I was robbed, they have video footage, they let the robber walk out with my money and lied to me they could not find him, but I saw them talking minutes before they let him walk out. Why lie to me they could not find him? This place is run and owned by crooks with ties to organized crime.

A+++ NO SMOKING! SAFE! Smells great! The three most wonderful ladies at the welcome counter! Professional, clear instructions, not rushing us off, perfect and nice! The face of the casino is this first place we stop and Bree, Susan, and Dorothy made our first impression here as one of our favorite casinos we have ever visited. My wife is a retired flight attendant and I’m retired Navy. Been to hundreds of casinos and I can say this one is Safe! No crack heads like MGM in Vegas lol… I witnessed the guy next to me win over $4000 on the slots! Took a photo to prove it. We got a free soda drink without an attitude like we normally always get from other casinos. Wish there was a free soda station, but it was not hard to find the waitress. I received a military card that gave us 25% off food so that was cool. New customers receive $10 to play with and a great band to hold your card to your pants. Finally have a place where every race can mingle without anything feeling strange. This place is perfect for adults to come and have fun!!! Without a worry… great tables live energy.

Only reason for the 4 stars is because their new event center the lighting SUCKS. I think it's a new venue for them, so hopefully they see this review. The lights shown in picture the white audience light. Boy do they blind you. Straight to the eyeballs, please stop using those or at least point them up only. Other than that phenomenal event space

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Been a member since 2011. Decided to stop by since we were in the area and we were grabbing dinner at Hugoi. Plus it is the Lunar New Year, so why not try our luck!? Pictured here is the line before the stairs/escalators down. Reminiscent of a Global Pre-Check TSA line. They check for the usual ID and now enforce the COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate. There are definitely Casino regulars who come through, based off of the Security Guards interaction with those patrons. Casino is currently undergoing construction for new game rooms. Always a good time at the Roulette tables and Lotus Lounge with a live DJ on a Saturday night. Smallest minimum I have sent throughout the years at the Roulette tables were maybe $15 but during this review, it was $25. All-in-all, always a good time at the Roulette tables and Lotus Lounge with a live DJ on a Saturday night.

Beautiful and clean! OUTSTANDING new poker room. They need to have dealers start earlier in the morning, which will happen soon I hope. I don't like waiting when I sign in at 7am.

Stopped in here with my husband. I sat at the bar while he played poker. I wanted a drink, but something mild. What I requested the bartender had never heard of, so her manager pulled up Google and walla! Her first time making a Merlot/ Strawberry daiquiri, and it was AMAZING!!!!

I love Rivers except for one issue. I have been coming here since they opened. All of the workers are extremely friendly and it is a very clean casino. The restaurants are amazing! My only complaint is their rewards... They are extremely cheap!!! This casino makes a lot of money and yet they only offer their members with $15 match plays... This is insulting! You have to spend an arm and a leg to get a match play over $50... This is ridiculous .

Very nice casino, with different options to eat, not sure if this one had it but missed the courtesy drink station. I'm just taking a star because normally with a $300 budget I can play for hours because I keep losing and winning, and keep playing what I won but here it seems like I just kept losing and the money didn't last much.

August, 2022 -My first (return) visit to Rivers since moving out of state three years ago, and I was impressed! They've done a great job of remodeling and expanding the place. A whole new area in back with lots of your favorite machines. A small-town casino has gone World Class! Bring your spending money with you; but take it from me: leave your ATM card at home. Have fun!

The casino is huge, the have plenty of games. It's fun and warm over there, the stuff is friendly. They offer free bottle of water, free refreshments like pops. Also they ave bunch of restaurants inside, so you won't have to worry if you hungry and thirsty. They also have a designated smoking area. Don't worry about parking also. The place is open 24h. So feel free to slide by whenever you feel like your luck is smiling at you.

It is a nice place to visit. The Flip is delicious. I had an amazing Philly Cheese Steak sandwich! They have several restaurants and I can’t wait to see what else they have to offer!!!

I like to go there to place my golf bets, grab a quesadilla & donate $20 to the slots on my way out on Wed nights. Once you can get a server flagged down everything else is great.

Good place big poker room. Lots of action, ain’t soft players. High competition. Bad beat high hand $500 every 45mins Good lighting, good theme, overall pretty clean, and decent chairs.

Lotus Bar has a nice vibe. I like to go there on special occasions for an amazing beverage. I don't gamble but I do enjoy the ambiance.

