Was picking up my package from UPS since they are an access point. Tried Friday and Saturday and arrived 15 minutes before closing time (as Google said for hours) and the facility was closed. There was no sign present that informed of early closure. I called Friday and the person that answered said they would be there until 6 PM Friday and 5PM Saturday. Why post your hours online if you’re not going to respect it or at least have an update on the door?

If you need an honest pawn shop where you are given honest information, with the best prices, this is the place to go. The owners are very nice people who are understanding and easy to talk to. They make you feel welcome to be there through their kindness and honesty. They do business in an honest way. You never have to worry if you're being taken advantage of.

He is by far one of the most fair and honest people I’ve come across in many many years. He made my purchase not only fair but delightful. I would trust him with any transaction and dealings in the future. I had him make a 62 gram gold medal for me, and I know it couldn’t have been easy. I was very particular in what I wanted. Needless to say that he came through and not only did he make it but he hand delivered it to me. We met face to face and had a great lunch and a wonderful time chatting . I had a exceptional experience here. I have never pawned an item before and was walked very clearly through the process by the owner. Very nice lady. It is a very simple deal and the repayment was what I expected. I had always thought if I was to pawn something ever it was going to leave me feeling like someone had taken advantage of me or that it was going to seem impossible to get whatever it was back. It was quite the opposite. Quick, easy, professional, polite and understanding I would recommend this place to anyone. Came in today to receive a loan and Afrim, the owner was very fair and did thorough research in looking at the watch I had.
