Mike the manager is an amazing honest dude. He doesn't try to charge add-ons and very detailed on his services and pricing. Very efficient operations and best experiences for I've had for my oil changes compared to competitors in my area. Hands down the best, thank you Mike! I wouldn't go out of my way to give kudos unless it was well deserved. 💪🙌💯

I went in to have a tire repaired and asked for an oil change as well. They did that fine but then tried to sell me a battery saying I needed a replacement. My battery was only 3 months old. I said no thanks. I went to another shop to have the battery checked and it tested out at 100%. Selling unnecessary parts is a scam. I will never return.

We went to Suburban Tire Roselle after ruining a tire while driving. We quickly received a thoughtful assessment of our options and then great service to get safely back on the road.

Well I brought my 1988 GTA Trans Am in for an alignment and to correct the steering wheel which was not centered after another shop screwed that up. After placing it on the alignment rack the told me that they couldnt do the alignment or anything else to correct the steering wheel unless I changed my lower control arms and ball joints. So this morning I took it to a different shop and man they nailed it!! Not only were they able to do the alignment and center the steering wheel, they also brought the specs to .01!!! On a 35 year old show car that is incredible!! My ask is that if your mechanics dont know how to work on a car, just say so...dont tell customers they need to change their suspension! btw i asked the new shop about the control arms and they said they are perfect!

Gabe and the team at Suburban Tire did a great job repairing my car again. Kept me updated, were able to get my parts in a day and worked around my work schedule too. I'll be back.

My wife brought our car in thinking that the headlights weren’t working. It turned out that they were working, but a setting somehow got switched. Mike and another employee explained the problem to my wife and did not charge her anything. Thanks, Mike, for such great service. We’ll see you again!

Currently, it's October 2023. If I could give them a zero I would. Recently, this location has changed managers. The new manager (Gabe) is somewhat rude. Doesn't seem like he wants to be there at all. This place is not woman friendly. Although I have a decent knowledge of cars, I was made to feel as if I had no idea what I was talking about and ultimately I felt unheard. I will not be going back. There are many places in the area that treat others like they're human and really want to help and fix the issue especially when you're spending money there. Not great people skills. Edit: no thanks "Owner". No response needed unless the manager (Gabe) that you hired at the Roselle location is no longer there. Makes the company look bad.

I am always blown away with customer service at this service shop. Mike is an absolutely the best at his job. I originally came in to have them look at why was I loosing air in one of my tires. no other shop wanted to take me right away without an appointment, however, Mike immediately took care of it and I was in and out in under an hour. I brought my second car and have them do all wheel alignment, complete brake job and service. again, the cost, the service and quality where fantastic. I then brought my third car for the same service and could not be happier. I highly recommend this place. Great Service, great quality and most importantly they do not try to scam you to doing something you do not need. Just yesterday, i brought in my 11 years old Xterra for a front end alignment, oil change and all 4 wheel balancing. They checked the alignment and determine that no adjustment was necessary. They didn't charge me for it, even though, they spend time verifying it. Again Thank you Mike and the whole team at Suburban Tire in Roselle.

I bought a Groupon for an alignment & tire rotation etc, for there Highland location to find out they sold it. So i called this location I was glad that they would honor my Groupon for there Roselle location. They were very nice about it. Took me quickly and did a great job gave me report on my car. The guys over here are always so friendly! They give you your options and explain the benefits of buying different grades of tires and they aren't pushy about selling you premium tires if you don't want them. Honest business and fair prices. Shout out to Mike for putting up with and answering my 100+ questions lol 🤣 and never trying to rush me off the phone or away from the counter!

Aurelien and Mike did me a solid. My car needed a new part but another mechanic said it was on a national backorder; no junkyards or dealerships in the area had the part. I was stuck without a car for a month! I took it to Suburban Tire and they were able to find the part, install it, AND do additional work I didn't foresee. They were friendly and very, very good at what they do. I'll be driving the 30 minutes to them next time I have a problem.

Highly recommended place for any automotive work. Mike, the manager, is an amazing guy and always take care of me. I own a small business and bring all of my trucks and tires to him if I ever need anything and he always gets me in super fast and does everything at a super reasonable price. Mike keeps me updated throughout the entire process and I have never had a bad experience even after being there 10-15 different times.
