Our son has been taking classes at Total Impact for two years now and thoroughly enjoys being a part of their community. Here is what he has to say about practicing at Total Impact : “Shihan Brian teaches me to be respectful. He shows me the importance of good listening skills. He also teaches me really cool karate moves and self defense moves! I love going to karate each week and practicing what I learn at home. Total Impact is the BEST!”

My daughter loves coming to Total Impact. Shihan Brian and the other Masters are great teachers. They do not try to just pass the kids from belt to belt. They make sure they are proficient in the skills they are learning. But more importantly they preach the importance of how the core values are a vital part Of the class and life. Dean

Total Impact is a wonderful school that we are so happy our son is a part of. They instill great values and teach kids to be respectful and resilient. Our son is attending twice a week and loves it so much that he wants to go even more often. Our younger son also goes and is thrilled with the school. The teachers are great and everyone is very helpful. This is a wondrous place for kids to learn from and be part of something meaningful. I love that my son can’t wait to be there. We would 100% recommend this school to everyone!

My son has been attending classes (Little Ninja) at Total Impact for almost a year now and he absolutely loves it. Their ability to integrate gentle discipline and fun to keep it exciting for littles is just amazing to watch. Shihan Brian and all of the Senseis are amazing and really care about their pupils! Highly recommend Total Impact! Wonderful family run business.

My son has been going to Total Impact for almost a year now and we both absolutely love it there. All of the instructors are amazing and they all seem to really care about the students. Don’t think twice about joining the Total Impact family!

We love Total Impact! Sensei Brian and his whole team are dedicated, passionate teachers, who are sweet and flexible, and really understand the family sports dynamic! He's personable and approachable, which is a dying element of 21st century business! My 4 year old son went from yelling and screaming when asked to do simple tasks at home, to waking up and making his bed because Sensei Brian, told him that's what a good karate student did! My older daughter has moved through ninjas into more advanced levels, and she loves learning and practicing new skills! If you're on the fence, try out a class, you won't regret it!

After doing much research on martial arts programs in the neighbourhood we chose Total Impact and have loved it since day 1. The instructors are wonderful, our son has enjoyed each class and have progressed impressively with his martial arts skills. They place a lot of importance on character building and leadership and it is awesome!

My son has been going to Total Impact for about a year. I can’t say enough good things about the program here! The instructors are patient and have high expectations of the students as well. Shihan Brian is welcoming and holds all students to the same standards. The Little Ninjas program is perfect for the younger kids to learn the skills and have fun doing it!!

Total Impact is a wonderful place to learn and train in the martial arts or take a kickboxing class. My son loves training with Brian and the other instructors. He enjoys the classes so much that he added a second class to his training every week. Thanks so much, Total Impact. Keep up the great work!

Total Impact Martial Arts is fantastic. My son has been coming here for about a year and we have seen tremendous growth in him. He is so happy attending class and is motivated to continue to approve. The instructors are amazing and they do a great job of supporting all kids. Shihan Brian is incredible. We couldn’t be happier here.

Our 10 yrs old daughter is always looking forward to her weekly class at Total Impact.Since starting to attend class in there she has become more self disciplined towards life and school expectations as well. As a parent I really like the form that students have to provide in order to be allowed to test for the next belt. It makes students aware of how to conduct themselves with respect, accountability and responsibilities. All great life skills! The staff is always extremely nice and helpful. We are very happy with choosing Total Impact!

We have tried 4 different Taekwondo/martial arts schools before we found Total Impact. Brian along with all of the other instructors (we love sensei Kirk and Brandon) are ABSOLUTELY amazing with kids. They are so patient, so kind yet firm, and positively encourages and teaches my boys (ages 5 and 7) to become the best they can be. Brian actually teaches all of the classes, and he is just awesome! I love the way he pays attention to every single student (and parents/families), and teaches all of the techniques along with great values. I also appreciated the fact that there was zero pressure to sign up after our free trial. There is no contract and the class fees are very reasonable, too! My boys didn’t want to try yet another martial arts school, but after a couple of weeks, they absolutely LOVE the classes. We’re so happy with Total impact! I hope to keep our boys here until they receive their black belts!!

My son had tried 3 different martial arts places. He did not feel comfortable in any of them. Then we Found "Total Impact" and he really enjoys it. Hes been there for about 4 years now. The instructors are great and really focus on each student and their performance. I highly recommend this place. In my personal opinion, Total Impact will have a positive "Impact" weather your young or old. Our goal is to make it to a black belt.

I am so happy to have found something to focus on. I wish I found Kickbox Fitness with Total Impact a lot sooner. My first few conversations with Brian were amazing. I was answered all the questions I had asked with even more detail given. Every week, every class is always different which I love. It's a great environment with such wonderful instructers. I am glad i found a place I can enjoy going to and leaving feeling great. Couldn't have asked for a better place to have joined.

