Emily was great! Super nice and comforting throughout the entire process. It was my first time so she was guiding me through everything, even educating me on aftercare and hair growth. Loved how it turned out and will definitely be coming back!

Emily did a great job on my eyebrows. I have sensitive skin and have no breakouts or swelling after, first time having eyebrows waxed and it was painless. Emily took her time and is very easy to talk to. Very nice team at the front desk on a Sunday morning. Happy I chose to come here versus going to the mall for eyebrow threading. I usually go to EWC in Vernon Hills but live closer to the one in Gurnee so I decided to check them out. I came to read the reviews first and they did NOT disappoint!! I booked my service with Danae and she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She talked to me throughout the whole process which made me take my mind off the waxing. Five stars!
