The staff were very friendly and welcoming when I ate here. One of their guys, Eduardo, recommended the Eddie's Tacos with steak and shrimp, and I was absolutely blow-away by how fantastic it tasted! Great service and affordable prices, I will definitely be stopping by whenever I am in town.

This place is fabulous! The staff is so attentive and friendly and very accommodating. My friend got here later then us and Eduardo offered to heat up her food. I came for dinner and then again for breakfast the next morning and both meals were delicious! I got the chicken and steak fajitas and then french toast, eggs, pancakes, and breakfast potatoes and I couldn’t stop eating. If you are looking for a casual place to eat in Madison this is 100% the place to go!

The food was very good and the staff were so nice!! We got a fusion tofu burrito, mango chicken curry, chicken skewers and spicy seafood pasta. The food was delicious and prices were reasonable. Will definitely be coming back here!

Eduardo his team have a great new restaurant! The steak tacos were fantastic, and the service was excellent. Can't wait to visit when we are in Madison in a few weeks.

I have truly been missing out until now. We tried the fusion burrito that was fried and saucy with chicken and the doraditas quesabirrias with chicken. Both were SO DANG GOOD, but the burrito was my favorite. It was familiar yet different and made me want to lick the plate clean. Satisfyingly sweet horchata, which was great on this hot summer day. The gentleman and lady that were working there were both very friendly and brought some tasty hot sauce to go with our meals. If you haven't already, give this place a shot. If you have taste buds, you won't regret it!

If you haven’t tried Sabores Fusion yet, do it! The horchata was delicious and refreshing on a hot day, and the quesabirria tacos were incredibly crispy and flavorful. We also got the fried and saucy fusion burrito, which was so good I didn’t even get a picture before we started devouring it. Very friendly staff and the food came out quickly too. We will be back soon!

This new place is located on the second level above kung fu tea shop overlooking state st. Outdoor seating available. The food is amazing and the prices are great. I had the best appetizers I've ever had here called "pakuada", hot sauce available to use as dip (Chile de arlbol). Everything was great, and filled me up. Definitely gets you your money's worth and more. Seafood, burgers, tacos, tofu, all the options are great. Highly recommend!

The only thing that matches the deliciousness of the food is the hospitality of your hosts. The fries locos were excellent—great mayo and salsa, and the steak was super tender and flavorful. The burrito with salsa was solid, and the mango curry was (a) a portion large enough for two and (2) surprisingly tasty given the otherwise Latinx-leaning menu. But, maybe not surprising, since co-owner Eduardo worked at an Indian restaurant for 18 years! We wish Eduardo and Griselda every success as they get Sabores going. We’ll be back, and soon! PS get the horchata. Just do it.

This place is a hidden gem! The owner who greeted us was extremely enthusiastic and friendly, and the food was great. We ordered tacos and a burrito bowl and they were absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that the music was a bit loud and I wish water refills were more frequent. Otherwise, great restaurant with amazing food!

The staff was so friendly, attentive and sweet! The food is very flavorful and made fresh. Their salsa’s are amazing, we got the shrimp tacos and Creole Gumbo as well as the chicken quesadilla with fusion fries . Can’t wait to come here again and try more things !!

Very delicious and big portions, and the owner is very friendly. The menu has different things from curry to burgers, tacos and pasta, and at least two curries that we got were incredible. Definitely will come back to try other things.

I got the fusion smash burger. It was a large tasty burger for the price. The fries should have been cooked a little longer, but most of them were edible. The service was good, of course I was the only person there at the time.

Sabores! 5+ orders had been good so far, fair quality and amount for the value but having just had a hair right in a taco (Doritos Spicy Chicken) we’ve lost all appetite for this place 😔. Literally a whole long strand of hair….

Delicious food! First, the staff was kind enough to let us order our food to go despite being closed. We got their food to go to not further inconvenience the employees— not only was the service great, their food was incredible. As vegetarians, we had an amazing meal. I’m from Texas and am picky about my Mexican food but this was some of the best food I’ve had. We had their vegetarian doradito with beans and potatoes as well as their tofu tacos. They also included spicy salsas with beans and rice— everything was so tasty and plenty of food for two people. Highly recommend!

Awesome food and even more awesome owners! It’s a little bit tucked away, but so worth taking the time to find and go in to eat. Would 100% recommend and will be back again!

The hosts were super nice and friendly. Amazing service. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the saucy fusion burrito with steak, my friend ordered nachos and the other loaded fries. All of them were amazing. Definitely coming back here and spreading the word. My only suggestion is that I found the menu a little hard to read and understand. It could totally just be me. Not a big deal because I’m sure you could order anything off the menu and it would be great! Thanks so much for a great meal!
