I
genuinely
never
leave
a
bad
review
or
reviews
in
general.
But
recently,
my
mom
had
taken
my
sister
to
this
eye
doctor.
My
mom
had
a
suspicion
the
first
eye
doctor/nurse
had
no
idea
what
she
was
doing
when
it
came
to
the
eye
test
for
my
sister.
She
believed
this
because
my
sister
couldn't
see
at
all
during
her
eye
test.
The
next
doctor
who
had
given
the
prescription
ended
up
prescribing
her
eye
number
at
3.0,
and
she
had
then
given
vigorous
and
aggressive
information
about
her
eye
number
(diagnosis),
whilst
talking
to
my
mother
disrespectfully.
Other
customers
were
treated
with
respect.
Because
my
mom
was
still
skeptical,
she
took
my
sister
to
another
eye
doctor,
who
prescribed
her
at
a
2.5.
They
did
the
testing
thoroughly,
where
my
sister
was
able
to
see
during
her
eye
test.
It
is
not
safe
to
prescribe
someone
the
wrong
number,
and
when
it
comes
to
the
knowledge
of
eye
differentiation
in
numbers,
it
can
cause
a
strain
on
your
eyes
if
it's
wrong.
I
would
assume
the
rudeness
could
be
because
of
the
color
of
my
mother's
skin,
and
this
was
the
same
experience
I
had
when
I
first
arrived
in
the
eye
doctors
to
pick
up
my
sister's
previous
glasses.
They
were
extremely
rude
to
me,
but
kind
to
my
friend
who
is
white.
I
hate
making
assumptions
but
this
was
something
both
me
and
my
friend
noticed.
I
am
genuinely
concerned
and
am
confused
as
to
why
there
is
a
lack
of
service
for
an
eye
doctor
that
supposedly
"strives
for
effective
and
safe
eyecare"
for
all
their
patients.
I
truly
hope
something
like
this
doesn't
happen
to
anyone
again,
but
for
safety
reasons
I
wouldn't
recommend
taking
your
child,
yourself,
or
loved
ones
here.
Eye
care
is
a
sensitive
thing,
and
I
truly
wouldn't
want
any
other
patients
in
harms
way.
