I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and modern decor. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Checked in to this little hotel today. What a nightmare. On the 20 floor. 1. Old A.C. That stopped working after 2 hours. Loud & dirty unit. 2. No water pressure. Impossible to adjust water temp. It goes from warm to ice cold without touching lever. 3. Not 1 plug 🔌 available in the room to charge mobile devices. Technician brought an extension cord. 4. Pillows are thick & heavy. Run down small rooms hotel. With worn furniture. The pictures you see are deceiving. Welcome to the world of smoke & mirrors ‼️ The only good thing here, is the friendly employees who try helping but not much they can do Bottom line, feeling lucky I have a mattress in the room. In all my travels never experienced an odd situation like that. I must say, a big thank you to James the manager, for changing my room to a semi functional room and making sure I feel as welcome here 🙌🏽

The rooms are great and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The only problem was the day we checked in they had no towels available at all, and just this evening as we arrived to our room house keeping staff left dirty linens on the floor. I would give this hotel five stars but house keeping and laundry supplies needs lots and lots of training and improvements. On the bright side the hotel is located in the middle of everything in iloilo city

Complete amenities, great staff service, great location with convenience store at the lobby. Breakfast can be improved but they have accommodating staff. Only negative experience was i need to request for towels 3x before the housekeeping came.

Very disappointing from the photos you see in the internet versus in reality. As in from the room, to the amenities. Just look at the pool area. The aircon unit in the rooms are moldy, the entire room looks so cheap and seems like built with substandard material. Very very disappointing. I don't know why people rate this hotel very high. I think the only good thing about this hotel is the location. One thing I would commend though is the service. The crew are kind and approachable. Thank you for the room transfer and the complementary fruits, which means they are attentive to their customers.

Room is good very spacious, all the cabinets, drawers, and towels you'll need. Hygiene kits is also complete. Could have been better if the water heater was working. Breakfast buffet was amazing, they even have complementary drinks on your check in. The location is good, close to SM, Atria, and Festive Mall.

Nice hotel . The top floor is very clean to stay compared to the lower floor which we stayed when we came back the third time. Requested the top floor but was promised the next day to switch room but was not done. Service was good though. Security guards are nice and they will get a taco for you. Affordable to stay in iloilo.

Water went out for all floors below floor 16, I was on 12. To shower, we had to call, and they gave a time and room you could go to. If you used the toilet, you just couldn't flush. Lasted 2 days. Never got a discount or even a free breakfast for the inconvenience.

My stay at this hotel is just very convenient to everything i need. It is near restaurants so i don't need go far to eat out. The room is clean, spacious and bright. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The price is good too... I pretty much recommend staying here.

In front of SM Iloilo. Easy access to public transportation to visit other areas. We enjoyed the pool and the gym. Has buffet breakfast on the top floor

Very close to SM and just one ride away to Megaworld, downtown and to Jaro. The staff were welcoming and easy to deal with. The room is clean and with complete toiletries. Even the towels were fluffy and warm. The breakfast had a variety of choices and they have an omelette station. Sitting by the window at The Horizon gives an exemplary view of the city as well. It's perfect for staycation and a hotel to just stay in when in business or touring in Iloilo City.

The staff is very friendly. I just found out that they have the highest peak in Iloilo. So I took photos of the view from their dining area. You can see the entire Iloilo! This place is just across SM City Iloilo. It's also a walking distance to a very long strip of food places called Plazuela Dos. I love everything about this hotel. The staff are all friendly, and there's a 7eleven downstairs for emergency needs. Will book again on our next visit.

Great location and comfortable rooms, but skip eating there. As mentioned by others the breakfast buffet is served cold and dinner offers nothing worth remembering. Food is expensive for what little they offer. I got lechon kawali with vegetables and mashed potatoes and it only had three very dry pieces of lechon. Make sure you book through Agoda or another booking service as if you book through the hotel it will be about 900 pisos more. SM City is across the street and offers numerous better eating options.

Very pleasant stay. Amazing rooms. Service at restaurant wasn't up to expectations, especially considering price and quality of the hotel. Anyways a suggested place to stay without any doubt!

The location is the best part of this aging place. They'll need to upgrade it soon or get left behind by better and newer competition nearby. Room air-conditioning, old wall unit was noisy and damp. Water pressure from shower was almost non existent. Wifi never worked properly despite many attempt to fix it. TV required attention from day 1. Bathrooms and other areas are showing evidence of mould. Pool area was under renovation. Wallpaper decor is cheap and uninviting. The staff were very friendly and it's a shame that the building isn't of the same standard.

Outstanding location The service was great The food was excellent The rooms had mold growing around the outside and along the walls the doors were busted meaning the door lock did not work half the time so I had to go get the front desk operator to open it for us multiple times The shower in the morning was spewing brown water air conditioning was covered in mold spores and needed a very deep cleaning stay at your own risk to your health

Room is adequately sized, AC is providing sufficient cooling, even during hot, humid weather. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast, though, wasn't as satisfying as my previous stays. Location makes it very accessible to and from anywhere in Panay Island.

My overall experience in this place is definitely good. The staff are very welcoming. It is also not that far from ICON where we had our convention. The location is accessible to other establishment in the city.

