Management fails to have their maintenance staff fix things correctly the first time. You have to keep calling and calling. I called for maintenance to be done on my tub when I first moved in because it was cracked, and no one has showed up and it's 2 years later. They better not try to charge me for this when we move out! The washers and dryers are always breaking. The fire alarm has gone off so many times where everyone in the building has had to go outside at 4 AM in the morning! Imagine having kids and having to deal with that! They also keep going up on the rent every year and the apartment isn't being upgraded. The lady in the office is rude. These people are a joke. This is the last year we will be living here.

Please read the policy they have in place as well as asking if not approved do you get anything back. When you pay the fees to apply ($150) if you’re not approved they’ll keep $100 and say it was to hold the apartment. Unfortunately, how many people do you do that to?? $150 is a lot of money for some people and preying on them with not giving them the hold money back is fraudulent. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Overpriced and taking advantage of people is not ok. I understand the Credit Check for $50 that’s universal you should keep that. however, keeping that $100 is not ok.

Leasing office staff is so busy with eating lunch not even interested renting units to the new customers. They act like we have to ask questions because we need unit. I would fire all staff if I were the owner. Terrible experience they even have wrong price sheet printed and they don’t know when showing price will be available. Stay away from rude people. Go to two towers at four lakes. Their leasing office employee very nice.

Pros: - The backyard to the woods is nice. - Rent is cheap. Cons: - 7 mice in last 4 months (8 total in 3 years) - Bee & stink bug removal is needed at the end of summer - A tree was on my back porch during July for a month before getting maintenance to remove it. - 2 water leaks in the bathroom in the last 6 months - Smoke smell in the hallway 24/7 - 0 apologies from staff and just generally ill-mannered and disrespectful with issues.

We had a great three years here, but year #4 is taking a turn for the worse. Upstairs neighbors are extremely loud, the laundry machines are full of clothes all the time, our dishwasher has never cleaned dishes, the shower changes temp randomly, and it gets extremely cold in winter/hot in summer. Otherwise, it's a quiet and cheap apartment. Maintenance is responsive and nice. Grandfathering the price for lease renewal during the rent crisis was outstanding.

The leasing agent ANGIE is by far the WORST agent I’ve ever came across. As soon as I walked into the office she didn’t speak so I said “ I guess I’ll speak first” and then she started asking me questions about what I was interested in touring. While talking she was very snarky!!!! And VERY unwelcoming. She acted as if I should talk to her!!! The units are very nice and affordable! I don’t live here and will never spend my money with this place due to ANGIE & the other reviews posted here!! WE SEEN ANTS AND MOLD IN THE TUB AND UNDERNEATH THE SINKS!!!! Anyway, after the tour I asked about amenities and she pointed to the gym and walked off!!!! We overheard her gossiping to the other agent in the office!!! I’m a police officer so it’s obvious that I make 3x the rent but I felt that because I was dressed comfortable she thought I wouldn’t qualify and can act any kind of way with a ATTITUDE!! IF I WERE THE OWNER PLEASE FIRE HER!!!! SHE IS A NEGATIVE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!!! ANGIE YOUR A LEASING AGENT THAT MAKE PENNIES FIX YOUR ATTITUDE!! UPDATED REVIEW; TO THE OWNER PLEASE TEACH ANGIE HOW TO GREET POTENTIAL TENANTS WHILE TOURING. ITS A SHAME THAT YOU CODONE SUCH A BEHAVIOR AS HERS. VERY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT!! So far so good! In this day and age it is hard to find affordable living in an area that is safe. If people expect the most out of an apartment complex they should expect to pay the most. Old building that with an excessive amount of money invested into it could certainly be updated to please everyone who complains. However if such was the case you better believe rents would go up!

Applied for an apartment, got denied. Spent $150 that I will never get back. Someone on the phone rudely told me that I should’ve called ahead of time when it says no where on your website or anywhere about this, made out to seem like it’s the other persons fault what a scam.
