Seeing as how Karen Kaplan has ignored my 8 calls, multiple voicemails and 5 phone conversations I will leave a review regarding my experience. I was planing on renting here before speaking to a current tenant and shocked about what I found after a bit of research. I decided not to rent. Well, Karen said and provided me documentation regarding a fee refund if I decided not to rent. Well, I never got my refund. It was all smiles and laughs until you decide not to rent. Would not recommend renting here. Place was dirty and dingy when I checked it out. Seems like it’s not tended to. Smells bad. Edit: Thanks for the generic response. I have reached out to you no less than 8 times with multiple voicemails. How about you refund me the money you owe me and stop playing games.

The building is beautiful and very impressive. The lady that showed me around was helpful, pleasant, very personable and very professional. The rooms I was shown were clean, modern and inviting. Hopefully I will be a resident soon. ReNew was beyond my expectations and I love the location.

My experience with renew was Exceptional! From the phone call I got back from Karen Kaplan who responded immediately, met with me and showed me The apartment options and than got me moved in immediately! Her diligence, kindness and professionalism was greatly appreciated, and also played a big factor in my choosing to live here at renew. I also meant Jose the maintenance person who works diligently at keeping these apartments fresh smelling and clean. I’ve lived here for a week now and I am already very happy and feel confident in my choice with deciding to live here at renew!

Karen is the reason this building gets 5 stars. She is personable, kind, a great communicator, and incredibly helpful. I will miss you most from this building!

Mike and Karen went above and beyond to get my refrigerator fixed. They even moved the food out of the refrigerator to the apt next door so that it would not spoil! I am so blessed to have them on your staff!

My wife and I moved from a large home to Renew on Main and the experience has been great. Karen has been a big help in making the transition and Jose has done a great job making sure our unit was ready. Love the location, the views of he river and the extra free time we have because we are not taking care of a house and the property that goes with it. Its not cheap but you get what you pay for here. I think a boat is in our future!

I've had a great experience living here for the last year. Jose, our maintenance guy, has handled every concern I've had immediately and with a positive attitude. He has great energy; always friendly, smiles, waves and strikes up a conversation when he has a minute. He is truly an asset to this property. Karen goes above and beyond and is personable with us each time we see her. I like that she is friendly with my child and in general always asks how we are. Overall, this community feels like home and that is more than I can say for the many places I have lived since being in my traveling for work position.

We showed up without an appointment but were given the courtesy of a full tour of the facility. Very impressed with the apartment we were shown as well as the imenities.
