I cannot brag on this quaint little place enough! The order taking lady at the counter was super helpful and friendly! She walked us through the menu as we had never been before. Since it was our first time, she gave us some free chips to taste their salsas that were beyond amazing! Their chips are hand made from hand made corn chips. I had the fajita plate and it was more than I could finish in one sitting. The ambiance is so very relaxing and calm. It certainly isn't a chain and you can tell it is family owned and operated. I thank you for the wonderful dinner and we will tell everybody who will listen to come see you!

Food is great and comes out fast. This place deserves more customers than it gets. It's minor but the salsa tends to be watery and not have much flavor. Difficult to make food have the appropriate level of spice - sauces and jalapenos are very hot and food tends to not be served spicy at all. Would be nice if it were easier to get a more medium amount of kick. Tables are sometimes sticky. Still the food is great and staff friendly.

Awesome place, great food, great staff!! - Wow, I have to say, so far this is my favourite spots to eat in Laporte. I really love to see creative people bring their talents to how they prepare food. I love nothing more than traditional Mexican cuisine, however when you take something traditional and add an artistic flair to it, you get food like the food at Mucho Mas. The restaurant is a sit down down, but you order your food first. The nachos are very very good, and they have a station where you can get different sauces and salsa for your nachos. I tried the black bean soup, although thick and heavy for a summer dish it was very good, and filling. I ordered three different tacos as the funny girl behind the counter suggested. My three were pork, beef and chicken tacos in three different styles. All were exceptional, and my plate also came with beans and rice. You won't go hungry at Mucho Mas!! I do recommend this place and will be back when I'm in the area again.

I ordered the fajitas burrito. Great taste but was surprised by zucchini and summer squash as part of the roasted veg. Looking forward to trying other options.

So being from California for 29.5 years of my 30 year life. This has been one of my top 3 Mexican restaurants/food eateries in Indiana. So of course I had to try the California burrito and let me tell you this. That burrito was top notch! Handmade/home Meade salsa and tortilla chips! Salsa was great, flavors were amazing! Only reason for not 5 stars is that I have the feeling I will be going here multiple times a week and my wallet won’t like it!

Cozy little restaurant with great service. I've had shrimp enchiladas in a LOT of towns, but this place takes the top spot by far, delicious! Taste was excellent, salsa verde was perfectly tangy. Fresh veggies made the dish😋 Prices are very reasonable, large portions

Best Mexican we have had in a LONG time. Great value and so much food. We will be driving from South Bend more often.

Been coming here off and on for about a month. Haven't tried the majority of the things on the menu yet, but they haven't really missed a beat on what things I have tried. Simple things like quesadillas or nacho plates come with flavorful toppings or dips that make them stand out -- their guacamole and sour cream are a great addition to anything you get them with; their burritos are stuffed with lots of flavorful things too (big fan of the Cali burrito -- can't go wrong with french fries and their guacamole added to a burrito). The only significant gripe I have is their tortilla chips have a slightly bitter aftertaste when eaten plain, like the oil isn't the best, or maybe there's just too much of it. Though not terrible overall. ----- miscellaneous things: The ambiance is nice and the seating is comfortable, especially the couch by the counter you can use to wait for your order -- nothing to complain about there. I also haven't had a mean or burned-out server yet, so there's that.

Extremely large burrito that was pretty good and more than worth the price.

My first time trying them out, the employees were incredibly friendly! Prices are similar in comparison to similar style restaurants but the portions are huge! We got a half order of nachos for 2 people and couldn’t even finish it.

Great choice for dinner. The five of us had various food choices. Tacos, Tortas, enchiladas. The half order of Nachos fills the whole plate and was piled high. The Guacamole was heavenly. Salsa is very good. The chips are some of the best we've had.

Love their Cali style tacos platter. My wife and my favorite place for Mexican grub. Do not pass up this place. You won't be disappointed.

We ordered through Grubhub “Seamless”. Somehow Grubhub left a complete entree out of our order when they sent our order to the restaurant. However, our receipt and bank were both showing we were charged. My significant other called and spoke to Brittney. She was very understanding and happy to help. She had excellent customer service skills. She offered to have the chef make the entree so we could come back and get it. The food was delicious. The only thing I would do differently is order directly from the restaurant next time.

I like the Fujita bowl (a little too sweet) and the classic nacho. The portion is big.

First time eating here, I ordered a 2 taco platter and I could barely finish my second taco. The rice and beans as sides were plentiful and very tasty. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Visiting our son and his family in laws and ate lunch here! Yum! So good we referred someone else to lunch there after we left! I orders half size of chicken nachos and there was so much food I ended up giving a portion away! They honored my USAF retired hubby with a Veterans Day lunch too and our food was superb! Our family frequents Mucho Mas for many reasons! Their food is always spot on. Despite inflation and cost increases everywhere, their prices continue to be more than fair and reasonable. Their menu offers something for everyone and comes with very generous portions. But, to top all that off, their customer service is second to none. I stopped in today for lunch with the kids and it was busy. I was told they were out of something we ordered and that they'd need to make some sort of substitution. Worrying a little bit due to picky eaters I tried thinking of an alternative. Once our food was brought to us, the lady smiled and said they were able to get more of the item that was out so no substitution was needed. I can't tell you how much this was appreciated! Well done Mucho Mas!