I’m so happy we have found Total Impact. We have tried 4 different places before and I couldn’t even get my son to finish his trial, he’d say he doesn’t wanna stay there anymore. With Total Impact he said make sure to sign him for as many days as possible. Brian and his team are just amazing. I highly recommend this place!!! Your kids are going to love it there.

We’ve been loving total impact. Brian is truly an amazing teacher, coach and just overall great guy who cares deeply for his students. We always feel so welcome and at home here and the boys are learning a lot! Brian also does fun magic shows for the kids and it’s overall a great place for kids

Our kids have been a part of Total Impact for several years. Sensei Brian is an exceptional coach! He understands kids, he gets to know them pretty well. He is kind, but knows how to keep discipline during class. Kids are taught great techniques and learn how to keep great form required for Martial arts. Our kids really thrive there. The belt ranks are not given out just for attendance but for hard work. We are impressed with Brian’s approach and grateful for his advice and attention!

Our daughter started this past August and absolutely loves it. Great for kids of all ages. Great teacher to student ratio. What we love most is they don’t just teach to progress students (you don’t earn belt promotions simply by showing up - you earn it through your knowledge and your attitude). They take their time reinforcing concepts. They also mix in multiple disciplines. We are extremely happy we found this place. Thank you Brian and all of the wonderful instructors.

My son is 8 years old. We've been coming to Total Impact for about 2 months now and HE LOVES IT!!! Every day he asks me Momma, do I have Dojo today :). So much so I got a wall calendar so he could be responsible for his schedule. Total Impact, Brian the owner and the entire staff are amazing. Not only are they teaching my son Martial Arts but the mindset work of learning how to instill confidence, respect for others, focus. It's amazing. I am so glad we found Total Impact and became a part of their family. And that's exactly how they make you feel, like family. We can't say enough about our incredible experience with Total Impact. Thank you!!!!

What an outstanding operation! Shihan Brian leads with a positive energy that really motivates the students not just to learn, but to excel! The instructor and coaches engage with each student throughout the class to offer pointers, critique, and positive feedback. The gym is clean and neat. The equipment is very well maintained. Lots of classes to choose from. Great job Team Total Impact!!!

My son has been attending Total Impact Martial Arts for a couple of years. All of the instructors are doing a great job teaching the kids respect, self control, patience, focus and much more. My son says that he loves attending the classes because it's a lot of fun and the instructors are the best. :)

Brian and his co teachers Allen, Brandon, and the others are always full of energy for every class. They really infect you with their enthusiasm for Karate. My daughter loves coming to class and I've seen her confidence improve. They're flexible with makeup classes and will explain procedures with you. I highly recommend them!

Total Impact Martial Arts is a very friendly place to learn martial arts skills as well as life skills that will benefit anyone. They treat you like family. It is a fun place and my daughter always looks forward to attending class each week. Great for kids teaching them confidence and respect. Highly recommended!

Brian and his team do a fantastic job training the kids while keeping things light. The atmosphere is fun but they take the belt progression very seriously. The kids and older students are able to stay engaged the entire time while training. I would highly recommend Total Impact to anyone looking for a martial arts school and training facility!!

The owner, Brian, really puts his heart and soul into this place. My kids love it. They have so much fun and the instructors really care about technique and having them learn correctly the first time. They are excited every time about going to class. Total side note as a mom I love that he has a bunch of air purifiers in the class area. The area doesn’t smell like other places we have been to and it will help with filtering germs out of the air to help keep his students healthy. That is the kind of attention to detail and concern that shows how much he cares.

We have had such a positive experience with Total Impact. Our daughter wanted to try classes but was initially very shy. The coaches were really supportive and respectful of the time it took her to get up the courage to even try the free class, but the way they handled it made me suspect we were in a great place. Now that she is all in and attends classes several days a week, I am even more convinced of Total Impact's excellence. The disciplined lesson program is balanced with wisdom, kindness, good humor, and welcome, and our child has blossomed here. In addition to the physical skills she is acquiring, she has developed so much confidence through her interactions with these thoughtful instructors. We are so glad to have found Total Impact and grateful for its impact on her life!

🫤 Visiting in town. The website says there is a free day pass for this location. That was not honored here, and I had to pay $10 for a day pass. No military discount option. This gym has no water fountain! It's so strange. They say the sink water is filtered. They had a front spin wheel where if you s...

😠 Would give 0 stars if I could. Called XSport asking about membership options and right off the bat the person on the phone (the manager) was extremely aggressive getting mad I was spelling my name too fast. 😠 I have been going a few months now, and while the environment is fine the place clearly has some sort of bug problem. I have seen tiny critters here and there occasionally, which is fine and reasonable, but a few days ago I found one the size of a quarter just roaming around! I can’t even tell what...
