It USED to be great. I’ve stayed in this hotel once in the past and it far exceeded my expectations. But now, the service is mediocre (except for the guards who were absolutely helpful). Rooms are huge but it isn’t very. I saw small cockroaches twice, in the bathroom and in the bed. The only thing they can boast is the infinity pool.. but that one isn’t well maintained. Plus they don’t give towels, you have to bring the ones from the room. The attendant isn’t very attentive and is just there for compliance.

Among friends, it’s common courtesy to offer a guest room when someone needs it. You elevated common courtesy to uncommon levels. You really made us feel welcome, as if we’d always lived in the olace. Thank you so much for being such a gracious host. We felt like we were members of the family. Thanks so much!

I was a guest to this hotel last year 2019 I think and it was a very nice experiences and that’s why I return to them as guest this april 29,2022 however my family guest experienced was no longer like before. Yes this year was not that expensive but I paid roughly 2750 for their premium room. The hotel should have told me that their promo rate is only 2750 because they no longer serve buffet breakfast , aircon is not cool enough and they dont provide comforters in bed and asking will cost extra and they dont provide toothpaste and toothbrush and only two soaps! Because if they did tell me this that this does include in their rate, i will not book my hotel with them. Anyway lGuest like me are willing to pay expensive rates for outstanding service. I think this is the last check in I will do in Grand xing because Grand xing hotel cut so much costs in their hotel that triggers guest dissatisfaction.

Even though it was just an overnight stay...i can say that its an OK hotel. I booked a superior room. The only I don't like is that, the room doesn't have set of toothbrush so make sure you bring one.. And the room doesn't have a Hair Dryer and a shampoo so don't expect one. Other than that nothing else to complain about. Staff are nice specially Staff at the pool area they are very welcoming. Great location for the festival but disappointed with the room. Very sparse with extra seating. The shower flooded the bathroom every day (stayed 3-days). What a mess!

More accessible and very comfortable to stay here when we have meeting and you can have a banquet reservation when you have an event from a company or wedding. They also offer room reservation when you need a day or more to stay in Iloilo City. very accessible to all mall and shopping center all around the place and restaurants and other food chain.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation. We especially loved the rooftop pool and bar, which provided the perfect setting for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. We can't wait to return to this fantastic hotel!

I stayed at the GXI hotel for a trip and was very impressed with the service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was great, the staffs we're kind and the hotel room that my family got was worth it. But there's a problem, the location is tight and uncomfortable, because the place is located near at a slum. The parking lot too is dangerous, my family took their vehicle to the parking lot, second floor. And it was so tall that when the vehicle went up, it's went sliding down because the car couldn't go up, the car got scratched:(

The room is a little bit small.. the shower room has a crytal glass.. much better if it has shower curtain. It has Swimming pool with a very nice view below the city. But it closes early at 8pm.

Guess has to ask for tooth brush, paste. Internet is essential but not stable. I have changed room because no internet, Too old face wash bowl table, in bath room guess has to bathing and swipe water to the water sewer mouth, because it's highest...local people do not keep quiet in rooms...

I called today for a reservation and spoke to probably a receptionist named joan..i had a previos reservation for 2 nights and i wanted to add another room for only 1 night..i specified the dates and she took my name and said she will be checking on it and asked me to call back..i was surprised she asked me to call back..usually receptionist would tell me to please hold or stay on the line while she checks on the availability..although how inconvenient it is to call back considering it was a long distance call i agreed..when i called back she said the same thing, that she needs to check for availability and so i asked if i can just stay on the other line then she agreed..i waited for about 3 mins. then she came back informing me that there is a room available and verified my contact details..however she failed to specify the dates as to when would the rooms be booked as ive mentioned on our earlier convo..we were about to hung-up when i remembered she was not able to repeat my reservations to make sure it was correct..i said wait but she hung-up the phone already then i had to call back and inform her again that the additional room i have her reserved should be booked on a different date than what i have booked previously(length of stay should not be the same)..i told her to repeat the reservation just to make sure it is correct..she then said she needs to rebook it..i could hear from the sound of her tone that she was not very happy about the changes that needs to be made even though it was her fault for not listening in the first place..and by the way on the 3rd time that i called she placed me on hold before answering the phone call..talk about professionalism..i hope the management looks into this..just incase somebody from management is reading this..her name is joan..she was the one who took my reservation..i called around probably 9: 55 am on dec 15..look it up if you have phone recordings..dont get me wrong the hotel is ok..but your staff, i think they need a little re-orientation if need be..or reprimanding..whatever it is you need to do for improvement..good customer service should always comes first in this type of industry..check on this please..thank you!

Rooms are updated. Aircon is great. Their pillows are very comfortable. Guards great to find taxi for you every time. Near seaport. Great Filipino food, but no westerner breakfast. No menus in the rooms. Massage Therapist 20 minutes late because she was eating. Sink and shower drains stink. Bathtub and shower water very very low pressure. Could not use the tub because water pressure is a trickle only. Same with shower water tricking, but I managed to shower. Quality Control is obviously non-existent to make sure rooms are wonderful before giving to a guest. I will not stay at this hotel again

Had a pleasant stay in the hotel. I reserved their twin deluxe room. The bed was comfortable and big, 2 people can sleep on each bed. I got the room for 2 and just added 50 pesos for an additional towel for another person. The toiletries you have to request for it first. They have their own basement parking which is a plus for those who are traveling by car.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel service is good and staff are accomodating. What I dont like here is the breakfast buffet. Food is quite blant. I dont like it. But overall service and hotel is good. I will still rate it 5 stars.😊

I was organizing an event and the family requested to have it in Grand Xing the place was awsome and very chique however the person that holds the function/ Events was a little less competent and failed to inform as a very important Information about the Room Rates nevertheless we where save by someone in the banquet department by suggesting to buy something for the guest because some of the guest is already hungry and the celebrator is running late. We didnt slept here because of the miss information but it was a great exp. Kudos to the banquet staff.

Well, we checked in here because of the pool.. it was so nice in the pictures i saw from the internet.. But in reality it's not. Poolwater was dirty when we were in the pool. There's no water coming in and out of the pool.. My eyes got irritated and probably infected.. I ended up in a clinic.

Four stars for now. The service and staff are good. Stayed here for three days and my group and I was taken good care of. Sometimes the service is slow and I think they should improve on that. I asked for a menu and I have to call 3 times before they sent it to my room. Breakfast is good but needs to improve in pairing meals. I like their scrambled egg though. In general, staying here was good. The hotel was very accessible to our guests. More more more!

I love the rooms, its so spacious. The beds were so soft. The toilet room was also spacious and they have a bidet. However, I can clearly hear the conversations of persons on the other room. The food was also good. The function rooms were nice and comfy. The servers were also nice.

A lovely very clean hotel. The rooms were very spacious. The swimming pool has a good view over parts of the city. Also it has a good covering the sitting area and part of the pool. So when the sun is shining on the pool. You have some shelter from it. The service is excellent and the staff are excellent. The food is good. I would say very good value for the price.

The infinity lap pool is definitely a come-on, but opens late in the morning and closes early in the afternoon, so nobody can enjoy the clear clean water anymore. Breakfast food is definitely bland and wanting, one can even say street food tastes much better. Hotel staff courteous, but will only just look at you carrying your luggage. No offer of help at all. Hopefully, they can improve their services since I would definitely choose and support local hotels over other brands. Offering discounted/promo room prices should not translate to deteriorating accommodation.

I like this place, the employees are great. The rooms are great but the amenities, I'm little disappointed but overall, it's a great hotel.
