I hope if found that they will contact me. Overall the stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotels to friends and colleagues

Top hotel destination. Very good for staying when having a convention or seminar since it is strategically located in the business district of the city which is the Megaworld and the closest hotel in Iloilo Convention Center. The food is very good and the accommodation is very excellent. Definitely one of the top hotels in Iloilo City.

I had 2D1N stay here. It’s a good place since it is very close to business district and you can ride tricycle or jeepney to go to other city’s tourist spots. The foods are also great. Definitely , I will come again.

Friendly staff , nice place to stay with a spectacular view of the city in their pool area. open parking area is ample, covered parking is limited though. 7/11 is just across the street and on the right side is a walking distance to some commercial establishment such as Mc Donald, Jollibee and other branded names for shopping.

Highly recommended and yes it's wheelchair accessible. Nice pool but sadly we didn't have time to jump in the pool. The Bar was also closed on Monday. The Breakfast Buffet was very good but sadly the Bacon was not crispy. How can you go wrong. But there's a lot variety of food anyway. Rice, Pancit, siopao, congee etc.. for Breakfast. It's right beside the Iloilo Convention Center. If you have an event there, this is the best place for you. Will I go back, YES 😁

We just visited the room of our newly weds relative,who checked in for 2 days. Her mother, invited us to see their room, after the reception at Diversion 21 hotel. Took some photos,and exit. We weren't able to explore the pool.

I would give this 5 star without complaint However, one disappointing thing is the expensive laundry. Without laundry service, everything was going really well. Big room, attentive staff & facilities

I have a great time staying in this place. The staff are very approachable and accommodating. The rooms are very clean. Soft pillow that makes me comfortable in sleeping. Very refreshing and relaxing.
