Prima hotel. Pool, kamers en food. Staff ok after some initial problems all corrected on a good way

good location, but very old-ish rooms, not quite match the price, but the views and breakfast was good 👍🏻

Fantastic location, quiet and relaxing! Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Food is great, the pool is clean and all amenities are first rate. Highly recommended.

Upon check in until escorting to room is very good, the reception girl is very friendly and detail explain about the room facilities. FnB product and service both need big improvement, breakfast food is bland. Better hire a better Chef..

Stayed for 2 nights. I would give 5 stars for the staffs and the surroundings. Everyone is friendly and the resort has a nice pool with view. However, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness and the restaurant. When we entered our room, we found a dead cockroach behind the toilet, the water was cold and the sink was leaky. The restaurant was nicely located with a sea view but the food didn’t reach our lowest expectations. First day we ordered a three course menu and the main course was completely cold. We told the staff who apologized and came back with something a little warmer (still a cold plate). The food was dry and tasteless. For dessert, we ordered their chocolate lava cake (special christmas treat) and I’ve never had anything like that; the outside was dry and the inside was watery. Next day we ate at the restaurant again because of the small selection of restaurants in Candidasa. The day before, we saw someone ordering a burger that looked okay, but once again, the food was cold and dry. This is far below the standard of what one should expect from a four star hotel.

Beautiful beachfront view, this hotel is not too big nor too small, just the right size for Candidasa area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has good variety.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The pool and surrounding area was delightful, as were the gardens. The staff were so friendly and made our stay a happy one. We also had a great massage at the spa.

A cozy old hotel, this place has a yesteryearly charm of old grand resorts. Enjoyed their breakfast, and general cleanliness. The staff, especially Mr Ketut, and Chef Anak Agung and his Sous Chef were very accommodating to our needs. The chefs were very patient with out cooking class. I will never forget the memories made with my wife, as well as the breakfasts by the raging sea. Note for divers: this isn't a specific dive resort, the hotel works with a dive centre just opposite the hotel entrance. Sianmay Dive is quite friendly, with the Dive master Mr Putu being kind and safety minded.

The location is quiet but a short drive to virgin beach. The staff are outstanding and cannot do enough for you and the scenery and sunsets were stunning. We went twice in 4 weeks and have booked to return again. Absolutely lovely hotel.

The service, food, breakfast and amenities in this hotel are very good. Everyone it's nice!!! Stayed one week two bungalows 225/226 and I only can say good things about Ramayana... The only thing negative about this hotel... There's no beach!!! Thank you for your good service to everyone from the bar, cleaning, reception, restaurant well everyone.

The views are great, pool is nice but not the nicest you’ll find in Bali. The place looks like it needs some freshening up (dining area for example and some of the room furniture and bathroom area). The fact that there are 4 floors and no lift can be a bit annoying as well. The rooms are a bit overly perfumed. Too scented for my taste.

Great services in this secluded resort. All the staffs honestly greet you, and helpful even at night. The room a bit dark. Overall clean property. Great ocean view but no sandy beach.

The stafff were very warm and friendly and served us well at the restaurant and spa. The menu had a of variety food which was well prepared. Overall a relaxing stay

The hotel has nice location with rooms which require renovation. One really can enjoy the area of the hotel. The garden is pretty and very well maintained. Beautiful view from the hotel restaurant and the pool (though no beach access). Breakfast is good and service is nice. Coming to the hotel room it really need a renovation for the 4*s. We had one room in the ground floor and had to change it due to musty smell, the one in the 1st floor was better but the facilities are getting old, here and there things are broken, missing etc. therefore: outside thumb up, inside thumb down.

We stayed with Family and celebrated Son’s birthday Hotel is located in the beach front, the ambiance is awesome, cleanliness is great, FO staff is friendly especially thanks for the warm welcome and provides birthday surprise! Ibu Kadek/ sales was very friendly and attractive in providing information and hanling the inquiry We will be back in the nearest fuuture!

Beautiful resort with excellent staff very friendly and willing to help, rooms are also comfortable with great wifi and smart TV so you can connect netflix/youtube etc. The Pool itself is absolutely amazing as it has a great shallow end which allows you to comfortably sit and chill in the water and on the other side deep water for experienced swimmers, pool temperature is also on the warm side so its quite pleasurable and not to mention you can order drinks/snacks while you chill in the pool!!!. Only downside is that the water in the shower turns cold after a short period of time. Overall 4 star best stay i had in Bali hands down.

Probably the best hotel in Candidasa, hospitality is perfect. Ambiance is warm, the staff, the restaurant. Also the pool is perfect, beautifull Gardens! Our rooms: very clean and lots of comfort. Bathroom also clean and very big, with great shower. Thanks Ramayana hotel, staying here Some beautifull nights!

Ramayana Candidasa This is our first time stay at Ramayana, But come to Candidasa very regular and we will be come and stay at Ramayana more often. Ramayana the most beautiful place in Candidasa. Incredible atmosphere, friendly staff, the foods are so good.. One of the best places in the north of Bali, with a relaxing hotel by the sea, nice atmosphere and great food. They offer convenient massages in dedicated hammocks near the pool by the beach. Super recommended!

Stayed for 2 nights. I would give 5 stars for the staffs and the view around the resort. However, i’m kinda disappointed with the cleanliness, because i found the pillow cases have moldy smells which is very disturbing. I called the staff and they immediately changed it. But the next day, i found it same thing but I didn’t call the staff because i was lazy finding the same thing. Also, i found the lighting was very minimal, both in the room and in the resort as a whole. I came back at 8:00 PM and the resort was so dark i was kinda afraid. Anyway the resort was lovely since the place is kinda secluded if you look for a quite yet relaxing place; good for healing though, since you can hear the wave in your resort.

Outstanding service, this beautiful resort is located east of Denpasar. Its quiet and peaceful and still has access to all the attractions via taxis. Great spa and tour offerings. The Garpur restaurant is stunning- literally on the ocean and the facilities are very well kept
