Really well done and enjoyable escape room. The puzzles were challenging and fun and the staff (Claudio and Marissa) were wonderful. One of the best, if not THE best, escape rooms we have done. We did the Coven room and will definitely be back to do the other rooms. Highly recommend!

I was with my work colleagues and we made two teams: Coven room and Madhouse. Both rooms were interesting, stimulating and we had fun (the most important). I was in the "Coven" team and for me it was the first Escape experience and I liked it a lot and I will definitely come back. My colleagues have the same feedback. Cristina from the reception was very nice to us and explained to us before start and helped us with hints, she left us until the end even though the time was running out.

I recently went with my family to this escape room, specifically the COVEN room, and we were at a loss for words. Cristina, even tho we were told in the end that she was a new Game Master, meaning she only just started, was sweet, kind and patient, provided us with an amazing experience and was helpful. She even gave us a big hug in the end. The room itself was AMAZING, if not the best in Bucharest, at least one of the best. It was horror-themed, however, we didn't meet any jumpscares and the puzzles weren't that difficult, however a lot of teamwork was required. The decor was on point, it even had a short intro story. I want to thank Cristina again for her patience and kindness from the very moment we entered the building, to the moment we left. I would 100% recommend this room to both adults and children and I will come again soon for their MADHOUSE room.

We finished The Coven as a group of 3, and liked the experience so much we decided to return for another room. The puzzles had a good amount of hands-on activities, with an intuitive flow and not too much number crunching mental work. The guide, Cristina, was super friendly and helpful, really helping set the mood of the room for us. The Void is a must visit if you're in Bucharest.

We didn't manage to finish Coven in time and the stuff was really helpful with tips and even extended our time by a bit. Will definitely come back to try the other rooms.

Room was both difficult and fun with intricate puzzles that weren’t too impossible. Each puzzle feels impactful when completed and the room overall is very streamlined and the atmosphere is creepy and really feels like a witches house. The staff were also super welcoming and Christina was super amazing and helpful (Added bonus of gingerbread cookies) 10/10 would recommend!!!

The Coven escape room is kinda scary but if you like to solve witchy puzzles then it is definitely worth a visit. The staff was very talkative and helpful and the atmosphere and puzzles inside the escape room are insane. We had a wonderful time!

We booked "Coven" for 2 players. The room was very well done, very atmospheric, all the automations worked properly. There was a point where it was difficult to understand what we were supposed to do next. However, the staff were top notch, they even prolonged our session in order for us to actually finish the room. Highly recommend, one of the best escape room experiences in Bucharest.

Such a good place, best experience I had in Bucharest. The puzzles and riddles are well thought and very engaging. The staff there is amazing💙 and won't interfere with the game unless you agree with it. (We've had Stefania as our game master, she's the best😎) Unfortunately we've finished all the rooms, but if they make any new ones, we will definitely come back.

Party of 4 - Coven room. The hardest escape room Void has due to non-liniar puzzles. The automation was 10/10. Amazing effects! The vibe was 10/10. Puzzles weren't too difficult but some jiggle/ retries were necessary for the automation to kick in at times. 9/10. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. 10/10 Observation: If you have poor eyesight bring someone that can see very well due to low brightness in the rooms. I will return to visit the other 2 rooms!

Really well-designed and well-run! We went twice. The Urban Legend room was the best game I’ve done on three continents. Stephanie was very helpful and the English language instructions were great.

Already had some escape room experience but still had fun with this one! I tried the coven and the rooms were beautifully done/really drew you into the atmosphere and story of the game. The puzzles were not easy at all but the progress felt good. Maybe the micro quality could be a little bit better though as sometimes one could not hear the hints well that were given.

Tahicardia is a top 10 room as well, and you must not miss it. On the other side, you can see that Madhouse is older than the other 2, the experience falling a little backwards. Nevertheless, the team at The Void are really passionate about escape rooms, and they told us they are planning to release a new room soon, and we hope it’s going to be at the same caliber as Coven, if not better.

I played two rooms out of three and I was impressed with the credible, horror-ish mood they created through great design and attention to details. The puzzles are challenging, which I like, but doable, easpecially if you go in a group of 4, as we did the 2nd time, when we did manage to escape. (In 2 people i found it too hard). The location is perfect, very central, in an old, hidden house. The hosts are nice and helpful too. Definitely give it a try.

I've kick started my stay in Bucharest with the experience of "Coven"! What a blast for my two friends and I !! The room is designed to have fun no matter the level of proficiency, and the scenography was on point. The host, Stefania, enhanced the experience with her warm and relaxed personality. The riddles were very fun: don't let you stop by your fear =D there s the right tension rather than pure scary moments.

The ambiance, theme and decorations were awesome, you could clearly tell which objects are interactable and which are not. The automatizations worked great with only a few that you needed to fidget with in order for them to work. The puzzles were not too difficult but fun to do. Overall an awesome experience that I would definitely recommend.

I went to Coven last night in a group of 7 and had an extremely pleasant experience. As a big fan of the horror genre, I can say that the decor, atmosphere and symbolism are perfect. The camera is non-linear, the puzzles unique. There were moments when things took us by surprise. I don't want to say more than that, but I warmly recommend the experience to anyone who wants to try it and is still undecided. The staff was wonderful, thank you for the welcome! The room we went into was quite disappointing - some of the mechanical things in the room didn't work (first one, even after doing everything that was shown in the clue, we managed to do it only by randomly clicking buttons & another one was admitted by the receptionist to not work - he wasn't watching either to let us know, so we just wasted like 10 out of 60 minutes allocated wondering what we should've done) & the room wasn't even "fool proof" - we managed to get one of the props stuck and spent another 10 min trying to get it out. The receptionist was friendly, the puzzles were interesting, but if you have mechanical puzzles not working, it ruines the experience completely. Advice: invest in fixing them before allowing people to book the room. Fool proof your room or offer solutions for when unable to.

