I have stayed in this hotel a few times but this is the first time I got a room in the annex building. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. A bucket of ice costs 14 pesos only and the staff are really helpful. The only issue I had was the aircon was leaking water. I made a complaint regarding this and they sent someone from housekeeping to mop up the floor and someone from engineering to fix the aircon. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the aircon on the first try and they were fully booked. On my second complaint, they sent two people to replace the aircon. So it finally got fixed.

2nd time in 2 weeks staying here. This time my room smells very stale, the price of the room does not justify the amount we paid the TV is only showing about 10 out of 60 channels, none of them are film channels all are local stations, spoke to front desk about this and I'm sure he's not telling the truth. The first week here we were able to watch the TV now all of a sudden they haven't been showing channels for a while hmmm

Huge!! Just huge!!! The room is so big pwde mag ballroom dancing with the whole barkada. Fine di mo type ballroom, pwes mag tennis kayo. It's that big. Even the banyo!! Which was almost as big as the room and definitely bigger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in. Nice big shower and nice big tub. Whatta room. Was not expecting that. Especially for Php3,000!!!!

Kudos to the staff who are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. We will definitely come back.

One of the best hotel I've stayed in. Hotel and restaurant staff are all friendly and accommodating. The food is GREAAAAT from main dishes to drinks and desserts. Very generous serving in an affordable price. The rooms are very clean, they clean, change your towels and replace kits almost every day. Will be back again! Hopefully for a vacation 🥰

Clean and big rooms. There are restaurants and convenience store in the area. Perfect for family with kids too. Just bring your own toiletries (even shampoo and soaps), since the one they offer isn't really that good.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. From FO,Guard, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Restaurant Staff is warm welcoming. We also love thier cake selection. I love the ube maccapuno cake and pancit was so good. We love to do room service for our food. The room is spacious and clean. We will definitely come back everytime we will come to Iloilo.

Abrupt staycation since there was a long power outage in Iloilo and I had to conduct classes or my work is at stake. The service is so helpful and friendly. The 2 kids enjoyed their emergency staycation here ❤️

A homey 3-star hotel that fits our family's requirements (2 kids and 2 adults) during a 3D2N stay in Iloilo. We ended up in the Annex Building, while the reception is in the main building. Plated breakfast - your choice of Filipino, Continental or American - is included in our package. Basic amenities are included and the room is clean and well kept. Staff is courteous and accommodates reasonable requests. Thanks for making our stay comfortable. There is a building beside the hotel with restaurants and bakeashop. A convenience store is just a few steps away. The location is great and near restaurants, the Ferry Terminal and other tourist spots. There are other hotels under the 21 chain, and I'll definitely consider staying in other 21 properties.

Rooms are affordable. It's not exactly the best for its price range but it's also not the worst. Food is okay. Most of the staff is friendly and courteous. The conference room air conditioning units needs replacement or fixing though, because despite setting the two ACUs to 18°c the conference room is still warm despite its size and its not even fullt packed.

Went to Diversion 21 to facilitate a teambuilding activity. Also stayed overnight. Very clean, well -appointed, spacious rooms and interiors. Very spacious ballroom with good airconditioning and sound system. Food is also very well done - generous portions and on point preparation. Highly recommended.

2nd time spending the night. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. pleasant staff. It would have been nice to take a warm shower. No hot water though. Kids complained about not having cartoons in English. Took us a while to figure out how to turn the tv on since it would not turn on using the control. Great location.

The room and bathroom are relatively big compared to other hotels. No bathtub. The location is close to several good restaurants. The breakfast is standard silog meals. The service is good and solicitous.

It was my first time to attend a grand reception here at Diversion 21 hotel. It was a very nice arrangements. The staffs were accommodating. The host was amazing . Kodus to all those worked hard for that event. The wedding of Arvin and Nicole was fantastic. Thank you for inviting us. Wide parking spaces. Very accessible.

The place has spacious function halls that are ideal for large conferences or dialogues. The lighting, acoustic and arrangement of halls are ideal too and adaptable. The signal for networks like Globe and Smart are also reasonably good and you can livestream events as well. WiFi does have a problem and worsens depending on events and such. The food served here is completely forgettable though. Not really the best out of all the hotels or restaurants here in Iloilo.

The hotel was clean,spacious and very accessible. Its near SM and PRC in Gaisano. The food was also great. Will come back next time we visit Iloilo.

Rooms are spacious. Rooms have good views. Food is amazing. Hot water is available. Front desk staff are under trained and inefficient. Hotel airconditioning is poor. I was sweating while waiting for the staff to check me in. Indoor and Outdoor parking space are always full. This is NOT an ideal place to stay during hot summers or during storms. Their traffic management is poor and they have no valet parking. I do not recommend this hotel unless you have an event here.

Good spacious halls but the food is unpleasant. The pasta they served us during our event there seems uncooked and gummy or maybe cooked some time before it is served. The sauce is good tho👍

This hotel was nice once I changed my room coz first one wifi did not work. Staff did help sort it though. Room is clean and cleaned daily. It's large and the location is ok near sm and Smallville. Only complaint is no smoking allowed anywhere and in the street it's illegal.

Large room, complete with toiletries, hotel slippers and a hair dryer. Breakfast was also pretty good ! The shower isn't too hot but it's okay.

Was told no rooms at annex but later got room..given only 1 towel and 1 bottle water..shower not hot...staff can be rude not helping no HBO or Cinemax had to pay extra to request towel or water
