He got us to multiple locations efficiently and on time despite traffic and a bridge being out, and we appreciated being able to bring a drink cooler and playing our music on the bus. I used the bus to transport my guest to and from our wedding! It was great and super convenient. I had to change the date several times and they were super understanding. the only thing I will say is that the bus coming to pick up my guest at 9:00-10pm was almost 30 min late so we had to drive some of our older family back ourselves. Overall though customer service was great the bus was clean and everyone had a great time!

I used this service to transport my guests between hotel and the venue for my wedding. The original driver we had (Kevin I believe) to take guests to the venue from the hotel took a long route that turned an 8 minute drive into an almost 20 minute drive. The bus was scheduled to leave at 3:30 and it did not return to the hotel for second pick up until 4:15, causing our ceremony to begin over 20 minutes late. The second driver we had to take guests back to the hotel from the venue was great. Timely routes and was kind. Overall, the bus fit a reasonable amount of guests and was clean.