Kenny G and war was awesome rivers so far have been booking some great entertainers at there venue this new venue the place is clean what they have done has improved the place I just miss the cube dance floor I had a ball at the concert last minute Kenny g was sold out but I got to hear a little bit before it was over war I was able to get in and had great seats thought I would share my photos from seeing war which happened to fall right in my birthday 🎂 Kenny G was amazing I was right by the security guard listening he was sold out though because I don't live that far I just took my chances and went up there and was lucky enough to hear some of the phoneminal music by Kenny before it was over beautiful just beautiful rivers should have more tickets for fokes when they sell out like that but overall great night 🌙 😇🤗

Well lit clean place. Super convenient! You pull in, you go right into the parking garage, a short walk to the elevator, inside the elevator there's a huge red button that says Casino and it lets you out at the top of the escalator. Couldn't be any more easy. I like the way they had signage to the tables because all you first see are slot machines. Very user friendly. Dealers were great all the dealers we met were courteous, helpful and made for a good experience. We did not have anything to eat there or drink so don't know anything about prices or quality. But the casino itself is safe and offers a good time.

Clean machines and facilities, nice staff, friendly patrons. Food options are great, too. Good location for family/friend groups since the atmosphere is more inviting than other casinos. Plenty of parking, even on busy days. The second floor is a nice escape from the loudness and crowds on the main floor.

I generally hate casinos, detest them. I don't understand how people play the games they do, in these places. The event center room, however, was a sufficient space for a concert performance by George Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers. The ballroom style stackable dining chairs were adequate for a 2 hour performance. The sound and lighting systems were professionally managed, the drinks were OK, the service in the Hugo Frog/Gibson's restaurant and bar was extremely well orchestrated. Joseph and the team provided excellent mixology, with food that was flavorful, in a portion that was fully satisfying.

Big poker player. Best poker room in the Midwest and outside of Vegas probably a top contender. The rake is $6+1 capped. If you get a players card they offer a $1/hr redeemable at the restaurants downstairs. 4 restaurants: Hugo Frogs chop house (I had the ribeye sandwich with a sweet potato 2x, it’s good), Flipped (burgers and such), a taco place (I do not recommend that spot) and Mian (Asian restaurant, their food is good). I don’t play table games but they have all the standard ones. They have a huge sports book with theater seating. Very comfortable. Staff are friendly. My only complaint is the waitresses are a bit slow servicing the poker room but there are usually only 1 or 2 staff serving a room of 100+ people. So it seems rather fair in that sense. Compared to other casinos I’ve been to definitely a 5/5.

It's a casino. What else would you like to know? You give them money, they give you chips and then you give them chips back. It's a casino. Great poker room with LAG action. All the usual table games with extra carnival bets included.

Come here once in a while with my dad. The food is great. We usually get the Rivers Burger and then play some slots for fun. The experience of the entire place is cozy and nice. Would definitely recommend coming and checking it out!!

I absolutely love this casino! It is always so clean. The staff are very friendly. I love the food but would appreciate more choices of cuisine. I love that the slot machines aren't cluttered in one spot. I leave near a casino. However, I will drive 90 minutes to Rivers because it's a great experience every time.

Decent place. The poker wait times are a bit long due to staff shortages. So, if you want to play, go early! Most staff is nice, but some are not customer focused and most tend to be the pit bosses/floor that don’t approach in a acceptable manner.

Easy access and friendly staff. I was there midday Sunday and was not too crowded. They had a $10 craps table and other tables with $5 minimums. Minutes to park and enter. I docked a star because they swapped out the dealer just as we got started and caused a small betting mistake. Reminded me of the movie "the chiller".

We went to see Kenny G and it was a fantastic evening out for us! The venue was excellent as it was smaller than what we expected, therefore gratefully very intimate and personal. The room could be a concert hall or ballroom or meeting room, with comfort for all aspects of its use. Regardless where anyone sat, the view/access to the stage was perfect, as the distance between you and the stage is close. The sound system was as comfortable as those great chairs we sat in.......you could hear every note, every nuance with each song, plus any of the enjoyable repartee from Kenny himself, all while moving, swaying, and enjoying the memories flooding back. Kenny has remained the same wickedly talented master of music with unbelieveable control of every instrument he has ever played......and his band mates are as awesome and talented in their own sphere. We would so very much like to repeat last night over and over again......the Rivers Casino/Kenny G combination was a real gift.....outstanding evening. Our thanks to everyone!

I went to rivers Casino l last weekend I really liked it. I love playing poker. So if you are a poker player they are open. I wanted to stay longer but my hubby has lost all his designated money so we had to leave. One thing I do have to say there are mainly men playing

When they 1st opened, this place was great. I never really won anything huge when I gambled. Just "small change." Friends never really won anything themselves. Mostly, either took a loss or came out even. But, I was mainly there for the different dining experiences, including the buffet, and there used to be a small club/dance area i enjoyed going to. It was just a nice place to hang out. Haven't been here in years and decided to come through a few days. Looks like the place went down. Feels old & run down! Also, the dining is not great. Especially since they got rid of the buffet. The food that is available in the old buffet spot is mediocre. It's all overpriced and not worth the money. Guess I'm just going to have to stick with the other casino.

Great spot at Rivers Casino. Burger and Ahi salad are very good, service is fantastic!
