I’m Korean and I love bibimbop. I’ve tried other fusion bibimbop places that are popping up these days, which are pretty good (bc I love bibimbop). I went to Drop the Bop during their soft opening and this place is the best fusion bibimbop place by far. They tried their best to keep the authentic bibimbop veggie ingredients as much as possible (kale, cheese, and potatoes do NOT belong in bibimbop!!) and added the fusion kick to it. Fresh veggies, fresh taste and their grilled chicken and spicy pork is soooooo good!! I heard their sauces are all homemade the chef, which is one of the owners. Personal recommendation for the sauce combo - spicy k sauce and carpaccio. You get a choice miso soup or seaweed soup.. both are good but try the seaweed soup!!! They also have korean chips and drinks to pair with your bowl. Must try!!!

Freshness of food 5/5 Is food tasty? Yes Friendliness of staff 5/5 Is this place authentically Korean? I would say it’s a Korean fusion but the traditional Korean bibimbop had all the right ingredients to make it authentic. The sauce is sweeter than the typical gochujang that makes it fusion. For bibimbop’s complimentary soup you can choose between miso and seaweed soup. I chose seaweed soup that went well with the bop and felt authentic to me. The exciting part for me was that they sell Sikhe (Cinnamon) drink. I may have to try it sometime.

I stopped by for a Hawaiian bowl, Power house bowl, and one of each of the soups. The food was all fantastic. The meat had a good flavorful sear but was still juicy. I would say the seaweed soup was slightly better than the miso soup, but you won’t go wrong with either. The food was a tremendous value for the price. The sauces, vegetables, meat and rice were well balanced and the flavors worked together really well. The owner, a charming young man local to the area is hard at work in the kitchen and serving his guests. He was kind and helpful. I kept eating until I was overstuffed and still continued to pick the remaining meat out despite the pain it caused to continue eating. It’s a wonderful lunch option and adds something new, unique and very tasty. The restaurant is nicely designed and very clean. The kitchen which is visible from the cash wrap is spotless. The music is at an enjoyable level for you to hear the music yet also be able to converse with your table mates. I don’t know what else I can say, but it was good enough for me to write a dissertation on it.

Great new place to have a healthy meal. An over abundance of fresh ingredient choices and sauces. Different rices and noodles too. It’s a big portion and well worth the price. Everything is cut and made fresh daily. I had the Ginger bowl but you’re able to pick all the ingredients you want. I wanted the ginger dip dressing. I asked if they had gochugang and could they put a little on top. Done! They also have nice miso soup with your meal. Service was excellent. Space is immaculately clean and well organized. Easy parking too. If you’re looking for a super healthy and nourishing meal anytime of day then this is a great alternative to other places!

I didn't even know this place is here, it was opened since September! The place was very clean and modern! I ordered the Hawaiian bowl! It was no brainer for me to choose what goes well together, they do it all for me! You get to choose white rice or black rice, I chose black rice(Korean sticky rice), and choice of miso or seaweed soup! All the veggies that came with the bowl were really fresh! I definitely will be back to try other bowls! The co-owner Philip was very helpful in helping me to decide which one to get! You can also choose from 8 different sauces! I got the ginger dip, it was very refreshing with the Hawaiian bowl!

We tried the traditional and power house bowls. Both very tasty and the kids each had the mini bowls w teriyaki and sesame sauce. Fresh ingredients, generous portions and great service.

First time here and the food is fresh & flavorful & the staff was very kind. It's very nice how the meal includes soup! Seaweed soup is amazing, the rice punch & pear juice was also very good. It was a lot of food for the price. The kpop <3 on the screen and the ambiance of the place are fun & we will definitely come back :)

Our first time. The staff were very helpful guiding us in our choices. The food was very tasty and had the level of spice we like. Definitely loved the black rice. Our first taste of grilled kimchi. Spicy and good!

I came here with my mom today during dinner and this restaurant is delicious! The environment is adorable and great for a photo op! Even if you aren’t there for aesthetics it is still the perfect go to for a meal that will fill you up and leave you wanting more. The owner is so kind and generous and this company deserves nothing but prosperity and a line out the door! My experience was awesome and next time I will make sure to shake my bowl first!!

Absolutely delicious! We had the Powerhouse, the All In and the Traditional and all of them were excellent. The ingredients were fresh and the sauce complimented the dish perfectly. The portions are very generous and the staff was so friendly. I hope they open multiple locations!
