    I'm so happy I found Push. Everyone here is super friendly and positive. Both staff and the members. I love that this isn't a public gym and the main focus is personal training. It was exactly what I was looking for. In the 4 months I have been training here I feel like I have made so much more progress than I did in over a year with my previous trainer. And Michelle is awesome! She is always happy and she keeps my workouts interesting and gives me "homework" to keep me doing stuff outside of our sessions. Exactly what I need to keep motivated to keep working towards my goals!

    I never thought I would like to "train" in a gym, but Push Fitness has completely changed my mind and transformed my body! I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Patrick is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated and have offered me incredible guidance. It’s the first place I want to go to after work! I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with their help for a long time to come. I would recommend Push Fitness in a heartbeat.

    I have been going to Push for over 3 months now, and I can't believe I didn't join sooner. My trainer is Mick, I gave him my goals, and he has created a personalized workout program directed at achieving them, he also will modify it if I tell him I want to work on a different goal. He helps me week after week to improve and get stronger. Mick also knows my limits, as well as what I am capable of, he will give me the push I need when he knows I can do more. I actually look forward to going to every session, as everyone who works there is extremely friendly and welcoming.

    I tried a lot of different weight loss and exercise programs after having kids, and working full time and nothing worked. I hit my absolute low mentally and and needed to focus and commit to do this for myself. Push fitness helped me with accountability for diet and exercise. My trainer, Keith, has been an awesome support in helping me with my goals. The work outs are just the right balance and never the same. I spent basically 10 years trying to get my body back and got there in 6-8 months the right way -healthy way. I went from size 8 to 4! I fit back into clothes from my 20s. I am so happy with my results and highly recommend Push to others. It feels amazing and it’s changed my life for the better.

    The last 12 weeks with the team at Push Fitness was amazing. My waist size has gone from a 42 to a 35. My mission is not over but they have developed a long term plan for me to improve my health and feel a lot younger. Thank you Josh!

    Friendly coaches and staff, engaging, having clients clean the equipment after each use. Helpful. Challenging and they push us to our limits to give us the bet one hour work out.

    I participated in a 12-week fitness challenge through Push Fitness and the Daily Herald. In just 12 short weeks, I lost 65 pounds and lowered many of my health levels from risky to normal. Josh and his entire staff was awesome. During the challenge, my trainer was Patrick. He was very knowledgeable and really pushed me beyond my comfort zone. He had me doing box jumps on the first day! I can’t thank Josh and his staff enough for choosing me to participate in the challenge. It was a wonderful experience and my family and I are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to get my health back on track. In the past, I have been intimidated by going to the gym because I felt like everyone was watching me. At Push Fitness, it is a more intimate setting with a “family feeling”. I have used personal trainers in the past and felt as though I was just one of many clients. I felt a genuine connection and engagement with the staff. If you are looking for some 1 on 1 training, Push Fitness is the place to go.

    If you are looking for a high-quality personal training - Push is the right place. Michelle was my personal trainer and she was awesome! She always ensured that my technique is correct to avoid any injuries. She was extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Also, I love her sense of humor:) I thoroughly enjoyed working out and would recommend Michelle & her team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.

    I started with a personal trainer at a public gym. After a bad experience, I found Push Fitness and was thrilled after making the change to a private personal training gym. I was given direction and instruction inside the gym and workouts to do on my own outside the gym. This prepared me for continuing my fitness goals after completing my 3 month program at Push. In addition, the customer service, attention to detail, and oversight I had at Push Fitness was what I needed to get the results I was looking for. My trainer Steve kept me motivated, held me accountable and was as driven for me to meet my goals as I was. You cannot get the results, experience and investment that your trainer has in you anywhere else. I have referred a friend to Push, who is equally satisfied with the results she has received within the first few weeks of training at the gym. If you are looking for a trainer that believes in you, is as invested in your success as you and provides direction to you inside and outside the gym regarding fitness and diet during and AFTER your program, this is the place for you! Your trainer will prepare you for maintaining your current fitness level and achieving new goals, how to stay motivated and continue healthy habits of working out and following the diet after you have completed your program at Push. This level of service cannot be found anywhere else. I highly recommend setting up a consultation at Push and you will see the dedication the trainers have in invested in each of their clients from the initial consult you have with the gym. 5 STAR RATING!

    This is an incredible place to train! I have been working out at Push Fitness for 4 years and what has amazed me most is that I have never once repeated a workout routine. My experience there has been so different from every other gym program I have tried. Each session has variation so that your body stays challenged. The trainers at Push are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals no matter how specific they might be. I’ve been training for mountain climbing which can be a challenge living in Illinois, and Josh has helped me get into the best shape of my life so that I could climb with confidence. He has also given me an invaluable nutrition program that has helped me change my eating habits for life. This is without a doubt the best place for one-on-one personal training!

    Little did I know that when I joined Push Fitness, I would be joining the Push family! I have been working out with Steve for about 6 months now, and it is without a doubt the best decision I have ever made! Steve and the Push team are not only truly passionate about what they do, but also about getting their "extended family members"--their clients to maximize their potential and establish a whole new healthy lifestyle. I am in the best shape I have ever been and with Steve's constant encouragement and expertise I know that I will never look back! You will not find a better group of trainers and individuals than at Push Fitness!

    This is a very nice gym. I miss it. I still maintain my membership with the hope of returning soon. The staff are great and helpful. So, mask up and be safe!

    I love Push! I'd recommend them to anyone who is serious about changing their lifestyle.The trainers there are all exceptionally passionate, driven and friendly in trying to get you to your goals. I work with Michelle and she pushes me way harder than I would ever be capable to go on my own, but she also is finely in tune with my limits. She never asks things of me that I cannot achieve and she is my biggest advocate. Another bonus, every time you walk through the doors at Push, is you are greeted with smiles and hellos from the clients and trainers and you get a sense of community. They care and will keep you accountable and for me that was definitely a push I needed.

    Push Fitness is an awesome personal training studio. I have trained before at other gyms and this is by far my favorite. The trainers are all professional and take an interest in you and help you achieve your goals. They are focused only on you during your session, always correcting form when necessary. They Push you to stay on task with your diet too. They aren't just about coming in for your session, working out and sending you home. They check your journal and encourage a good healthy diet. They care about you and welcome you into the Push Family! I highly recommend Push Fitness.
