Zoe and the team at North Shore Pediatric Therapy is amazing! Before we were referred to Zoe, we went to a few feeding specialists without success -- our infant could not drink from a bottle. Zoe quickly identified our daughter's problem and found workable solutions. Our kiddo has made amazing progress during a couple of short months! Zoe is knowledgeable, kind, and funny. She makes our baby and us parents feel comfortable and supported. We are so appreciative to have found her! I can not recommend Zoe and North Shore Pediatric Therapy highly enough. EDIT TO ADD: My toddler has also been seen by Madison for physical therapy. Madison makes challenging activities fun and finds great ways to encourage a toddler to comply with exercises. She carefully explains tasks and recommendations to parents. She’s great to work with and we are very appreciative of her help!

We have been using NSPT for five years now. We started at the Bucktown location and have since moved to the Glenview clinic when we moved. The speech, occupational, and physical therapists have all been WONDERFUL. My son enjoys going and I love that they all try to utilze his areas of interests in their therapies with him. The office staff is also wonderful with working with our insurance and scheduling.

The staff and therapists were great at the Glenview location especially my son's OT Dr. Sandural who worked with my son very closely on his matter and with us. He kept us informed constantly. We were recommended by our son'd pediatrician.

I absolutely LOVE NSPT! My son has been going here for over 3 years and now my daughter goes here as well! All the therapists are fantastic especially Zoe (the speech therapist). They are so personable and work well for there individual needs! I can’t say enough good things. The secretary, Maureen, is also great!

Nothing good there my daughter went there for 6 month everyday we meet different therapist and BcBa the billing department is not professional,they just charge u for nothing .

My son has been going to the Glenview office for OT since January of this year. We are thrilled with the services, and have been from the start. He's made great strides, and absolutely LOVES his therapist Safa! In June, he very happily left his friends at a summer carnival to go to OT. As a parent, that says it all for me. We will have mixed emotions when Ben no longer needs to see Safa. From scheduling to billing, the office staff has also been great to work with - very professional and easy. I highly recommend NSPT!

Our experience with NSPT was nothing short of wonderful. We were so thrilled to get in for testing in less than three weeks-everywhere else we called had a six month waiting list. Their NP team is busy, efficient, and very friendly. My child felt comfortable through the process and we are delighted to have strategies and a very thorough report for school. The billing office was fast with providing our benefits. Everyone in the office was kind and supportive through the process and we have recommended two other families to NSPT. The most important thing is to learn how your child learns and that is exactly what we came away with.

We've been a patient at the Glenview location for about 8 months and really enjoy working with our speech therapist, Lauren. She is attentive, caring and eager to explain her methods and tactics with us. I also like that she often follows-up via email with "homework" or tips for parents. The billing is easy and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. I love that they answer the phone with the greeting, "how can I make you smile today?"
