3 people behind the counter, one person doing nothing. The other 2 helping the same 2 people for 15 minutes. I came to drop off a package with a prepaid label and they are making me wait my turn. I'd give this place a 0 star rating if I could. Worse than the post office!

Poor services at 805 Lake street Oak, Il my package was delivered at this location on Tuesday November 14th and sent back to the sender the SAME DAY without any notification say that it was delivered at the STORE for some come pick it. I tracked my package all week and said was in Franklin Park, and Addison, il now my package has been return back to the sender without any notification giving by phone or email.

Dear UPS, So I got two different print orders done and picked this location. The first time the guys were very polite and had my order ready the other week. I guess something got mixed up and ended up getting my second batch from the lovely staff on North Ave. I will no longer go to this store here in Oak Park due to the deplorable attitude of a staff member at that location unless they are removed or fix themselves. I did not get a name, or it would be in my review. It was the not white lady working on shift around 5pm on Tuesday, Nov. 28th. Due to my mix up that I was unaware of still(I picked Oak Park downtown location first, then I started my print order, still boggles my mind how it moved to a different store, but whatever) I expected to pick up the next day, but I got a call while in a meeting. It was the UPS, so I didn't think twice about listening to the full voicemail, just heard my order was ready. By the time I'm done freezing my butt off walking to the Oak Park store after parking, I waited in line and then was helped by this nice young man. I feel terrible because he looked terrified my order wasn't ready. I don't know if he got a manager or what, but a lady comes out and asks for my name rudely. I gave it to her and then didn't think twice about showing her the transcription on my phone that I didn't even read. She looks at it and was like, oh that's not us no. And has some sort of audacity to tell me that "if I listened to it again, maybe I would hear it wasn't their store." In the sassiest way she could have said it. THE AUDACITY!!! I am a paying customer! You DO NOT speak to customers that way!! Are you kidding me? I want to be contacted by this store and I would like her to be spoken to. If she is a manager she needs demotion ASAP as she showed her younger coworkers that you can speak that way to customers!! ( Pretty sure at least one of the guys standing there knew what she did was wrong, he tried to make it up by saying have a good day in a nice friendly voice as I left.) I work in customer service and I have not once used a "tone" with a customer, EVEN WHILE BEING YELED AT. Learn some patience and keep your nasty attitude out of your job, its a job. I still had to go to yet another store to get my stuff, I did NOT need that lady's attitude. All I needed to be told was "oh that's the store up north, are you sure you printed here?" I am a very reasonable person and did nothing to deserve such ignorant treatment. There are so so so many other ways that could have been handled. What an absolute joke! I hope she sees this review too, because she needs to see what her sassy unprofessional tone does in the work place(hint, it just causes issues). Eagerly awaiting your reply, Abigail

2 hour turnaround to spiral bound 6 copies of a presentation that I already printed. The FedEx store in Elmwood Park was able to complete in 5 minutes. Not an effective business partner.

I went to this UPS store when I needed a will notarized and witnessed, and once I got in the door after waiting outside in the Covid line, the process was friendly, fast, and efficient. Manager Angela did the notarizing, and she asked two other employees to serve as witnesses. And the cost for this and notarizing another document was only $7.00. I am especially appreciative of them because I know of nobody I can impose upon to be witnesses, and I discovered that while Chase and Fifth Third banks would notarize the document, they won't provide witnesses. I would definitely go there again.

Great in terms of the services they provide. Convenient and quick. I won't, however, be giving them 5 stars (which they could have received) because their customer service is pretty bad. The woman I spoke with was patronizing and rude.

Totally got hosed. I live in Louisville, Kentucky and needed to mail a package to Michigan. The morning of a drive trip to Chicago, I took package to local UPS store & they told me it wud cost $25 and get there by Tuesday. I ask if it would be cheaper to mail it from Chicago later in the day and they said, "Yes. Shorter distance, cheaper price." Makes sense, right? I have just mailed my package from Chicago the same day (just late in the afternoon) and the cost was the same. A total racket. They could not explain it and I did pick the same shipping preferences. Bet this happens all the time & we just don't know it.

I am very pleased with the service of Store #3385 and especially I like to recommend Miss Jeannie for a great help in one problem that I had in the past weeks. She was competent and fast in taking care of the complain. She sure is an outstanding employee of your store Norma Miller

The new girl who was helping me was very nice. However one of the senior employees was very rude and had a smart mouth. So unnecessary 😒

I've been a customer of this UPS Store for several years now, and I must say that I'm always pleased with their service. Maybe it's because I actually feel like they take stock in who I am beyond a mailbox number, and they make sure that I'm quite sure of everything before shipping anything out. I've even had them tell me that shipping with someone else might be better for me because of price. CJ, the general manager is always professional, even when there is someone standing in line chewing her out for prices that she can't really change. Every employee that she has hired has always been professional as well. Angela, Skylar and everyone else always have a smile on their faces, and continue to exude it under pressure. After moving from proximity of the store, I continue to keep my mailbox because I like going where I know I'll be treated well. Keep up the good work you all!

Stick to FedEx. At least they can dispose your box if needed.

Many thanks to CJ and Malik for the extra time they took to explain special packing required for a very fragile family heirloom chess set. It arrived in Arizona in perfect condition.

Just so rude. Give them a call if you want to experience it.

This UPS story saved me! I am located across the country and had a document due at a certain time and they saved the day by printing it and delivering it in an hour notice. This is quality customer service! Big shoutout to Kia and team!

I forget his name, but the person who helped me was so kind , and efficient. He had a calming voice and didn't get frazzled with the line forming.

Very efficient! I love interacting with people who seem like they actually want to work and enjoy their job. Customer service was great! There was an issue with computer while I was there and employee (Angela) went over and beyond to assist me.
