The whole experience was very good, from the moment I made the reservation online, since I had some inconveniences and I called and they were very kind and helped me to solve them, when I arrived, the reception staff is very nice, the place is perfect to relax. My therapist was Mary, a very nice girl, she explained me very well what the massage consisted of and gave me tips as to what I wanted to achieve with the massage, at all times I felt very good, Mary is very skilled in what she does, I left feeling like a new person. I highly recommend it, and I hope to come back soon.

Excellent massage by Chris. I've had many massages elsewhere, and the skill level and ambiance sets Vive apart from others. Very quiet and clean establishment. Show up a little early to have a warm neck pillow before you get started.

Got to the end of my rope with back pain and scheduled a massage same-day. Juan was fantastic, very polite and courteous. I told him what was wrong and he knew exactly what to do, and helped immensely even with a short 1-hour session. Everyone was friendly and service and ambience were superb.

Booked a massage for my wife 3 months ago for the day after the marathon as a gift. She took the day off work to make it happen. Received a cancellation an hour before the appointment. Understand things happen, but when someone books something that far out find a different solution other than just cancelling, especially considering knowing what the massage was for and how long the reservation had been made.

I have started going to Vive regularly and very much enjoy the massage therapists; LOVE Cesar. As a working mom I try and fit in massages while I am working from home and unfortunately had to reschedule. Being that I am on the go I had my phone on speaker to view my calendar and schedule accordingly which is when a very RUDE receptionist named Karen said to me; TAKE ME OFF SPEAKERPHONE NOW so I can hear you. I was absolutely appalled as I am the one calling your place of business to book a service. It went down hill from there and j couldn’t wait to get off the phone. I can’t even believe a small local business would have someone acting like this (I have asked other vice clients and they all had similar experiences). Was disappointment in the owners response back to me when I reached out as, “I will make sure to work on her interpersonal skills” is a really challenging response to a frustrated customer.

I’d recommend the sauna as a way to start the relaxation process. Mary is an exceptional massage therapist, her understanding of anatomy and her ability to connect with her client add up to a complete treatment, leaving one feeling relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time.

Love this place! The friendly expert care is unlike no other massage and you really know you are in good hands. So many of the therapists have great clinical knowledge, that is really important if you have an injury or chronic issues. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The messages I have received regularly have really helped improve some of the issues I was having with pain and stiffness that I lived with for so long. A true life saver.

I received a massage here for the first time the other day and was very pleased with my experience. I booked with Sue and she was great! I also booked a sauna session after my massage, and it was the perfect way to end my relaxing day. All of the staff that I interacted with were very kind and professional.

Feels like a lodge! they do a great job setting a calming environment. I received a pre massage heated neck roll while waiting which was nice. There was a humorous and accurate sign in the waiting room that said "the best things in life are expensive". When booking I was asked by the receptionist if I preferred harder or softer pressure which made all the difference because the masseuse Sue was STRONG and skilled. Was very clean room. Met one of the owners on the way out and they were friendly and professional.

The vibe in this place is just amazing! The owner is a very lovely lady. Very clean. Every room has a theme decoration that I absolutely love!
