BEST MASSAGE place in all of Chicagoland at a fantastic price. The deep tissue massage is literally life-changing and I felt like a new person. All my knots were sorted out and I was no longer sore and no more back pain. I now come here at least once a week. They were responsive, friendly, professional, and the facility is extremely clean and relaxing.

I went to Kay foot spa this past Monday because I had some aches in my back. I chose the Swedish massage and hot stones. It was one of the WORST massages in my life. I get there they pull me back. The gentleman never tells me which way to lay on the table so I lay the wrong way. He stayed in the room while I flipped around. Didn’t even give me the privacy to get out. While I finally faced the right way looking down through the hole it was dirty!!! There was dirty masks on the ground and lint. The guy masseuse was very rough and aggressive with every single body part. He did not ask once if the pressure was ok. I felt like he was punching and slapping me the entire time. The whole time I couldn’t wait to be done and go to a different massage to fix whatever mess he was gonna make of my back. Every time he would move my arm or leg he would slam it back aggressively. After he was done with the oils he was using a dry towel to essential clean me. It was awful. For the hot stones I was practically being burnt with them. This was by the worst massage I’ve get had in my life. Also they are more expensive on Groupon then in person. If I could give this place a zero I would! I will not be visiting ever again

Amazing, doesn't even begin to describe the experience. I tried the 60 min massage full body , Swedish massage with hot stone. I have never felt so relaxed and light . My back, my shoulders, my fingers , arms and legs especially ,had knotted muscles . And needless to say I feel as light as a feather. They are very very professional, Good lighting , good music and EXTREMELY TALENTED MASSEUSE. MUST GO if in Deerfield. If you have never had a massage , this would be a really good place to begin from. A very therapeutic and relaxing process. 😌

I’d driven by this place many times without stopping in. Finally, though, my wife and I decided to try their foot massage. Now we regret that we failed to go there sooner. The shop is small - just a few foot massage stations and a couple ‘rooms’ for body massage. I put ‘rooms’ in quotes because the walls stop a couple feet from the ceiling and there are only curtains for a ‘door’. We chose foot massage and we were delighted. Service was excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The place is clean and feels safe - even a temperature check before allowing us to enter. Plenty of parking in the back. Credit Cards accepted. And signs in the wall advising that city codes prohibit customers from removing their clothes. All in all - a very good place that will become a regular stop for us.

Clean. Often we have had to wait about 5-10 mins even with an appointment but it is not a big deal. The first massage I had was with a 90 minute for only $59! The person was pretty rough (lady with short hair). I asked her to be easier but she didn't really change. After about 20 minutes on one foot and my foot getting sore I asked her if she would move on. She didn't understand English so she didn't change. I finally pulled my foot away because it was hurting. The manager lady came over and I told her it was too long on one foot and it was hurting. She explained it was 30 mins on each leg/foot and 30 mins for your back. That's too long for a foot and she was too rough. I had sore places on my back the next day. Idon't recommend the 90 minute. The next time I had a lady who was great so I will ask for her again. The man running the show is a little abrupt. Once he did not honor the $5 off offer even though I showed him my text. "Not today. Maybe next time" even though my text showed no expiration date or any specific service. He just kept saying "Next time. Next time. Not today." I got frustrated and just paid. I did go back again bec it is still a good deal.

I don’t get messages often but got my wife a gift card for the whole family to go here. It was very relaxing. A great experience and a chance to support a local Deerfeild business.

Bad experience, the lady masseuse doesn’t know the pressure points, initially she was just caressing me when doing the foot massage then i told her to do hard massage apparently she cannot understand much English. I just wanted to gave up but then I decided to continue since i am going to pay for it anyway. When she was about to do the back massage, I asked her again to do hard massage then she did worst, it was hard indeed that she almost break my back. Long story short, my problem with my tired legs was not addressed and i had a headache and a sore back after the massage. Never again, it is not worth the price. It may be cheap but you will get a cheap service too.

Very prompt service and very reasonable prices. Everyone is very nice.

I come here monthly and am surprised to see people complaining the massage therapists going too hard on them. I guess I am used to this type of massage so I always ask for more pressure. Most of the therapists are pretty good and I guess the fact I can speak Chinese makes communication a lot easier as well.

Very very friendly staff. Just think we should be able to get a couple massage in the same room.
