After
spending
$200
between
entry,
membership
,
and
a
“party
room”
the
first
room
we
entered
shortly
after
arriving
at
open
had
dirty
stained
sheets.
There
were
no
change
of
sheets
in
the
room
for
us
to
switch
them
ourselves,
not
even
towels
for
us
to
lay
over
it.
Then
at
11
after
we’ve
been
there
for
a
few
hours
drinking
we
found
out
you’re
only
allowed
to
eat
once…that’s
completely
asinine
to
expect
people
to
show
up
at
8pm
and
not
eat
until
they
leave
at
checkout
the
following
morning,
and
based
off
their
definition
of
clean
sheets
we
were
no
longer
comfortable
spending
the
night
.
Of
course
you
have
to
pay
for
the
room
when
you
arrive
so
no
way
to
get
our
money
back
unfortunately.

the
business’
reply:
there
was
no
food
available
after
11,
everything
was
picked
through.
We
did
address
staff
about
both
the
sheets
and
the
room
and
both
times
they
were
dismissive.
We’ve
been
there
times
before
and
never
had
issues
we’ve
even
had
people
check
in
with
us
without
us
asking
before
but
this
was
our
first
time
back
in
almost
a
year
and
clearly
things
have
changed.
We
were
celebrating
our
wedding
and
the
attitude
we
were
given
was
very
off
putting.
We
did
everything
we
could
as
patrons
short
of
demanding
to
speak
to
a
manager,
we
lived
close
by
and
would
have
rather
salvaged
the
rest
of
our
honeymoon
as
we
could
then
wasting
any
more
time
of
our
night
trying
to
get
our
concerns
addressed.
