East Pointe Commons is one of the best complexes in Milwaukee!!! The units are spacious, clean, and come with a wood-burning fireplace on the top floor!! The office staff is incredible - I worked mostly with Jared and he is so kind and patient and truly cares about his tenants. I would recommend East pointe to anyone and everyone. Also, you can’t beat the location - 3 blocks from Brady st, 3 blocks from Lake Michigan, and 1 mile from the historic third ward!

So we are now into our 4th year here in the townhomes and have loved it since the beginning. The property is very well maintained and the front office staff as well as maintenance are very responsive and incredibly kind. This staff here is what really makes this a great place to live. We love it here and will remain here until we find a place to buy in the future. I would highly recommend these rentals, especially the townhomes! Spacious and great for what you pay; no need to pay extra for garage parking in the townhomes!

East Pointe Commons is a great place to live! The neighbors are friendly and there are community events that help us get to know each other. The apartments are spacious and updated with lots of options of floor plan and even townhouses. Jared the office manager and Tom the head of maintenance are the best! They are incredibly responsive, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents' needs are met. All of the office staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. It's a great location too. Lots of walkable destinations and the Hop is just a block away. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live in Milwaukee.

My husband and I loved living in EPC. It's a comfortable, updated, safe, and clean place to live while still being within walking distance of all the amazing things Milwaukee has to offer. MAJOR shoutout to Jared and Tom who were so wonderful throughout our 2 years there. They were super friendly and always responsive whenever we needed them.

He, his office staff, along with Tom the maintenance manager, resolve all concerns quickly and accurately. The EPC community is safe, secure and extremely well-maintained because they care about their resident's living experience. Jared and his staff are always friendly and willing to help. They make East Pointe Commons a five star plus place to call home.

We have lived at East Pointe Commons for over ten years and we are always well taken care of by the Office Staff, Maintenance Crew, and Senior Mandel Management! We could afford buying a house but living here is stress free. The townhouse and location are great!

I have lived in a townhouse at EPC for over 5 years now and have really enjoyed my time here. From the management to the repair team everyone has been great and easy to work with. It’s located in a centralized area so everything is convenient for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone

East Pointe Commons has been an amazing place to live at. I have been a tenant for over 3 years and I love the location, the management and the large space. Jared + team as well as Tom + maintenance team are so friendly and great at communication when I have any questions. They know everyone by name and always feel like they can help me no matter the issue. The location is in the perfect spot and close to everything. Also, the courtyard and side streets make it easy to have a pet and feel less "city" like.
