    I do not recommend! We owe a balance and the lady at the front desk announced it loud enough to for the whole waiting room to hear. Since when do you refuse a patient?? Then she said she would not schedule my family for any future appointments until the balance was paid. This is an issue we are trying to resolve with our insurance company, needless to say everyone at the clinic did not need to know our business. It was very rude of her. She also spoke in a different language with her co worker about us. We use this clinic for our 7 month baby, he had a fever and she was giving us a problem. They have no problem billing our insurance company thousands. How can u refuse a sick patient that is only 7 months old? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE ANOTHER CLINIC. I would appreciate an apology from the lady at the front desk for being so rude.

    Dr. Forys is by far the cruelest, most awful doctor I have ever met with. He's rude, abrasive, and treats you like a cow on a production line. I met with him last year for severe low back pain. He was short with me from the very beginning and cut me off before I could fully answer his questions about my pain. I mentioned to him that I have been seeing a chiropractor who suggested in passing that I should consider getting an x-ray. Dr. Forys completely unloaded on me, saying that he's not my chiropractor's personal assistant and he won't just order an x-ray. He went on a full rant about how much he hates chiropractors and if I already have a treatment plan with one, I should stick to that. (Going to a walk-in chiropractic clinic is NOT a treatment plan. It's a broke college student trying to save herself from pain.) Meanwhile, I was there because I wanted a medical doctor's opinion. He tried to make me get some blood tests for literally no reason until I refused them, at which point he decided they're not necessary after all. Then he ultimately sent me to a pain management specialist whom I didn't see because I was worried he would treat me the same way as this man. I ended up walking out of there in actual tears. He billed my insurance over $350 for this bogus visit and I did not get an invoice for my copay from his office until literally 10 months later. "Allegedly," they'd sent the invoice before but I never got anything from them until now. I called their office to explain how awful and traumatizing this visit was for me and they couldn't care less. I paid out of fear of being sent to collections and this doctor is still operating with 0 consequences for how poorly he treats his patients.

    Worst service! Careless staff that do not send in orders or referrals in in time! Doctors that seem like they have no idea what they are doing. Rude front desk staff. I was told I would be getting a call from my doctor but that never happened. If you aren’t polish they will not take you seriously!!!

    All I wanted is to get my daughter vaccinated, 1 hour and 15 minutes passed and we are still waiting. Was this a plan to charge her insurance for a consultation? At least be straight forward with people, and have a little bit of respect for peoples time!!

    Friendly office but Horrible phone service. Was on hold on phone over an hour until I finally drove myself to the office, still being on hold on the line. Also, asked to fax medical records over to our new pediatrician. They don't get things done and have you wait forever. The new clinic had to request again to get it faxed asap. Also sent me to the ER costing me big money when nurses at the ER were confused as why my doctor didn't just check my baby before taking her in. Baby was fine.

    Useless nursing staff, literally read the wrong insurance off my card. Avoid this dump, these people are seriously pieces of garbage when they're not being negligent. Doctor I saw also steals from patients and the nurses cover for him

    I had a scare with a twitch/butterflies on the left side of my chest, so I gave these folks a call. I called on a Monday morning at 9:00 and they had me in for an appointment by 10:20 that morning! Once there, the paperwork wasn't bad, the staff was very friendly and I was put through several thorough procedures in a short amount of time. I received a prompt follow up call exactly when they said I would giving me a thorough rundown of the output from all of my tests (good news too, yay!) I have to say I was impressed. The facilities were clean, the staff knowledgeable and friendly and Doctor Forys was absolutely on point, taking the time to answer all of my questions with great responses. Highly suggested.

    A good advice: if you don't want to get tired, don't come. They are very disorganized. They have a big mess in their documents. You will lose there your time, nerves and money.

    Absolutely rude service, didn't perform ear cleaning after we paid. Why would we pay for a service that was done in a manner in which another Dr stated that they haven't even been touched.

    Been going here for years since I moved to the northwest side of Chicago, and haven’t had any negative experiences with Dr. Forys and his team. Dr. Forys is a courteous and respectful doctor who will have a conversation with you about your health and also about how your day is going. He is not just one of those doctors that just want to diagnose and rush you out the door, which is why I have been his patient for years now.

