Love, love, love!!! I HIGHLY recommend this doctor’s office. Dr. K is awesome, patient and kind. He listens to everything you have to say and all your concerns. The office is decorated very cute, the exam rooms are adorable!! My toddler was a bit shy and nervous but got excited seeing the decorations of the room and the toys in the waiting room! They even let him pick a prize from the box at the end of his appointment. The receptionist are awesome and polite. They also had gifts for the mom’s on mother’s day! super sweet office!

I am so glad to have came across the office of Dr. K. My kids LOVE going to the doctor because it’s decorated so cute for them, the whole team is always so welcoming and nice, and Dr. K is so patient with them. I finally have a pediatrician that I trust my kids with. The office itself is always so clean and I have noticed the rooms are disinfected down before we are taken into the room. The staff are all so kind, honestly, every single one of them. You’re always greeted with a smile and you can tell they actually enjoy their jobs. Dr. K knows his stuff. He is patient enough to hear me out about any of my concerns and you can also tell he is genuinely concerned as well. He’s also very friendly and patient with my children. Dr. K doesn’t shut me down if I seem to be worried about a minor thing. I recommend Lyons Pediatrics to anybody looking for a long-term pediatrician🩵

Doctor late on multiple times without any call. They expect you to sit with your kid in pain and really ask you to come back in two hours because the doctor is running late.They're the one who schedule and approve. Besides that they overcharge and use rates that are for how long a doctor sees you when it's actually their front receptionist/ aides who first check you and the doctor charges your insurance on a higher rate as if he was in there the whole time. They charged us over $200 for swimmers ear while a $5 bottle would have done the job while a better practice 10 minutes away told us it was just wrong. They said we shouldn't have paid more than $25 for the simple visit and they even post their prices upfront unlike this place. When I called to find out why I had a big bill , they say call their collection agency who then directed me to the doctor bc they claimed to only charge what's ordered by the doc. Then they get mad if you let others know of your experience on Facebook. The doctors even started commenting that I wouldn't communicate when it was them saying to call their insurance people and they couldn't help . Only after others saw their unprofessional behavior and threats to send me to a collection agency unless I messaged the doc. Now their collection agency calls from random numbers and sometimes will not answer your call backs and instead leaves a voicemail lying that we won't answer them so they're going to escalate it. Today their guy called while I'm working and not with my phone and simply demanded as if I had insulted him with " this is x with Koppel ; YOURE GOING TO WANT TO CALL ME IMMEDIATELY. Sounds like some threat which doesn't surprise me with how the Dr practice overbills and demands you not to speak up and made some kind of comments about lawyers if I recall. Short story , didn't pay the bill that was overcharged by more than $200 for swimmers ear. Doctors got mad I posted the conversation online for other neighbors to know and then they threatened to send us to collections if I wouldnt speak to him. This is after the two in charge wouldn't answer me on billing codes and said speak to someone else .

We are so happy with the care we receive. Dr Katerji is very patient and kind with our kids. He is very knowledgeable and his care is above and beyond. The staff are very friendly. The clinic is nicely renovated and is so clean.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I can't recommend this pediatric doctor enough! The staff is incredible, creating a welcoming and clean environment. Every visit, my kids feel at ease and actually look forward to going. A truly fantastic experience! To top it off the rooms and waiting area are so cute!!! 10/10

I came across Dr K after so many recommendations on Facebook , he’s the best ! I can get same day appointments when I have an emergency. He’s so helpful and has helped so much when one of my kids got really sick twice ! His staff is so friendly and helpful they are not scary nurses how my kids say 😂 definitely recommend ! Nice place and clean and there is definitely no waiting an hour just to get seen like other places.

The moment you walk in the reception greets you and soon as check-in is done you’re taken back by his MA then seen by Dr. Katerji, his MA is so kind as well as Dr.Katerji ! They are simply amazing not only does he makes kids comfortable. But, he also listens to parents. So happy I came across Lyons pediatrics!

Good clinic. Been going since my son been born, and so far everything is quick, easy, efficient. Doctor and nurses are very informational and nice.

The staff are so sweet and welcoming and dr k listens and pay attention to all the small details about my son. I really recommend him. And I love how I can go walk-in and they always see my son

Absolutely love this pediatrician! They were able to get me in last minute twice when my newborn had a fever, and my son is always well taken care of. Everyone here is very nice, I’m so glad I take my baby here.
