Amazing resort. We stayed in Suite with Sea View, room was clean in good condition furniture and nice decorations. Employees are professional and very helpful. During our stay the hotel was fully booked but still didn’t interrupt to provide us o services as per our orders. Truly recommending to all who wish relax with quality beyond the nature.

Absolutely charming place. Far away from crowds, with a lot of palm trees and sanfy beach, near nature and hills. Staff is very friendly and polite, food is delicious. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend for quiet vacation (there is no animation program).

Truly loved our experience in this resort. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. We were on our honeymoon and they made sure we were enjoying our stay with some gifts. The free cake in the room was a very nice touch. The food is good especially at the indonesian restaurant where we felt at home ! 5 star service ! The resort is very big and the three pools were great. The sea view is definitely a plus. Would love to come back and book a villa this time. Very clean in the hotel and the rooms

We had a great stay at Candi Beach resort. Overall recommended Views - these were beautiful, with multiple pools with ocean views, a beach at your doorstep, and beautiful mountains inland. Spectacular spot. Location - the location of the hotel was great. Candidasa itself is quite quiet, so outside of the resort or proper day trips you may not find a lot to do. Food - Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular. A la carte menu for dinner and drinks was very good, and reasonably priced as well. Rooms - we spent 4 nights in an "ocean view bungalow" and two nights in a junior suite. The bungalows are fine, but the ocean view is a stretch, and they are quite small and don't feel particularly luxurious. The junior suite was fantastic, worth the extra price - ocean views and a more up market feel. Extras - having a dive school on site was great, we did three day trips with them and it was some of the best diving we have done. Overall recommend the stay, but if you can pay the extra price for the suites or villas, and be mindful that it's slightly isolated.

We spent our honeymoon at Candi Beach Resort & Spa and it was an unforgettable experience! The Resort is beautiful, the rooms are really nice, very clean and the food is great. Plus with several restaurants available you can always discover something new. The staff is also excellent. From the personnel responsible for rooms and reception, to the service personnel in the swimming pool and restaurants. From my wife and I a HUGE thank you to Putu of the Western restaurant, who with kindness, sympathy and sweetness helped make this holiday even more beautiful. It was a special experience. Experience is mixed. General - a four star hotel which provides good service for the money paid. Personnel is polite and tries to help, while sometimes not very attentive. We had garden view villa - it would be better to have sofa on the terrace rather that armchair (that’s my preference). the territory itself is nice and clean. Negative - beach and the surrounding territory. Beach and bottom of the sea are very dirty and full of plastic particles (straws, bottles, packages, etc). many plastic things come from the see with the current of course. However I would expect the hotel to take care of the beach at least and clean it when the tide is low. To clean the beach you need one or two men to spend 15 minutes twice a day.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were absolutely spoilt. The service was amazing and the standard remained consistent our entire stay. The resort was absolutely stunning and very peaceful, I have them a heads up that it was our honeymoon and they really made the extra effort to make our stay feel special. The room was filled with rose petals and had a bottle on ice waiting for us as well as a delicious cake awaiting us. Our room had an amazing view with a balcony to die for, with a jacuzzi and a gorgeous look onto the beach. The room itself was super spacious and very clean. The hotel had a romantic candle lit dinner under a gazebo for the 2 of us which was super romantic. Just the 2 of us under the stars with the view of the beach as the sun set with an amazing 5 course dinner. We also had a 45 minute photo shoot with the hotel photographer on the resort which was lovely and allowed us to have pictures of a lifetime together. This was an amazing stay for an amazing honeymoon. I am super grateful for the way they treated us, staff were always at hand to help and always super friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great time at this hotel. This hotel is super amazing for location pool..and since I am vegetarian the chef fixed me this vegetarian breakfast...however the food was not tasty. I think they should provide more Vegetarian and vegan options at the breakfast and the hotel.

too perfect. lots of activities to do. very quiet environment and nice view. there are 3 swimming pools. 1 swimming pool in front of basil restaurant, 1 swimming pool in front of the restaurant for breakfast. 1 restaurant directly to the beach. staying here is also free to play on the beach and can snorkeling to blue lagoon beach. because many boats in front of the hotel that will offer guests to snorkeling or tour the island..

We rented a villa at Candi Beach for three weeks and we cannot be more pleased with our choice. It was the BEST vacation of our lives. The accommodations are excellent, very tasteful and comfortable. The staff is beyond helpful and will always go the extra mile to help in whatever way they can. It was a 5-star experience all the way around!

Excellent service and location. The staff is super polite and professional. Rooms are normal but beds and wardrobe are quite small. The beach is wonderful and the ocean is warm. The gardens are mesmerizing. Breakfast could be better, I miss cheese and fresh vegetables at breakfast.

The only reason I’ve rated this resort 3 star is because of it’s food. We stayed here 2 nights in pool villa & found the rooms clean & very spacious. Though, the lack of proper doors & windows let ‘friendly’ reptiles (lizards) into the room. We had to call in reception everyday to send someone to get them out! We had some complimentary snacks by the pool with the evening tea/coffee that they provide. Our hopes were high for breakfast after having the snacks but were immensely disappointed the very next morning. First of all you have very few options in the menu & secondly one can order only one item from the options they have. Waffle we had were like stone, we have never had such awful waffles in our lives. I would plan again to visit here only for staying the villa. Would rather have food outside the resort. Agreed though, one of the best resorts we have stayed till now but they really need to have better food!

