I have been a loyal customer for years for several reasons. 1. Professionalism: When I bring a vehicle in for repairs or a diagnostic check on an issue, I can always count on the employees there being professionals at what they do. 2. Quality: The work that I have done is always of the highest quality. Whatever needs to be fixed is fixed in a timely manner. 3. Integrity: If I bring my vehicle in for an assessment of some trouble that I am having, I can always count on Jesse giving me an honest and thorough report. He will tell me what needs to be done and may even offer other cheaper options if available. Never tries to upcharge or overcharge. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

I didnt expect their prices to be as low as they can get when it comes to oil changes and even major repairs. This Midas has an amazing crew and management, Jessie in particular. People with no knowledge of cars are afraid of being duped into paying for services that they dont need and Jessie is able to explain everything in simple terms, show what is in critical need of service and what can wait, giving you peace of mind. Aside from the great work, they really do the inspections as advertised and are honest with their intentions which is rare these days.

I have used this Midas for many repairs on my car since I purchased it. It has always been quality service and fair and competitive pricing. I value the service here, it's been excellent.

Our experiences with the Palos Hills Midas are always great. Jesse is detailed and thorough in his explanations of the work needed on the vehicle and they are thorough when it comes to investigating the issues and confirming the fix is done right. Pricing is far better than going to the dealer and they stand behind their work.

Great experience, came explained some issues I've been having with my vehicle, Giannetta was incredibly helpful inspected my vehicle found all the underlying issues. Was upfront told me what needed to be done and alternatives. Allowed me to purchase my own parts as well! Overall amazing experience very trusted shop! Came in for two separate repairs have no issues was quick and easy to set up.

Stopped in today for the first time and can definitely say I will be returning. Jesse, Wesley and the rest of the team were personable, & knowledgeable. They got me in and out quickly and affordably. Waiting area and bathroom were clean too. Nobody likes spending money on car repairs but when the inevitable happens I would feel comfortable coming here for all my needs.

Jessie was extremely knowledgeable on all of the vehicle questions i had. Shop was clean and well organized. Got my brakes changed, went pretty smooth!

I can’t give enough thanks and praise to Nick, Jessie, and the Midas crew. I walked into the shop very stressed out about my car. I was worried about pricing and “the list” of services my car needed when all I wanted was an oil change. Jessie came out to talk to me once the inspection was complete and explained everything to me. He knew I was on a budget and helped me prioritize my cars immediate needs and what could be done later on down the road. He never once tried to sell me on any additional or unnecessary services like most shops do. I felt extremely welcomed from the moment I walked into the shop - which by the way was very clean. These guys are truly honest mechanics - that in my opinion treat your car as if it were their own. I walked out of the shop stress free and feeling confident in knowing that they made my car safer for my family. I will definitely be going back for my brakes, tires, and next oil change within a couple months. I’m very thankful that I saw their sign and took a chance! Plus a little side note…other customers I encountered in the waiting area had excellent reviews of the shop as well.

I had a positive experience. I went for the coupon which was about an oil change and tire rotation and found I needed back brakes, BADLY! Everyone was polite, courteous, and explained in detail and also showed me the wear on my brakes. I was give a price ahead of time and a time frame. I decided to get the job done. Wait time was very reasonable, brakes are great. I was completely satisfied.

Jessie and the team there are amazing. They are quick to diagnose what is wrong with your car with pinpoint accuracy. The prices are reasonable and they get you in and out quickly without sacrificing the quality of their work. I highly recommend.

Probably the cleanest Midas I've ever been in... though I haven't been in many. What I can say with absolute confidence though is the people working there are very friendly, attentive, and helpful to each guest whether it's in person or on the phone. I give them 👍👍

I don’t leave reviews very often, but I’m so grateful that I found the Palos Hills Midas. I actually live about a half hour away, but it was worth the hike for me. I had received a few other estimates for a timing belt replacement from mechanics closer to me. Jesse was the first to be honest with me that the repair was actually unnecessary due to the kind of engine my car has. I took my car in for a 100k mile inspection, and Jesse gave a very thorough explanation of what repairs and replacements were needed more immediately and what I could wait on. He gave great explanations of everything without being condescending. Pricing was fair and reasonable. It’s hard to find an honest, dependable mechanic - I will definitely be taking my car back for future repairs!

I went in for an oil change and received great customer service! I was able to get my vehicle serviced at my appointment time and even received useful tips for my truck by Jesse. This will be the location of my choice going forward.

The people working here are honest. I drive a Honda and the Brakes last forever on it. I’ve brought my car in for several oil changes and started worrying about getting the brakes changed before I wrecked the rotos. I’ve done this in the past with Gm cars. So I was hoping to avoid that expensive repair. On multiple occasions they’ve reassured me that the brakes on my Honda are fine. They could have easily ripped me off on this and didn’t. Because of these interactions I trust them with any suggestions they make.

Jessie is absoutley right on time and proffeesional with every encounter, he keeps you updated on your vehicle and the honest truth when it comes down to the problem and service required or recommended. Ill forver return to this location for my Toyota manitence.Never seen a place in tip top shape, a great leader will always give you great results! He runs a tight ship.Definitely recommend this location. They're lucky they have jessie as the store manager, because of him im a lifetime customer.

Excellent service at 11108 SW Hway, Palos Hills. Jessie, always professional, courteous & gets the work done in record time. I live quite a few miles away but choose to use this location in part because of Jessie & the quality of work performed. He always seems to 'fit me in' at short notice. Certainly he's an asset to your company.

Our first experience with this shop could not have been better. Jesse was amazing to work with. His communication and customer service was perfect! Our 2019 Volvo needed new brakes and rotors and after getting a quote from the dealership for $1700 bucks we decided to shop around. Jesse was able to get us in and out same day for $1000. He even stayed late past close to finish the car and get it back to us same day. We will absolutely be back for all service related needs moving forward. Highly recommend this Midas location.
