Absolutely the worst McDonalds! 3 times in 1 week I was asked to pull up and continue waiting for my order and all 3 times my order was wrong! You have extra time to actually look at the order and get it right but somehow can't! Why is there only mayo and cheese on my double cheeseburger when I clearly asked for just extra pickles?? Plus our medium fry was basically a small in a medium size fry pocket!

Average McDonald's store with large play area. They do not keep up with cleaning tables. This store is very busy and the parking lot fills up quickly. Overall a new store with all you can drink soda machines. The play area is big but I assume full of germs with stinky kids running around and yelling.

Used to be the best McDonald’s around Covid killed this place Never open 24 hours even though signs and online claim it is. 11:30pm/midnight if you lucky. Most of the time 10pm. If you go AM your order is quick and correct. After 6pm will probably be wrong, missing an item or cold. Understand PM is young staff. But management needs to reign them in. They run wild and play around.

I asked for a medium fry and a double cheeseburger with Mac sauce. They didn't salt my fries. I didn't get Mac sauce. How do you mess that up? I've literally never gotten unsalted fries from McDonald's before, ever. Never got a burger without Mac sauce when I asked. I got my food at midnight. There were at least 2 employees, I was the only one in line. I'm not mad, but I'm annoyed. You did half your job basically. If I did half my job, people get hurt. Be better.

This McDonald's must have gotten a fun makeover in the lobby and ordering area, but this hidden gem has a complete old school playland! Your kids get to experience what it was like in the '90s to crawl around like a hamster in the tubes, and parents get to feel the nostalgia of the bright vivid colors and wave at their kids through the windows. The staff was super nice and attentive, food was prepared quick and came out fresh! In my book this was a perfect experience and a new favorite on our list!

It was OK but need more good service Clean was good restroom was no good Cashier was so so Drive thur was slow. Need more understanding customer order.... So so this place and there is paly place here.

This fast food restaurant has lowered its standard when diverse Spanish or Latinos work and run it. Atmosphere is no longer the famous American fast-food.

Hosted kids 8th birthday party here. Roberto and crew were extremely helpful in facilitating everything. Would readily do so again.

Ordered from the drive through. The attendant seemed very distracted and confused about a very simple order. He kept asking me to repeat myself. I got home and discovered I was overcharged for an extra sandwich. I called them back and they offered to give me a refund, ONLY IF I drove back to return the extra sandwich… I may return the sandwich tomorrow if I’m out that way…. Not sure if they plan to eat it or to give it to another guest…🤦🏻‍♂️. FYI - This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this McDonald’s. Hopefully, they do better in the future.

They consistently give you the wrong order and do nothing to make it right. Very inconvenient. Managers are rude to customers. At least the staff is nice and polite as their handing you the wrong food.

I have been visiting this McDonald's for many, many years now, and we really like it. The team members are very friendly and really know their clientele. The service is speedy, and the price is right. I am always treated politely and with much kindness and also treated like a highly-valued customer. We recommend this McDonald's.

The food was ok, they gave me a raw meat. They made me a new one and was better. Friendly staff, the problem there is that it smells horrible. Took my kids to this place because of the playground. But don’t even got to play because of the smell. Humid and just smelly. This place needs a deep clean asap.❗️

Ordered my food through the drive thru and the service was great but got my food and the fries were cold and I don’t mean luke warm I mean come on how do you serve cold fries. My burgers were not even wrapped they were just like sitting in the wrap. I stopped coming to this McDonald’s along time ago because of quality of the food but I decided because it’s on my way home from work I’d stop but never again.

Hey - can you stop making people pull up just so you can ram more customers through the drive through. You had 5 of us just sitting there waiting while half a dozen got their food first and then mine was cold.

Long time waiting. I constantly have some pieces missing in my order and I have to return back to the front and wait again till somebody finds time for me between preparing the orders and serving to drive through etc. Also the place is never clean, all tables and floors are dirty

on king david this place is horrible😂 Hit up the Mcdonalds on Rand! its way cleaner and the employees are way better. That one old dude with gray hair is so rude man he need some happiness in his life and a smile on his face, I just had to exit the atmosphere. Huge pity for some of the nice employees sometimes because they surrounded by the rude ones.
