Be careful they treat you well to get you to buy but then ditch you if there is any issue with the product they sold you. Bought a treadmill and they outsource their setup to Transmotion which is a sham company who setup my treadmill and over torqued the bolts and ruined them . When I called to have them fix it they wanted to charge $500. Johnson took no ownership and seemed not to care … for a local company they should do better . Thought I would get better service by buying from a local company but would buy online next time . Do better .

My 2nd purchase after 10 years!!! I got a great deal bc I’m a repeat customer. Dale helped me all along. Other stores offer cheaper equipment but they are dangerous and will quit after a year, probably. Spend more, and it will last 20 years. you’ll get great customer service here!!

I visited 3 different times. First , we’re interested in a higher quality product that the one you can buy at a sporting goods store. We met Dawson and he was very knowledgeable about the products. We’re comparing the matrix to another company and had to come back another time. Still liked the matrix so we returned for the third time and Dawson wasn’t there. Fortunately, Dale was there and helped us configure a treadmill that was perfect for us.(not delivered yet so , stay tuned) Both Dale and Dawson were very good ! The treadmill is not delivered yet so all I can say at this time is we had a good experience at the store during the purchasing process. Rob

He actually talked us out of buying a more expensive unit because we really didn’t need all the features for our level of use. We will continue to work with him in the future.

Watson really was a great sales associate. Loved inventory of different bikes. Purchased a bike that was on sale (Matrix) for a great price. I learned a great deal of the leadership position of Johnson Fitness.

I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to share what a great experience it was choosing an elliptical to meet both my husband's and my needs. Dale was awesome to work with and highly recommend this location. We had gone to 2 other nearby stores that sell ellipticals. This was hands down the best equipped and most knowledgeable. When we walked into one of the other two, we barely even got an acknowledgment!

We really enjoyed our experience with Johnson fitness. Dale in the store was very helpful and patient with our questions. The delivery was on time and setup was excellent. I purchased a Matrix TF30 treadmill from this location in November 2020. Dale and Chris were very helpful and available to answer all of my questions, while also giving me the space/time I needed to consider my options before making a purchase. Since then, I’ve swung by, called, and e-mailed the shop on numerous occasions to ask questions and inquire about other products. I was looking for a treadmill with a specific weight capacity and after searching for 2 weeks I went to Johnson fitness and immediately found a great treadmill for a good price. Delivery and installation within 1 week of purchase. Excellent customer service.

I ordered my new-to-me treadmill thru Dale N and he was very accommodating and easily with deal with. Responded to my questions quick and was super patient and nice.