    Everyone from the people who answer the phones to the Doctors themselves are extremely helpful, kind, and professional. The office is always spotless and very welcoming. I'm extremely impressed with the young woman who is a nurse and seems to run the front office, I believe her name is Anne. She has helped me several times with different issues over the years. Dr. Foreys has been my doctor for about 5 years now and he has helped me get my health issues in check. Hes the 1st doctor in 15 years who didn't just write a prescription and send me on my way. He set me up with long term goals, which I can proudly say I've accomplished, thanks to him. I look forward to my appointments with him. The world needs more doctors like him. Highly reccomend!

    Horrible phone service. To make appointment you need to wait on hold up to 30 min. So sad that people treat other people that way. Terrible

    This company was a true Godsend! Every single person I dealt with was AMAZING!!! They were all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to me. They went above and beyond, even calling on their days off. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this company and its employees are!!! Im so very grateful to have found them!!!

    The wait time was little to long, but they told me when I first got there how long it would be so I can’t complain! The whole process was about 30-40 minutes. The staff from signing in to processing my paperwork, was very professional and courteous! I truly appreciated that to the fullest!

    I've seen Dr. Birn a few times and I've had a pretty good experience with her, no complains. My husband sees Dr. Forys and tells me that he always google searches everything. What kind of doctor is that? We can do our own google research and then wouldn't have the need to see a doctor in the first place. And then there's a male phlebotomist that doesn't know how to do his job. He'll poke you a couple times before he gets it right and just says "oops, sorry". It's happened to both my husband and I on different occasions. If he's there I suggest you ask for someone else to draw your blood.

The two women, one blonde haired and the other short dark and grey hair, Anna were horiffic. The 30 minutes I was waiting all they did was bash every patient that called or was leaving. They weren't even quiet about it. Didn't care that there were 4 of us in the waiting room. When they finally called me up for my insurance card she immediately said no, we can't take this because the primary care doctor isn't us. Mind you this is my first time there so how in the world would this doctors office be my primary care doctor, correct it wouldn't. So I said I have blue cross blue shield can I call them to make sure I'm covered since she just immediately was done with me due to my insurance card, she looked at the clock and said well good luck getting anyone. So I called my insurance and they immediately gave approval with an authorization number and she still was rude and said umm no we need a fax. I said are you kidding me my insurance fully covers this visit. She still said umm no sorry i need the fax. So I left to another doctors office right down the street called Presense and they were very helpful, the woman immediately looked up my insuranse and gave me an appointment for Monday and smiled and thanked me, I again thank her for helping me. DONT EVER GO TO CENTRAL MEDICAL CLINIC OF CHICAGO EVER!

    The service at this clinic has gone completely downhill. My wife and I went to get a physical and receive the COVID booster and one of their nurses decided to place us both in the same room. When we asked if we were getting our physical at the same time, the nurse said yes. We asked if we can get a seperate room and the nurse gave us an attitude. Finally, we are provided our own room but I can only speak on my own experience. One of the new doctors did not provide me me a physical. The doctor did not even check anything just asked a few questions then left the room. Moments later the nurse came back and told me I can leave. I asked about the covid booster and getting my blood drawn and the nurse seem to have totally forgotten. Months later I receive a bill for the bloodwork. In the past I have always been able to speak with someone in the clinic and they would work directly with the insurance or Quest diagnostics. The person I spoke with this time was somewhat helpful and told me to call back next week for further updates. I call back a few weeks later and the person in the biiling department told me there was no record of me speaking with anyone since the last person did not update my file. Also they suggested that I call Quest Diagnostics. I had mentioned several times that I cannot get through someone from Quest Diagnostics and if there is anything they can do to help. The person in the billing department said she could not do anything. I mentioned that I would be calling my insurance provider to try to resolve this matter, change my provider and that I would be leaving a negative google review. The billing specialist responded: 'Have a nice day". Avoid this place unless you favor bad service.
