    Super bad service. A thousand turns for an authorization and refund. I canceled the service in the middle of the month. I was covered until the beginning of next month and I had barely completed the withdrawal process when my partner's and my credentials had been removed. They are thieves because customer service told me that I was still covered until the next month. Totally I couldn't take advantage of it for the only thing I used it month after month.     Estoy esperando hace DOS MESES que me devuelvan casi DOCE MIL PESOS que me descontaron de mi CBU cuando me ya me había dado de baja. Si no les escribía no me informaban que había un ""problema"" con la cuenta del banco para hacer el reembolso, pero para cobrarme todos los meses no se les pasaba una fecha. Son asquerosamente caraduras e irresponsables. Juegan con la gente y su tiempo. Defensa al consumidor es la única respuesta que encuentro.. ¡ah!, y encima, para hacer el reclamo no están sus datos en la página (o al menos no están fácil de encontrar) y las facturas que me realizaron no puedo obtenerlas porque las podía ver en la cuenta de mi Sancor y desde el primer día que me di de baja NUNCA MÁS pude ingresar.

    En un principio todo bien es decir cuando no husaba el servicio yo en mi caso tengo el plan 800.v. grupo familiar de 4 3 aportes x recibos en oftalmológia 1 turno x año y una intervención odontología nunca hay turnos y es un solo centro ahora hoy me dicen que dejo de cubrir p.c.r. quisimos cambiar de plan pagando y nos dicen que no hay diferencia de cobertura y entonces que hacemos?

    Pagaba en efectivo y como no quise dar ponerlo con tarjeta o Cbu xq no tengo Entraron a mi app, cambiaron la contraseña, y cargaron el Cbu de otra persona conocida mía que me lo había prestado hace 2 años para un reintegro ( xq sino tenes Cbu no te reintegran) , la cuestión que ese empleado del cual no le dan nombre cometió 2 delitos : entro a mi up , cambiando mi contraseña, puso ese Cbu otra persona para que descuenten una cuota , 2 delito le robó a una tercera persona y la conversación que no tengo Cbu ni tarjeta de crédito y Sancor se niega a dármela grabación y el nombre del empleado, ahora tengo que gastar en mandar carta documento Inadmisible ya roban con la cuota ahora ya ni se mosquean en entrar a la privacidad y robarle a tus contactos

    Una estafa gente! A la hora de vender te quieren mentir con todo. Me dijeron que iba a tener consulta online con el medico y cuando elijo un turno siempre me dice que para el dia que elegi cualquiera de los doc no estan disponibles en ese dia, sea el que sea, de aca a 6 meses. Es decir, ese medico online no existe. Me dijeron que los brackets 100% gratis me los podia colocar apenas comenzara a pagar la cuota mensual. Otra mentira. Me los puedo poner a los 6 meses de abonar. Aun no llegue a los 6 meses por lo tanto no se con que sorpresa me encontrare en esa etapa. Y otra cosa, que bueno no es solo su responsabilidad si no las de la economia, pero comence pagando 5 mil y al 4to mes pague el doble - 10 mil y pico. Un chiste. Se rien de la gente. La realidad es que hace casi un año que abono la prepaga para encontrarme con que en Merlo no hay internación con habitación privada, tampoco hay un lugar donde realizar ecografìas 4D y 5D, la cantidad de crema que se puede obtener a través de Sancor tiene un límite de 800 gramos y que debo abonar la cobertura de la bebé desde que nace (por lo que voy a pagar el doble de lo que ya estoy pagando).     una verguenza de empresa desde que me diagnosticaron cancer no me autorizaron un solo estudio, me bloquearon el uso de gestiones para autorizaciones en la app y cuando voy personalmente segun quien me atiende es lo que me responden, siempre negativa en eso coinciden, estoy iniciando las acciones legales que corresponden, es la unica forma.
