Oddly located slightly to the Northeast of Gardner (in between Gardner, Braceville and Braidwood). Overall it looks like a quite well planned neighborhood with a country atmosphere and the preview photos on the website shows decent sized rooms and great washer/dryer hook ups. Worth me visiting the site and finding out how I can use section 8 voucher program towards the rent payment upon a physical check?

Not a bad place for a starter rental- chearper then most two bedroom appartments. Lots of newer trailers, if you want to pay a little more. They also allow dogs and cats for a upcharge. But sometimes it takes awhile to get things fixed.

I’ve lived here now for 4 years with no issues at all.Management is super friendly and helpful anytime I’ve had any kind of issue they take care of it in a professional and timely manner. Rent is fair and neighbors are decent.All and all a great little park to live in.

It's been nice so far. They are doing a good job of cleaning out old run-down trailers and bringing in nicer homes. The management team is friendly and helpful.

Bookwalter Woods is a close-knit very clean well-maintained Mobile Home Park it's always been a good place to raise a family we live there about 17 years ago and the quality hasn't gone down any as far as picking people good neighbors dog control dogs are allowed but no pit bulls and they keep up on the people not to have junk outside their trailers or end and to keep their yard mowed it's a very nice place very appealing I definitely would recommend it

This is a great community, Eric really takes care of the park and makes sure eveyone feels safe and welcome ! Plus the new playground he put in is awesome for the kids when I visit my sister.

True to form, these imbeciles are using a water meter billing company known for shady practices, BBB complaints & lawsuits. Good going. The water isn't even potable. It's gray.
