Doctor
late
on
multiple
times
without
any
call.
They
expect
you
to
sit
with
your
kid
in
pain
and
really
ask
you
to
come
back
in
two
hours
because
the
doctor
is
running
late.They're
the
one
who
schedule
and
approve.
Besides
that
they
overcharge
and
use
rates
that
are
for
how
long
a
doctor
sees
you
when
it's
actually
their
front
receptionist/
aides
who
first
check
you
and
the
doctor
charges
your
insurance
on
a
higher
rate
as
if
he
was
in
there
the
whole
time.
They
charged
us
over
$200
for
swimmers
ear
while
a
$5
bottle
would
have
done
the
job
while
a
better
practice
10
minutes
away
told
us
it
was
just
wrong.
They
said
we
shouldn't
have
paid
more
than
$25
for
the
simple
visit
and
they
even
post
their
prices
upfront
unlike
this
place.
When
I
called
to
find
out
why
I
had
a
big
bill
,
they
say
call
their
collection
agency
who
then
directed
me
to
the
doctor
bc
they
claimed
to
only
charge
what's
ordered
by
the
doc.
Then
they
get
mad
if
you
let
others
know
of
your
experience
on
Facebook.
The
doctors
even
started
commenting
that
I
wouldn't
communicate
when
it
was
them
saying
to
call
their
insurance
people
and
they
couldn't
help
.
Only
after
others
saw
their
unprofessional
behavior
and
threats
to
send
me
to
a
collection
agency
unless
I
messaged
the
doc.
Now
their
collection
agency
calls
from
random
numbers
and
sometimes
will
not
answer
your
call
backs
and
instead
leaves
a
voicemail
lying
that
we
won't
answer
them
so
they're
going
to
escalate
it.
Today
their
guy
called
while
I'm
working
and
not
with
my
phone
and
simply
demanded
as
if
I
had
insulted
him
with
"
this
is
x
with
Koppel
;
YOURE
GOING
TO
WANT
TO
CALL
ME
IMMEDIATELY.
Sounds
like
some
threat
which
doesn't
surprise
me
with
how
the
Dr
practice
overbills
and
demands
you
not
to
speak
up
and
made
some
kind
of
comments
about
lawyers
if
I
recall.
Short

didn't
pay
the
bill
that
was
overcharged
by
more
than
$200
for
swimmers
ear.
Doctors
got
mad
I
posted
the
conversation
online
for
other
neighbors
to
know
and
then
they
threatened
to
send
us
to
collections
if
I
wouldnt
speak
to
him.
This
is
after
the
two
in
charge
wouldn't
answer
me
on
billing
codes
and
said
speak
to
someone
else
.