An amazing experience! Coven was a new generation room, with a great story, entertaining puzzles and stunning design and effects. It is a MUST in Bucharest. Madhouse was still fun, but could have done with some better decorations and overall touches. Both were very enjoyable games, with Coven taking the lead. We just did the Coven here. Amazing room (and I'm not just saying that, I did over thirty in Europe and this is one of the best) with very enthusiastic staff. Everything is self made but very professional, great storyline and ambiance, puzzles fit the theme and puzzles are very unique. You won't find standard locks but automatic puzzles. Highly recommend! 😍 😍 😍

During our short stay in Bucharest we did two rooms: madhouse and coven. Both were really different and the puzzles were never the same. We enjoyed coven a little bit more but madhouse was fun nonetheless. We experienced two minor technical issues that costs us a bit of time but we were allowed to finish the games anyway which made up for it. The owner or manager is very enthusiastic and passionate about his projects and enjoys talking about the rooms afterwards which was also fun and interesting. We can totally recommend the void we would consider doing the last room whenever we come back.

Hands down, best escape experience in Bucharest. All 3 rooms they offer have very innovative mechanics have very authentic atmospheres. The only thing I regret is that they don't have more rooms. The Void is in an old, creepy Villa in central Bucharest close to Piata Romana. The introduction to the games was given by a friendly host, who explained a little about the game and gave a few suggestions on the best approach to playing in the escape room, Madhouse, in Enlgish (thankyou!) It felt quite scary when we were locked into a creepy small room with six of us wondering how to solve the puzzles. Any trepidation quickly disappeared as we all became excited and enlivened by the challenge. The story behind this escape room was a bit sad, but the aim of the puzzle to recover our character's childhood and happy memories was fun. We loved all of the puzzzles in this game, and our little group cheered each time we solved a puzzle. This was a fun and exciting way to spend an hour and ten minutes, since we did need a bunch of help and clues from our hosts. Well done The Void! This was really fun.

I went there with 4 of my friends and its such a nice place. The rooms are unique and offer completely different experiences. I cannot choose a favourite between The Coven and Tahicardia. The stuff there is very friendly and welcoming. If you're going to Bucharest, make sure to put it on your bucket list.

It was ok, as a word summarising the whole experience. The service: We didn't like it. We were late, so the guy there was a bit rude, like we were late on his time. I think that the video at the beginning was meant to tell a story, but it was useless, so we've lost a few minutes watching it. The AC was off and we didn't know we can action it. The light was too dim for us to see everything we needed in the clues, so we spent too much time on some of them. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the game itself, which was The Coven and it was good. Just so you know (because they didn't tell us), you're not allowed to use your phones in the game and you have to put them in the locker before you start, otherwise you will be warned and maybe disqualified. Yes, even though you are not playing this for free, you cannot have your phones with you. I need to highlight the fact that the AC and the light were two factors that made the experience a bit annoying. It's a pity, as we liked the game and the clues. The rooms are very well done, the stories are captivating and engaging and the whole set up is nicely engineered. I startled a few times along the games, which I would say is a sign of the stories being well done :) Looking forward to your next rooms and stories!

Went to the madhouse and had a blast with my girlfriend (our first escape room). The puzzles were unique and interesting and the game master was very kind and helpful. Would definetly recommend.

one of the greatest escape room experiences I’ve had. Staff is nice and welcoming,while the rooms are complex, fun and challenging. The building itself is also greatly kept. 10/10

The experience as a whole was great, very friendly staff and well thought out rooms. Me and my friends completed the Coven and we liked how interactive the room was. We also have experience with other escape rooms but we found this one to be one of the best. I would definitely recommend.

The experience was amazing, definitely recommended if you're looking for a fun night out in Bucharest. The set is really immersive and you can tell lots of effort went into the design. The puzzles are quite creative as well. Perhaps what our room (Coven) lacked was a bit of context around some of the puzzles (as in, a reason for why the puzzles are there, beyond just escaping the room).

I was in Coven. It was very fun and interactive! There are many puzzles to solve and you go from room to room as you solve them. It's really worth it! I will definitely be back at the Void!

10/10 without a doubt, Tachycardia is an incredibly well designed room, and the staff (Stefania) was the icing on the cake, the nicest and most welcoming person. I recommend 100%, this experience is worth living

FANTASTIC! I felt like a real Sherlock Holmes. I didn't think that for the first time I would feel so cool. Stefania aka the trickster who helped us in this escape room, that being COVEN, is a wonderful person who you really want in an escape room as a helper and as a friend. In conclusion COME GUYS TO ~~THE VOID~~ HE GAVE ME A PACKAGE !!!!!!

Great experience :) I went to the CoveN room. I didn't see the witches, probably they were also there spying on us through the window, the mirror something nush, Mrs. Ștefania on the vibes help the best help if you don't have her, my condolences. The coolest experience!! We are coming!!

Cool! I went to Coven and it was super cool! And Stefania is wonderful, if it wasn't for her we would be more lost than we were :)
