Great sandwiches and shakes. Inside of the restaurant is a lot larger than it looked from the outside. Outdoor seating is limited. Haven't used the drive thru at all but it seemed like cars were getting in and out fast. Pickup through the app is pretty easy but I did have to wait a little longer than I expected. Definitely did not mind since potbelly is my favorite sandwich chain in the area. Only issue is the parking lot sucks to navigate and people tend to drive like idiots, which isn't something the restaurant can control.

This was absolutely an awful experience! I was hosting a women's retreat at the Hampton Inn that's located across the street from the restaurant. I'd placed a lunch order for delivery the night before that was successfully confirmed using my credit card. The afternoon of the Retreat, I got a call from the restaurant in the middle of the speaker presentation where I was to follow shortly stating that Doordash had cancelled my order and if I wanted the order I had to come and pick it up. I was livid! Well, I did not place my order via Doordash; I placed it directly with the store. When I corrected the employee, she then came clean and stated that they did not have a driver so they transferred my order to Doordash, who subsequently cancelled the order. Needless to say, I had no choice, I had to leave the meeting to pick up the order. When I got in my car, the manager called to reiterate that my order had been cancelled, but now it was because my card had been declined. At that very moment, I received a cancel notice from the store stating that fact. I knew it was a lie! The order went through fine the night before. Likely, he didn't know that the employee had told me what the deal was. When I get there, he shows me the Doordash cancellation. I reiterate that I did not place my order with Doordash. He then confesses to transferring the order. It's now a farce! I paid for the order with the same card I'd used online...go figure! On top of all of this, a sandwich was missing from the order. I will NEVER use this location for any future events and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Clean, good food, friendly staff

The staff is super friendly. The sandwiches are consistently great. No complaints, Ill be returning when I'm in the area.

wrong Sandwich today, they usually get it right & it’s very good and that’s why 3 stars but today it was totally wrong. Unfortunately, I go on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to get it fixed. I ate it and it was horrible. They replaced the artichoke with avocado and the provolone with feta. It was so bad, things can only be looking up from here. Up until today it’s been very good.

I had a Turkey sub.. the sandwich smelled so amazing but upon biting into it.. It had no flavor. Don’t think any seasoning was added to my sandwich as I requested. Not eating here again smh

The food was AMAZING as always!! We tried the new butter cookie shake, it was good just very sweet. The staff was a little rushy but otherwise overall a good experience.

Ordered the skinny chicken club and asked to cook the bacon a little extra. I have done this multiple times before and never has it come out burnt!! It made the rest of my sandwich taste like burnt bacon. I also asked for a side of hot peppers in which weren’t in the bag when I reached my destination.

The food is awful. Stay away. The children salad was terrible 😫

The Potbelly Schaumburg location continues to amaze me as they really strive for quality. When I do visit this location I always get a top notch sandwich that tastes really good and is made perfectly the way I order it! Service is always really good too. The sandwich techs really put a lot care into making their creations correctly and tasty. It’s a simple thing to make sandwiches but you’d be amazed how many places get it wrong. My sandwiches here are always wrapped up nicely too! Thanks Potbelly’s of Schaumburg for staying deliciously consistent!

Way too expensive for generic meat and four employees trying to serve 100 people at once.

This was a good place but tonight was just horrible. All the younger guys that were working should be fired. My sandwhich was missing avacado, extra cheese and horseradish. Which all but the horseradish I paid extra for. My wife's sandwhich they made a joke. Barely any cucumbers, they added hummus when we removed it. when someone says extra lettuce they thought it would be funny to cram so much the bread split on the other end and the whole sandwhich itself was just a complete mess. Wasted and robbed our money.

The food was awesome. The service fantastic. And the crew they had in the kitchen was unbelievable.

Seriously one of my most favorite sandwich place in Schaumburg. Met here for lunch and there was no wait. The sandwich came out amazing! The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly!

100 times better than Subway.

It’s nice that this location has a drive thru. Sandwiches were made quickly and accurately. They just have to send someone out to the lobby during the high volume times. Tables were a mess and garbages were overflowing. Overall, a good experience.
