R.F. Moeller is hands down the best jeweler I have ever been to! They are so knowledgeable, they have beautiful pieces and also do custom work. Now that I found them, my search is over for a good, reputable place that I can go back to over and over again. I worked with Nick and he was very straight forward and gave me all of the answers to my questions and concerns I had with an existing piece of jewelry from another store. The jeweler who originally designed my wedding ring retired, and I didn't know who to trust when I had a broken prong. RF Moeller was recommended by a friend, but I also heavily relied on reviews. Mary has been outstanding, not only with facilitating the in-house repair and resizing of my wedding ring, but also with helping us design a custom, right-hand band, which is a special gift from my husband to commemorate the special occasion of our daughter's wedding. Patrick Mullins at RF Moeller in Edina was wonderful to work with. Warm, engaging, and creative. You can tell he has been doing this a long time. He was able to take my late mother’s ring and turn it into two separate rings that were more updated yet understated. He knew just what I would like and he was immediately aware of my more simple tastes which he turned into something beautiful which I can pass down to my kids some day. I trusted him completely. Very professional and efficient but also could talk about life stuff like travel and other interests. It was a pleasure to work with Patrick and to get to know him.

Patrick Mullins was simply excellent. He facilitated everything from mounting a diamond on a gold band for an engagement ring as well as finding the right wedding bands. I had 2 Tiffany rings that I haven’t been able to get over my knuckles for a while. When I went to Tiffany’s for help, they wouldn’t touch them and suggested R. F. Moeller as a possibility. The rings were not a simple adjustment and required a true craftsman to make the size increase look seamless. Dan discussed with me my options at different price points and then proceeded with our plan. When I picked up the rings, it took me a minute to see where the adjustment was made. An absolutely beautiful job and I am so happy to be wearing my rings again. I would highly recommend R. F. Moeller for your jewelry repair needs!

Mary and Dan helped me - I originally came in looking to have my moms and grandmas rings reset. Turns out what I wanted was a custom design (duh!) haha but quickly realized that was too expensive. They shifted gears and helped me pick out styles that I liked since they said it would actually be cheaper to buy new rings. Mary had some amazing pointers on making sure my band was comfortable did such a fabulous job finding things that were my vibe. Mary even brought over the most expensive ring in the store for funsies! It was seriously the best experience ever and they made it super easy and helped keep pricing reasonable. We decided to just use the diamond from my moms ring and put it in a setting they already have. Plus they polished all of the rings we brought in and I feel super fancy now. I left with a band I can wear while waiting for my engagement ring. Everything is stunning! I’M SO EXCITED!!

I really like R.F. Moeller Jeweler's. They have wonderful, friendly, and helpful personnel. I really like their estate jewelry section, and while the pieces are not as expensive as their other jewelry, I am always treated with kindness and respect as if I am spending 1000's of dollars. There is no snootiness factor with the salespeople. I take all my watches to R.F. Moeller, as well, for new batteries. They are always very efficient. They do excellent work on jewelry repair as well. I just had a ring repaired, and it looked better than when I brought it in to be repaired. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with R.F Moeller Jewelers.

Absolutely love RF Moeller! My parents have gone to them several times over the years and recommend them to my husband and I when we were talking about getting engaged. 14 years ago my husband had a wonderful experience picking out my engagement diamond and bands. Thank you to Dan at the Edina location for helping me find the perfect engagement ring within a tight turnaround time. I went in with a rough idea of what my girlfriend would like and was shown multiple options that were close to what I was looking for. Deciding the perfect ring would be the band from one ring and the gem that was on another, Dan assured me we could make it happen. He even ordered 2 cuts of the new gemstone only charging me for 1 to make sure it was the best fit. A week later, I had the perfect ring!