Actually we were so disgusted and disappointed with our first night accommodation and though it will be an added expense so we decided to book our next day with Injab Tower Hotel. The moment we arrived at their doorstep, all their staff - from Guard to their reception staff and baggage staff - we felt the heartwarming smile and greetings. The room was so nice and your other needs are there. Coffee, water, microwave to reheat leftovers etc. We recommend this hotel to all visitors of Iloilo. BTW - Injab is located across SM Iloilo. Happy Vacation!

I love the way Housekeeping fixes my clothes in the CR. They just keep the room clean. The area is very accessible, Walkable goin to SM City, just in front of the building on the other side of the road.

The staff are friendly. Room is quite spacious with one queen / king size bed and a single bed. The room comes with a safe deposit box, microwave oven. The amenities include tooth brush, shower gel, conditioner and soap. (No shower gel). If u have dry hair better bring your own conditioner. Room is a little dated. Have lots of TV channels. Grouting is a little dirty. Water pressure not very strong and need to wait for a couple of minutes for hot water to be hot but only last for last than 5 mins. Face towel have some stain see picture. They have individual router in every room internet still acceptable. The good thing is that outside the hotel there is a 7 Eleven equivalent where u can get light food and snacks. Just cross the overhead bridge, you can shop at SM Mall which is a huge mall. Overall average in my opinion.

Booked as "walkin" a few days aftr Dinagyang. paid 2,7k for 1 room 2 beds. clean, hot shower, friendly and very accomodating staff, great wifi - we had our own modem in the room. just in front of SM iloilo.

Above and beyond support from the staff. I left my phone in the Taxi when I was dropped off at the hotel. They were able to figure out which taxi it was by looking at CCTV. Fire works observable from window on January 21st 2023, for Dinagyan festival. Cons for staying here during the festival are sound proofing towards the outdoors. The music is quite loud and almost sounds like the window is open. However it is nice to see the festival from the window with out the stress of crowds. Another big bonus, very large mall is across the street. Pick up some fruit salads at the Supermarket in that mall for 60 PHP! Pool is good for lap swimming. It was normal water, not salt or chlorine. That has pros and cons. Water has some unavoidable debris, as it is an outdoor pool

Very shala ang hotel haha. Me and my colleage enjoyed our room which is in one of the higher floors as our night view was pleasurable. The room also has a microwave, water heater, refrigerator, all for a good and affordable price. Several parking slots available.

Was not able to sleep comfortably because of noisy old window type aircon. We were given dirty old looking bath towels. Next morning, we decided to leave and canceled our 6 days reservation and hopefully getting back refund. Will never stay there again.

the rooms are clean, except the towels are old and do not smell nice na. there a little bit of problem on the parking areas because it is located on the second and third levels of the building. you will find it hard to park especially if you are driving a pick-up or suv. but the challenging parking was compensated by the very helpful guards that guide you to the parking areas.

Great for your stay while in Iloilo, however, there are other better hotels nearby, but they are the only one with a microwave oven, great view as well. The room should be maintained more and they should provide newer towels if possible. Great service by their staff though.

The room is a little bit outdated when it comes to maintenance. No stirrer displayed on our coffee counter which brought me a little inconvenience, has a limited slots for socket to charge your mobile phone. What I love in this hotel are the spacious room, hair dryer, the exact size of the bathroom and comfy beds. Wifi are excellent too. And very close to SM City Iloilo.

Right smack the center of good places in the city. You can hail a cab or a jeepney right in front of the hotel. SM city iloilo is a walk away and other major establishments. You can bike too of you want. There's a call center beside it so street food is available in the evening till dawn. Its just a few steps away from the hotel so pretty safe. You can take a jeepney at 530 to to Jaro, attend a mass and buy the best pre-war pandesal ni Paan or traditional binka. There's also 7-11 in the building so pretty convenient. Location wise, this is a great choice! Room is pretty clean, big bed too and a microwave which is very helpful.

Good hotel, best location and friendly staff, nice rooftop restaurant, only the water pressure in toilet sink, and shower very low. The elevators also very slow, but I will definitely be staying here again...

I have been in this hotel several times. Staff, services and the rooms are excellent. I had trouble booking online but that wasn't a problem as I was easily accommodated when I called. Thanks guys. It’s really an awesome experience.

Located front of SM Mall. Transportation is available- taxis, commuters. 7/11 is nearby for quick purchase. Ideal place for tourists. Only struggle is the parking space but accessible.

Rooms are good - it has a microwave, ref and kettle with a gigantic TV. Service is okay, Facilities (pool, gym) are not monitored well they should place at least 1 staff in the area. I tried going to the pool, call the front desk before going to the facility to make sure that I can use it and inquired if I can ask for towel I was told there would be a staff so I didn't have to bring one from the room but there wasn't a staff at the area. Spa is temporarily closed. Hotel have restaurant at 21th floor, food bought can't be charged to the room as it was not connected to the hotel, mode of payment cash/GCash only. Great Location - Ideal for business travellers, easy access to Food as it is in front of SM and Transport Terminal.

This hotel has everything you could ask for. One of the best hotels in Iloilo and it’s strategically located since the SM Iloilo is in front of the hotel. I especially love the breakfast buffet here. Take note, they also have a swimming pool and gym wherein you can take your time to chill out. I had an amazing stay here and will definitely book again on my future trips in Iloilo.
