Pregnancy cravings called for some good old fashioned, tasty French toast so I found my way to the Coop. Casey was an excellent server!! (I, myself, have 16 years service industry experience & can spot the good ones pretty quickly) I thoroughly enjoyed his presence and demeanor. He was attentive, polite, and punctual with everything. A genuine smile goes a long way!!! 😊 Thank you for a simple, yet delightful breakfast.

Taylor is a great server! She was very attentive to our large group and provided excellent recommendations on the extensive menu. Food and atmosphere were both great. Chili, breakfast, and sandwiches at our table were all fabulous.

Great place for breakfast and lunch! We had an array of items, I had the Coop Skillet with the cheesy hashbrowns. We had the Southern fried chicken, Down South Chicken and Waffle, the Crazy Monkey Crepes, and the Sante Fe Cooparito. Everything was hot, fresh, and great ideas on the menu. We will definitely be back.

Everything was delicious! Taking a family with 3 little ones for breakfast can be challenging sometimes. We had little or no wait. The staff was very helpful and friendly and attentive. The food was great. We can't wait to go back! So many different items on the menu it was hard to decide what to order.

Went here for a late brunch with a friend. The food was really good. Had the breakfast tacos and added bacon to it. Enjoyed the food. Attentive service.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Coop for breakfast. Our food (corned beef skillet and strawberry walnut salad) was delicious and our cheerful, attentive and efficient server (Asche L - ask for her!) was off the charts. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much! PS - LOVE the Scan to Pay option right on the check! Easy peasy to pay and tip without needing to bother the wait staff or stop at the register on the way out. Awesome!

Drove all the way from CHICAGO to try The Coop and I was so pleased! I absolutely loved the food, best mimosa and pancakes i have EVER had!! Our table raved over the homemade soup and french toast. Casey our waiter was extremely accommodating and the entire staff as a whole was very friendly and timely. The restaurant was very clean and packed- for good reason. I would be a regular if I lived in the area. It was definitely worth the drive and i cannot wait to come back!

Great place for breakfast and lunch! We enjoyed our breakfast there a few weeks ago, and decided to give lunch a try! Fast service, homemade food, great quantity and quality for your money! Today we had the Reuben, street tacos, southern fried chicken sandwich, and buffalo chicken wrap. All of these included a cup of soup and choice of fries or potatoes. So much food for the money. Such friendly staff. Our daughter goes to Carroll, and we come visit often. Will definitely and will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for great food and great service, the Coop is the place to go! This is easily the best breakfast/lunch spots in Waukesha. I’ve been here a number of times since they opened a couple of years ago, and I’ve yet to eat something I didn’t like. The food comes out hot every time, and the service is spot on! I recommend asking for Casey as your server. His attention to detail and kindness makes for a great experience. Joe, the owner, has truly cultivated his restaurant into a staple of the downtown Waukesha area. Personal favorites - Breakfast Taco’s - French Toast - Any variation of breakfast sandwich - Their chicken dumpling soup is AMAZING

Friendly staff. Stopped in for breakfast 7:30 on a Saturday. Clean restaurant. Food portions are good size for the price. I had the banana bread French toast. Not that good. Not horrible just the bread was a little too mushy for my taste. my other companion had the omelette with pancakes, Country potatoes. overall a good experience I will definitely give it another try and order something else next time.

Recommended by a local and I can see why. Huge breakfast menu with a lot of intriguing options, many southwestern rooted. We went with the carnitas omelet, avocado toast, banana and hazelnut crepes. Everything was delicious. Can't wait to return to try a number of other items. Great service to top it off.

Had to find a new go-to breakfast and lunch spot, and we have found it! You're greeted with an immediate smile and quick drink service. The menu has something for everyone... From hearty farmers breakfast like country fried steak and eggs to a foodies delight avocado toast on gluten-free bread. This place gets hopping, so be sure you arrive a little earlier than planned to beat the rush.

Another amazing breakfast at The Coop! Eggs Benedict are killer, red potatoes too. Don't miss this place. Great service, food, people. Server Alex was great.

Catering We recently used their catering services for a brunch baby shower. Food was delivered on time, was hot, fresh and delicious! They provided a great variety of options. Shower guests were raving about the food. Would highly recommend if you are looking for breakfast/brunch caterer.

The carnitas skillet was incredible! The seasoned red peppers are perfect! Such a great place to go for breakfast!

Ordered a pickup order. I ordered a breakfast and a lunch entree. Both were amazing and there was enough food for me to break it down into several meals. (I don't eat much at one time.) The young lady at the checkout counter was really nice. She smiled a lot and made me feel welcome. I will definitely go back!

The service here is incredible! The presentation of the food and the quality is second to none. I would like to mention the country fried steak as a MUST have! Also their velvet pancakes are the best pancakes I’ve ever had. I could rave on and on but I’ll keep it short and sweet. The coop is my favorite restaurant without a doubt!

I am not from the area and I usually don't like trying new places, but this place was recommended to me. Service was 10/10 our server Erika was very attentive with our needs as well as recommendations for food options. Food was delicious I definitely will recommend this place with other people that are not around the Waukesha county area.

This place is actually amazing. If anyone wants to go somewhere for Breakfast or possibly Lunch, definitely definitely worth it. Everything for my food when I tried it a week ago, everything was fresh, syrup, soup, gravy like oh my goodness. This is a fantastic place for anyone looking for Breakfast, definitely try this place. I was even shocked when I saw they had Hot Chocolate Liquor 😳

They definitely had a good service and a little bit of a rushed atmosphere. Tried their burger and that one was up to 2 stars of flavor for the beef patty and bland taste to the burger. The 5 star is for their breakfast foods and so far have the best eggs benedict I have had for a restaurant. I highly recommend their breakfast options but not their lunch much.