Amazing location, great rooms available and good service (advise you don’t always eat at hotel though!- cheaper elsewhere and generally better quality) We booked some experiences and had a guide/driver in Kadek Jiger, would highly recommend as he will get you to see what you want and not what is convenient. Nice guy too which helps as extremely friendly, made Bali a better trip for sure. Resort does get bit busy and has a lot of older clientele so some patience is required.

It is a stunning hotel, we stood here 3 nights but it was well worth it, and kind of hard to leave. The hotel: It is a stunning hotel the view the rooms the place everything is wow. Pools pool bars everything you would need, infinity pool with a beach view. The beach: Clear sand beach with only a few rocks corals, me personally did love it. You can snorkel, we even found a turtle that we swim with and took some pictures. The room; The room is a smaller one than usual but the bathroom is big. Breakfast: Really big variety of food fresh juice fresh fruits All in all the best hotel we stood while in Bali for sure, the only regret I have is that we did not stay longer. But we will be back here 100%

We had a wonderful break at the resort. Just what we were looking for. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful views and lovely swimming along with amazing helpful staff and a fabulous room. If you want the quiet life without being bothered endlessly by others then this is your place.

Food poisoning from their restaurant (ate only on site), still not well after 3 days. Told staff and they were dismissive and said noone else had issues and implied it was because we were not used to the heat (28 degrees?? We spent a month in 35+ in Vietnam without issues). Many other saying that they got sick there on TripAdvisor. Room was nice and clean but a bit small and dark. Beach and pools amazing but not worth the uncontrollable vomiting and ring of fire.

We stayed here to get some quiet down time to start our Bali trip and it was absolutely amazing. We stayed in a pool villa and it was totally serene. Even the areas of the resort where people convened around the pools were quiet and relaxing. There were no issues getting a Sun lounger or some space to chill out. All the staff were fantastic, super friendly. We also had a spa treatment which is in an amazing space above the resort next to the shore line where you can hear the waves crashing onto the shore, which is a great setting for a massage. There’s some warungs in the lane around the resort, or you can take a shuttle a few mins into Candi Dasa. Definitely worth a stay if you want quiet down time in Bali.

Our holidays was amazing! Staff are incredibly kind and always smiling! My special thank goes to Putu from Ocean Terrace restaurant. She gave us the best dinner ever in Bali!!! If you want to relax and enjoying balinese people, don’t miss this place!

A beautiful resort stay set in 9 acres of landscaped grounds. Fantastic buffet breakfast but we thought the higher end room we had was overpriced, much like a beer at the restaurant - 120k for a drink retailing at just over 40k outside. If lounging around a pool is your idea of a holiday or you can get a good deal go for it. Eat and drink at any of the local warungs tho for better value. Won't stay again as there is better value, more personal and equal beach frontage.

Best holiday experience ever! The service, the location, and the spa... it was pure bliss! They even went out of their way to deliver me a breakfast box so I could eat before leaving on an early fishing trip! Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with everything you need right there.

We stayed here for 3 nite. Quick check in process. Hotel staff were very nice and polite. Very wide area with 3 swimming pools in front of the beach. Kids certainly loved it. Amazing dinner on a boat. The food was amazing and even the service was great. The crew was very kind and paid attention even to little details to make our dinner experience amazing. They also provided for the cake because we were celebrating a birthday even if we did not ask for it! It was a special girl called Putu who took care of us during the dinner.

We stayed on their Luxury Pool Villa. It is a 1 bedroom villa with a private pool. Service is incredible. We went to breakfast around 7am, when we came back our room looked like a brand-new Clean room again with new towels, folded toilet tissue. All were organized and cleaned. Our laundry got picked up around 6:45am and come back around 1pm. This resort is highly recommended and we will definitely come back every year to the same spot.

Wow!! I can't fault this resort. It was possibly the most beautiful resort I've ever stayed at, and it was so peaceful. An absolute hidden gem. The staff were so kind, professional, and efficient. Our villa with its private pool was perfect. No pictures do it justice, and it was so comfortable and luxurious. The food was also great. I would have happily stayed a whole month!

We stayed at this resort for 2 days. Overall reception was very good. The resort was stunning & has big area. Our room was facing the beach with beautiful sea view. The sea breeze especially at night was really chilling. The sand beach was also clean with beautiful sea color especially when the sun is up. We also would like to praise & extend our gratitude to the staffs at the hotel especially, ibu Apriani for her help bringing my wife to see the traditional healer to treat her sprained ankle. We felt really at home & being taken care of. Thanks a lot guys for the memorable stay, keep up the good work

Beautiful resort and impeccable staff, but the ocean suite room had a light that never turned off and the balcony doors were not sound proof. Loud waves kept us from sleeping and the breakfast set-up in the morning woke us up. I would recommend the rooms further away from the ocean and restaurant.
