Placed a pick up order on DoorDash. However, the portion size of my initial *entree* of Honey chicken and fried rice was disappointing. I immediately return to the store and asked the manager to review my order. She took one glance at my entree and knew it was unacceptable. A closer comparison of the chicken suggests that the first order was not adequately breaded. Although the chef remade my order, and the entree portion size and quality were improved, this location has forever lost my business. No free cookie will absolve them for this unacceptable experience.

Arrived to a empty restaurant. I said hello 3 separate times. I understand places are busy however no one acknowledged me for 6minutes. A woman was standing by the door on her phone the entire time. When someone finally did come to take my order they were rude. Update: my order is wrong. I asked for honey shrimp, and replace the white rice with chicken fried rice. I received honey chicken and fried brown rice. Food is good just not what I asked for.

Veto greeted us like family, answered all of our menu questions and took time with us to make sure we would enjoy our selections. With his recommendation I tried the chicken lettuce wraps that were amazing and perfect selection for me. With so many places lacking in employees and good help I hope you realize what an amazing employee you have. Kudos to Veto and PF Changs!

Came here for the first time to try out the food because I've heard it's great. The man Veto at the counter was so cool and great at helping me out with the menu. This man is a character and a great one at that. I just wanted to let him know he really made my experience here better! Will definitely be coming back. The food was also good! The manager Vito was very friendly. It was me and my friend’s first time coming here to eat, so when ordering he asked us what sauce we would want and offered us all 4 sauces since we didn’t know what to have. He made sure we were all good and if we needed anything. Overall an extremely friendly staff and the food was definitely worth the pricing!

Nolan was awesome!!! I was running behind to pick up my food close to the closing time. I called and assured him I was a in route. He waited 15 min past closing time and passed along my food. He was very pleasant and patient. Offered a cash tip to him and refused because of his managers position. Thank you Nolan!

Expected more if I'm going to pay $21+tax for a dinner entree. I get the same portion when I have ordered lunch bowl before.

Lady that works there always has the worst attitude. You come in and have to stand there and wait for your food and then if you ask for extra sauce she mumbles and give even bigger attitude. There is no option to add extra sauce when placing the order. I would be happy to write it and even pay for it if I have to. But this attitude has to go.

I'm sitting here at the counter and it seems like no one is working here, so I figured I'd fill out this review while I wait. (Going on 5 minutes now without any acknowledgement that I am a paying customer whose food is getting cold). This is my like 4th bad experience with this location in a row (PF Chang's was my favorite restaurant once upon a time), but this is getting absurd.

VETO was nothing short of AMAZING! We came in bc my sis wanted Chinese! She literally got the best of both worlds! Great customer service made us feel so welcome! Food was soo good!

Veto greeted us right away and explained the different choices. We had some great spicy chicken with rice. They have a small sitting area in case you west to eat there but most people get take out. That's what we did. Excellent food. Highly recommend it

Veto always show great customer service everytime I come in to pick up an order. He makes sure I’m in and out fast. And if there is a wait on my order, he communicates clearly how much longer the food will take. The food is always great and cooked to perfection!

I was honestly pleasantly surprised how good eating here was. Place was very clean and had a welcoming vibe to it, and the employees are polite and accommodating, they give great service. they have good salt here.

Just ordered Grubhub, if you’re looking for the absolute most expensive Chinese for takeout in the city, This is your place. I’m more than willing to pay more. Unfortunately it wasn’t good at all, Kung pow chicken was completely dry, Zero sauce, rice was hard. The manager needs to do quality control on some of the delivery orders, you’re gonna be out of business soon. I’ve had TV dinners that were twice as good. The best part of my dinner was throwing it in the trash.

Veto is the best. Great service, great attitude and energy. Offered terrific recommendations and made sure I was very well taken care of. I actually ate in the restaurant (they have seating for 15 or so). Food was fresh and tasty. Consistent PF Changs quality. Veto checked in on me a few times and all with a smile. Great experience!

I had probably ate the best fried rice here at Chang's! Veto recommended the Mongolian beef to my friend who wasn't disappointed either. Very glad with the kind service thanks to Veto! We will come back soon.
