Very cute place staffed by friendly people! The food was excellent and all the ingredients taste high quality. They kept my coffee freshly topped off the whole time. This feels like a great value for the quality of service and food. Check it out!

First time visit! The place is small for dining in, but super clean. We had the broccoli cheddar soup and grilled Cajun chicken wrap. Everything was super fresh. The wrap was filled up very full. Great flavor, and everything came out nice and hot.. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

I would give this place a 5 but for that everything would have to exceed expectations. The place is small, only open until 3pm, and is very basic. The server was nice but his eyes looked tired due to stress or lack of sleep, I hope he is doing ok. I had the reuben and it wasn't bad at all and fries were ok. The reason I give it a 4 is that I asked for ranch but was brought ketchup. Also the place is small so to make up for lack of space there were cleaning supplies just sitting out and the bathroom did not have a babychanging station due to size. The fountain drink selection was also small. I would call this place small and mighty. Prices were good with most everything under $16.

My co-workers and I eat here at least once a week. You can tell the pride in ownership from the cleanliness of the restaurant to the attention to detail with your food. Every ingredient is very fresh and everything made from scratch. Come hungry or be prepared to bring leftovers home. The owner is usually your server. He's super nice and very attentive. We won't eat breakfast anywhere else in town. Lunch menu equally as good.

This small restaurant gave the impression of being simple and friendly. The food was of the right amount at a reasonable price, and the owner served the food in a kind manner.

Such a cute family owned spot! The cajun chicken sandwich is a must from the lunch menu. Loved sitting outdoors but the bees weren’t so fun, so we had to move inside. Definitely a good spot!

Great little breakfast joint! I had the chipy’s bread bowl and it was delicious. Bread was baked right there. My son had lox Benedict bread bowl and he will order it next time The wife was not too excited about the avocado toast, just a little bland. Needed little salt. Decent coffee.

Nice delicious family run place. They remember you and the couple that runs it are so friendly. Have trouble figuring out what to choose off the menu, because everything looks so good. They are too cheap though and should probably raise prices a dollar or two.

WOW!!! Enough said, well, maybe not. Can’t say enough amazing things about Chipy’s. Incredible food, incredible owners that will make u feel at home. The pride in ownership shows in every detail. My new favorite local spot!!!!!
