Dear
UPS,
So
I
got
two
different
print
orders
done
and
picked
this
location.
The
first
time
the
guys
were
very
polite
and
had
my
order
ready
the
other
week.
I
guess
something
got
mixed
up
and
ended
up
getting
my
second
batch
from
the
lovely
staff
on
North
Ave.
I
will
no
longer
go
to
this
store
here
in
Oak
Park
due
to
the
deplorable
attitude
of
a
staff
member
at
that
location
unless
they
are
removed
or
fix
themselves.
I
did
not
get
a
name,
or
it
would
be
in
my
review.
It
was
the
not
white
lady
working
on
shift
around
5pm
on
Tuesday,
Nov.
28th.
Due
to
my
mix
up
that
I
was
unaware
of
still(I
picked
Oak
Park
downtown
location
first,
then
I
started
my
print
order,
still
boggles
my
mind
how
it
moved
to
a
different
store,
but
whatever)
I
expected
to
pick
up
the
next
day,
but
I
got
a
call
while
in
a
meeting.
It
was
the
UPS,
so
I
didn't
think
twice
about
listening
to
the
full
voicemail,
just
heard
my
order
was
ready.
By
the
time
I'm
done
freezing
my
butt
off
walking
to
the
Oak
Park
store
after
parking,
I
waited
in
line
and
then
was
helped
by
this
nice
young
man.
I
feel
terrible
because
he
looked
terrified
my
order
wasn't
ready.
I
don't
know
if
he
got
a
manager
or
what,
but
a
lady
comes
out
and
asks
for
my
name
rudely.
I
gave
it
to
her
and
then
didn't
think
twice
about
showing
her
the
transcription
on
my
phone
that
I
didn't
even
read.
She
looks
at
it
and
was
like,
oh
that's
not
us
no.
And
has
some
sort
of
audacity
to
tell
me
that
"if
I
listened
to
it
again,
maybe
I
would
hear
it
wasn't
their
store."
In
the
sassiest
way
she
could
have
said
it.
THE
AUDACITY!!!
I
am
a
paying
customer!
You
DO
NOT
speak
to
customers
that
way!!
Are
you
kidding
me?
I
want
to
be
contacted
by
this
store
and
I
would
like
her
to
be
spoken
to.
If
she
is
a
manager
she
needs
demotion
ASAP
as
she
showed
her
younger
coworkers
that
you
can
speak
that
way
to
customers!!
(
Pretty
sure
at
least
one
of
the
guys
standing
there
knew
what
she
did
was
wrong,
he
tried
to
make
it
up
by
saying
have
a
good
day
in
a
nice
friendly
voice
as
I
left.)
I
work
in
customer
service
and
I
have
not
once
used
a
"tone"
with
a
customer,
EVEN
WHILE
BEING
YELED
AT.
Learn
some
patience
and
keep
your
nasty
attitude
out
of
your
job,
its
a
job.
I
still
had
to
go
to
yet
another
store
to
get
my
stuff,
I
did
NOT
need
that
lady's
attitude.
All
I
needed
to
be
told
was
"oh
that's
the
store
up
north,
are
you
sure
you
printed
here?"
I
am
a
very
reasonable
person
and
did
nothing
to
deserve
such
ignorant
treatment.
There
are
so
so
so
many
other
ways
that
could
have
been
handled.
What
an
absolute
joke!
I
hope
she
sees
this
review
too,
because
she
needs
to
see
what
her
sassy
unprofessional
tone
does
in
the
work
place(hint,
it
just
causes
issues).
Eagerly
awaiting
your
reply,
Abigail
