👍👍 This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived. The apartments are spacious and beautiful, there's in unit washer/drier, and tons of storage space in the bathroom and kitchen. Me and my family lived at Lilly Preserve for about a year and a half and it was, without a doubt, the best rental experience we have ever had. First, we absolutely loved the split floor-plan and spacious layout. The double balconies and large windows really made our place feel open and airy. The rest of the building is well cared for with an elevator and heated underground parking, which was a life saver during the winter. The building must also be extremely well-insulated as we never heard any noise from our neighbors. The building manager, Danielle, is such a pleasure to work with. She always greeted us by name and went out of her way to bring the community together with fun social events and monthly e-mails. The rest of the staff is extremely cordial and any issues we had (which were minimal) were fixed immediately. We truly enjoyed our living experience at Lilly Preserve and would recommend this rental community to any of our closest friends and family. Thank you to the staff at Lilly Preserve for making us feel at home during our stay - you will be missed!

This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived. The apartments are spacious and beautiful, there's in unit washer/drier, and tons of storage space in the bathroom and kitchen. The property is well maintained with two gas grills and now two gas fire places! The property manager, Danielle, is also amazing to work with. She's friendly, extremely accommodating, and organizes apartment events on Wednesdays to promote neighborly interaction and fun. The ONLY reason I'm moving is due to work relocation. I highly recommend moving here, you won't want to leave!

I have lived at Lilly Preserve for the past 2 years while attending grad school, and it was the perfect place to live. The neighbors are very friendly and respectful and the staff is absolutely amazing and caring. Also, while I do not have a dog, I always loved that they allowed dogs in these apartments because I often got to say hello to some of the friendliest dogs on a regular basis! These apartments are well kept, the middle courtyard area is so relaxing to lounge at in the spring/summer, and I always felt safe here. I could not say enough great things about these apartments. If you are considering living here, I definitely recommend it!

We lived here for 3 years, and had a wonderful experience with Lilly Preserve. Danielle and Victor were quick to respond to all questions and apartment needs, and went above and beyond to build up a community. It truly felt like home here!

One of the best decisions I've ever made was to move to Lilly Preserve. It's an amazing place to live, the neighbors are great and you will never find a better Property Manager then Danielle Holtzman, she the best in the business. She's such a loving, caring and kind person and she takes pride in making our stay at Lilly Preserve a great experience!!

I have lived at Lilly Preserve for four years and have found the experience to be a wonderful one. The residents are friendly and respectful of one another's privacy. Having a nice mix of ages along with it being pet friendly, make for a very warm, family style atmosphere. The staff is of the highest quality and readily available to tend to the resident's needs. The buildings and grounds are always well-maintained providing an environment that is safe and enjoyable. The apartments are well-designed, spacious and comfortable. Maintenance needed are quickly tended to. I would highly recommend Lilly Preserve to anyone who is looking for a community that is welcoming, enjoyable to live in, and the folks care about one another.

While I only lived at Lilly Preserve for 1 year, it was a great place to live. Had I not bought a condo I would still be living there. It's a short drive to downtown yet in a quiet neighborhood close to plenty of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, movies and fitness. The newly built apartments are on the higher end and include granite counters, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer and dryer. There's a sense of community and it's pet friendly too. The property manager Danielle is the epitome of professional. She's friendly, responds quickly to any requests and invites the residents to "meet your neighbor" type events during the warmer months. Check this place out if you're looking for something nice and quiet!

My wife and I lived at Lilly Preserve for 3 years (Oct. 2020 - Oct. 2023) while my wife went to graduate school. We loved every day we lived here. Danielle and Victor work tirelessly to make Lilly Preserve feel like home. When we submitted maintenance requests, which was not often, Victor fixed all of our issues very quickly. Danielle plans several community events throughout the year, and a complimentary gift wrapping station during the holidays. The apartments are modern with high end appliances/counter tops, and third floor units have extra tall ceilings and windows. Tons of natural light. The community is very pet friendly as well. The community is nice and close to many grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and the highway is close to make commuting easier. While we are moving out of state to be closer to family, we are truly sad to be leaving. We will miss the community, Danielle and Victor!

Lilly Apartments truly felt like home. The staff was incredible, especially Danielle and Victor. Danielle was there for everything we needed and Victor was able to help quickly with any issues our apartment had, which were few. The Unit we had was a very spacious 2-Bedroom and Den, great for our small dog and two residents. The space was clean, a touch cool naturally in the winter as a corner unit, but nothing bumping up the thermostat a touch didn't help fix it. The grill access was so nice during the fall and summer months especially and Danielle worked very hard to build community events. I would highly recommend living at the Lilly Preserve. Plenty of great running paths, areas for dogs to explore, and not far from anything. The luxury price was justified by luxury living. The pet noise in the building was very minimal. If dogs did bark it was very muted and not a distraction. The people there as a whole were friendly and mainly kept to themselves. 10/10 loved it!
