Straight rip off I bought a mold they charge me for it didn’t give it to me because it was broken and then they raise the price on the jewelry do not shop here

Mary and Gisela are basically thieves. They take forever and don’t even actually fix jewelry. I had an issue with an order and they refused to give me a managers information to speak to. I asked over 5 times for a higher up and they kept covering for each other. Horrible service.

The worst place to buy jewelry, I bought some earrings and they came out of very poor quality and I couldn't even return them after only 3 days of purchasing them. I don't recommend this place 😡
