must
be
paid.
I
was
recommended
to
take
my
American
bully
here
and
scheduled
an
in
person
tour
with
my
wife
to
see
the
benefits
of
the
facility.
We
have
never
done
something
like
this
and
going
out
of
town,
not
able
to
take
our
boy.
The
tour
went
well.
They
answered
all
of
our
questions
and
made
us
feel
like
it
was
the
right
decision.
We
decided
to
book
on
the
spot.
We
scheduled
a
time
for
our
pup
to
do
the
onboarding
orientation
to
get
familiar
with
the
place.
Well
that’s
where
it
all
became
a
disaster.
That
first
time
during
the
tour
everything
went
great.
Everyone
was
over
the
top
friendly
and
made
us
feel
welcome.
It
made
us
feel
like
we
were
making
the
right
decision
after
a
hard
decision
making
process.
I
cannot
say
the
same
for
the
day
of
orientation.
As
soon
as
my
wife
arrived
she
was
greeted
by
the
rudest
employee.
My
wife
came
in
at
the
time
we
were
told
it
was
okay
to
drop
off
and
received
nothing
but
the
worst
customer
service.
An
employee
of
the
facility
was
extremely
rude,
ill
mannered,
and
tried
to
belittle
my
wife
for
“not
following
procedure”
while
other
clients
stood
around
watching
and
listening.
We
tried
to
explain
to
this
person
we
had
specifics
of
what
time
and
day
we
would
be
able
to
bring
our
dog
for
the
initial
orientation.
This
all
came
from
a
supposed
“manager”.
They
told
my
wife
she
was
too
late
to
drop
him
off.
Asked
us
how
do
we
know
if
he’s
good
with
dogs
if
we
have
never
done
this
before?
She
even
told
us
“well
your
dog
will
have
to
sit
in
a
room
and
wait
because
we
do
not
have
enough
staff
here
to
deal
with
him”.
Deal
with
him?
I
paid
$800
for
my
dog
to
be
treated
like
a
burden?
These
people
do
not
care
about
you
once
they
take
your
money.
The
owner
called
to
“apologize”
-never
have
I
ever
received
such
a
cold
apology.
The
owner
even
said
verbatim
that
the
person
we
interacted
with
“is
not
a
representative
of
their
company”.
Who
was
this
rude
person
working
there
then?
I
do
not
trust
a
3rd
party,
not
affiliated
with
your
establishment,
“dealing”
with
my
dog.
After
several
minutes
of
the
owner
trying
to
save
face,
she
realized
that
we
were
no
longer
interested
in
their
services
after
mentioning
several
times-
we
will
no
longer
be
using
your
services-
and
wanting
our
refund,
she
became
short
and
snippy
with
me
on
the
phone.
“Oh
well
best
of
luck
finding
a
place
for
your
dog”.
Not
sympathetic
to
the
situation
at
all.
For
your
knowledge,
we
had
no
issues
finding
a
much
better
place
that
concentrated
on
the
well
being
of
my
furry
friend,
and
not
being
prejudice
towards
my
pup
or
my
wife.
STAY
AWAY
from
the
phony
testimonials.
I
was
there
in
person
and
the
way
my
wife
was
treated,
I
cannot
imagine
how
their
“short,
non
affiliated
staff”
would
treat
my
fur
baby.
